For purchases made at any Outlet Store location, you may return it to the nearest Reebok, Rockport or Greg Norman Outlet Store location at any time you find our product unsatisfactory. If you present the original sales receipt, we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund based on the method of payment. If an original receipt does not accompany the return, a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price of the returned item.
How do you return or exchange unsatisfactory merchandise if there is not a Reebok, Rockport or Greg Norman Outlet store near you?
Please contact the outlet store where you purchased the merchandise and ask to speak to a Store Manager. Please explain the nature of your issue with the merchandise you have purchased. The Store Manager will be able to assist you in correcting the issue.
Can you return or exchange merchandise that was purchased through a retailer?
You are encouraged to return the merchandise where originally purchased. Our outlets can only exchange the item(s) for the same or similar product(s). Or offer you a merchandise credit for the current selling price.
