I'm able to incorporate a more softball oriented workout and it's able to be more portable than that the bulky vertimax. I highly recommend this product. 3/1/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by do not buy i have had two of these. both of them broke halfway through the second workout with them. followed the video exactly and halfway through the second workout the band pulls through the cheap fabric that makes up the loops for your feet or hands. would not recommend at all> 7/27/11
