Shipping

Merchandise

Reebok offers free ground shipping for all items in your order (excluding custom shoes). At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order.

If you choose to expedite your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00pm EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Gift Card orders that clear credit authorization after 8:00pm EST will process the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Rates are as follows:

  • Ground, 3-5 business days - $0.00
  • Second Day, 2 business days - $15.00
  • Next Day, 1 business days - $25.00

 YourReebok Custom Orders

Custom orders typically take 3-5 weeks to create and deliver. On occasions individual model deliver times can change. These times are subject to change so please see the shipping message in your cart for the most current delivery estimations. Custom shoes will arrive separately from other items. We are not able to ship orders internationally or to PO Boxes. Your total shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order.

Rates are as follows:

  • International Direct Shipping to the continental U.S.- $0.00

Gift Cards

There is no charge for shipping Reebok Gift Cards unless you choose to expedite your shipping. Gift Card shipping options and rates are as follows:

  • USPS First Class, 5-10 days - Free
  • USPS Expedited, 3-4 business days - $10.00
  • USPS Second Day, 2-3 business days - $15.00

USPS First Class mail is available for orders placed going to an APO/FPO address or PO Box. We currently do not offer an expedited option for shipping to these addresses. The following items cannot be shipped via US Postal Service at this time; items over 70lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.

Changing Your Order

Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouse, where it is processed very quickly and shipped out. However, we offer free returns for most items. Please see our Returns_Policy for more detailed information.

Order Status

After you place your order, you'll receive e-mails about your order. You will receive separate emails for product and Gift Card orders. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

  • Order Confirmation.This e-mail tells you that we have received and are processing your order. Keep this e-mail for your records; it contains your order number.
  • Shipment Confirmation.This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails if parts of your order ship at different times.
  • Pre Buy Sales Notice. This e-mail tells you about products from your order that aren't available for immediate shipment, and provides you with an order number to keep for your records. When the products are ready to ship, you'll receive a shipment confirmation.
  • Important notice about your order.There are a few reasons that you might receive an e-mail of this type:
    • We're having problems processing your order
    • We can't ship your order to the address you gave us
    • You have a duplicate order in our system
    • Your order is canceled, for various reasons
    • If you receive a notice, please call Customer Service immediately at 1-866-870-1743 to resolve the problem.

Promotion Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, offers exclude items ending in $0.98, CrossFit merchandise, and custom shoe orders. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts and cannot be applied to previous purchases and Reebok gift cards. Free ground shipping offers valid to U.S. addresses only and excludes custom shoe orders. All offers valid on domestic U.S. orders only.

Buying Gift Cards Online

We offer physical Gift Cards delivered via USPS First Class Mail. To make your purchase, simply:

  • Click the Gift Cards link located at the header and footer of each page
  • Choose the style of card, quantity and dollar amount
  • Fill out the order form and make your purchase.
  • Virtual Gift Cards will be available in the near future

After you purchase a Gift Card:

  • We'll send the recipient their Reebok gift card via USPS at no cost or expedited shipping is available at a cost
  • All of the information they need to redeem the Gift Card at www.shop.reebok.com.
  • The plastic Gift Card is sent in an envelope and carrier that includes the name of the ship to recipient, the amount of the card, and an optional message. Gift boxing is not currently available for Gift Cards.
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Redeeming a Gift Card

Shop on www.shop.reebok.com and select the products you wish to purchase.

  • When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."
  • Proceed through the checkout.
  • Enter your Gift Card Code and PIN number on the Payment page.
  • Your PIN number is located under a silver covering on the back of the card, which must be rubbed off to reveal the number.
  • Click "Apply."
  • If you have more than one Gift Card, simply enter each code and PIN number, click "Apply" after each one (maximum cards redeemable per purchase is 5).

Terms and Conditions for Reebok Gift Cards:

  • Reebok Gift Cards may be redeemed for merchandise through www.shop.reebok.com. They are not currently available for International use.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
  • Promotional offers or discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • A maximum of five (5) Gift Cards may be redeemed on one order.
  • If the amount of your Gift Card(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase balance with an accepted alternate form of payment.
  • Any remaining value that is left on your Gift Card will be stored and available for your next purchase.
  • Your Gift Card will not expire as long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card. You can use it anytime. Unlike some other companies, Reebok does not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
  • You should treat your card as you would cash. Do not share your Gift Card Code and PIN. Reebok will only replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen Gift Card if you have the original receipt or web order number for your Gift Card purchase. The replacement card will be sent to the original purchaser address only. Please call 1-866-870-1743 to report your missing card.
