The Promotion is governed by these official rules. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Promotion are final in all respects.The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Must have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Promotion Period to enter by submitting a review online. Employees, officers and directors of Reebok, Bazaarvoice, Inc. and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, consultants, agents and suppliers, (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) as well as their respective immediate families and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. Reebok reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each potential winner.
PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion will begin at 12:01 a.m. ET on January 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries must be received by no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2011 to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the promotion:
1. Enter by submitting a review. Visit the Reebok website at www.reebok.com and register (free of charge) for a Reebok account by providing your name, email address, birth date, gender (optional), and password and security question information. To enter for a chance to win, provide a review of a Reebok product by clicking on a "Product Detail" page, clicking on "Submit or Read a Review. "Submit a review by answering the questions provided and submitting a written review, as indicated. All product reviews will be subject to the reebok.com legal terms available at https://www.reebok.com/US/legal and must adhere to the following guidelines:
You understand and agree and hereby grant Reebok (and its agents and designees) the right to post reviews, in whole or in part, on reebok.com or otherwise use them for marketing purposes. You understand that Reebok will not submit any advertisements or other materials containing your review to you for approval or any other purpose prior to use. By submitting a review, your represent that providing such review and granting the rights granted to Reebok herein do not conflict with any commitment you have with a third party.
Reebok does not guarantee the posting of any review and reserves the right to reject any entry and/or review, in its sole and absolute discretion, on the basis that a submitted entry does not meet the above criteria or is otherwise offensive or inappropriate or is not in keeping with the Reebok's image.
2.Enter by mail without submitting a review. Send a postage-paid hand printed 3x5 card with your name, date of birth, address, phone number and area code to Reebok Ratings and Reviews Sweepstakes Mail-in Entries, Reebok International 1895 JW Foster Blvd. Canton, MA 02021 Attn: Digital Marketing. All mail in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received by Reebok within seven (7) days thereafter. Limit one entry per outside envelope.
After submitting the required information, each entrant will receive one entry into the Promotion. You may enter as many times as you like, but you will only receive one entry into the Promotion for each properly submitted review or mail-in entry.
All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor. No mechanical reproductions or facsimile entries will be accepted. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged, nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, postage due, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
WINNER SELECTION:
The potential winner will be randomly selected within approximately fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail according to the contact information provided by that entrant during the registration process. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) weeks of prize notification or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received by the applicable drawing date.
PRIZE:
One (1) Prize –Prize is a $500 shopping spree on Reebok.com (ARV: $500). Prize includes Reebok merchandise available on reebok.com, tax and shipping and handling up to a maximum of $500.
All taxes required to be paid upon acceptance of the prize and any expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Upon request of Sponsor, the potential winner will return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Prize Acceptance Forms and IRS W-9 form. All forms must be fully completed and returned within seven (7) days following receipt of the forms by the potential winner, or the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternative winner selected.
Except for the prize value, the winner will not receive any additional monetary compensation or acknowledgement for participation in the Promotion or any advertising, marketing or other activities related to the Promotion. All taxes required to be paid upon acceptance of any prize and any expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
Prize is non-transferable, except as permitted by Sponsor. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted; however, Sponsor reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. Winner is not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of any prize. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Promotion or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if Sponsor suspects tampering has occurred, voiding the entries at issue or terminating the Promotion and selecting winners from among that portion of the Promotion that has not been compromised, if any. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. By entering this promotion, all entrants agree that this Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws rules.
The Promotion Entities, their affiliated companies and advertising and promotional agencies, and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any web site or online service, the hosting or operation of any website or online services, or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By submitting an entry, EACH entrant agrees to INDEMNIFY, release and hold harmless The Promotion Entities and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from THAT entrant’S participation in the PROMOTION and the acceptance of any PRize that may be won. The PROMOTION ENTITIES DO not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of any of the prizes. EACH entrant agrees to execute any document containing the terms and conditions of these official rules.
PROMOTION ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS, VENDORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, SUPPLIERS AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION.
Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Promotion or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts or the appropriate Massachusetts state court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys' fees, disbursements or court costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs.
PRIVACY:
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on http://www.reebok.com/US/privacy. Personal information provided by entrants will be shared with Bazaarvoice, Inc. in connection with the administration of the Promotion and winner selection.
PUBLICITY:
By submitting an entry form, each winner grants Promotion Entities and those acting under their authority permission to use his or her name, likeness, comments, and product review submissions for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration or authorization, except where prohibited by law.
WHO WON:
To find out the names of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the promotion to Reebok Ratings and Reviews Sweepstakes, Reebok International, Ltd., 1895 J.W. Foster Blvd., Canton, MA 02021. The winner's list will be available after drawings have been conducted and the winner has been verified. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
