Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent addition to your WoD gear I purchased these about 6-7 months ago while I was deployed. I was unable to do the U-Form in them so I am not sure how much better they could get. I instantly felt more stable while doing maximal weight squats, I went from using my combat boots that had a squishy sole to these and was easily able to match my already established max squat. As for the Olympic lifts, I was able to increase my max weight almost instantly. They work great for any of the WoDs that have barbell work and gymnastics movements such as double unders or box jumps. If you are on the fence about these shoes, go ahead and give them a try. You wont be disappointed. 1/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far so good First pair of Olympic style shoes...After years of squats and power cleans in cross trainers and running shoes, I finally went for the real deal, and picked the CrossFit Oly for the wider toe box. What can I say? I felt so stable I thought my feet were nailed to the ground at the heel. Rigid enough to deliver power through the recovery of the snatch and the C&J, and the 3/4" (almost universal now) heel really improved my depth and posture for front and back squat. Again, can't compare to dedicated olympic shoes, but they're doing everything I want them to. Thanks again, reebok! 12/20/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them!! I am very satisfied with my OLY's. I've had them for a few months now. Tell ya what.....I've never felt so stable lifting. I always wear anywhere from a 9.5 to 10. I heard they ran small so I went with a 9.5. My foot is on the wider side & these are a great fit. They aren't too tight or wide. As for comfort, I wish all my shoes were this comfortable. I love box jumps & dubs in these. They absorb serious impact Like I said, I've only had them for a few months now & they are still in great condition. I haven't rope climbed in these & for the sake of keeping them in good shape, don't think I will. Overall I give them 5 star. I recommend them to all my crossfit buddies who don't have lifting shoes. 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by I'm not too heavy of a lifter. I really noticed a difference with my thrusters. I feel my posture and technique was significantly better. Making heavier weight easier. I however really dislike these for jump roping. The heel is a solid piece of plastic and while walking across a hard wood service they sound like tap shoes. They are extremely slippery on hard services/floors. I would recommend not wearing outside whatsoever. Only in the gym. I would rate these shoes an 8 out of 10. I love the look. I settled on the black and white ones due to availability in my size. I would prefer the black and red. They feel good after I sized them in the oven. But I feel the heat tinted the silver a somehwat darker gray, almost beige color. And I followed the instructions and correct temp. 12/10/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe While maybe not the ultimate Oly shoe, this does give you the increased stability you need to nail the Oly lifts, wtih the added benefit of forefoot flexibilty to allow for additional movements in the WOD. Felt the difference on my first snatch. Fit well, though maybe not as snug in the toe box as I'd like. Overall I would definitely recommend this shoe. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great lifting shoes that you can WoD in These are a great pair of lifting shoes to increase stability and provide a solid platform to lift from. They are also versatile and durable enough to WoD in - box jumps, short sprints - cake. I love them so much I often forget them at the box because I guess they just want to live there - as evidenced by the coaches' wonderful reminder to not leave them around by stringing them up in random places. Seriously though, grab a pair and you won't look at back in regret! 2/4/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by First Pair of Oly Shoes These shoes do everything I expect them to. Getting deep in a squat is SO much more comfortable now that I wear these. I used to be a doubter when it came to the need for a crossfit athlete to have oly shoes, but I was wrong. The only complaint I have with these shoes is the fact that the heels make it very difficult to do hand stand push ups in. The plastice heels tend to slide on walls making it hard to keep your feet in onw vertical plane. 2/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good crossover shoe When I switched to this shoe I immediately noticed an increase in my balance for lifts like the snatch and cleans. I box jump, do double unders, and short runs in them. I take them off for ropes only because I dont want to destroy them. Ideally, i'd not wear them for runs over 400m, but I have done 1600m. I noticed my feet felt a little bit clunky when first starting double unders in them, but now I am consistently doing 40-50 du reps with these shoes. Box jumps are no problem, etc. when I first put them on, every time, they seem a bit tight/narrow. but within a minute they are comfy. I bought these based upon the measurement/size tool here on the website. I was afraid of ordering a shoe sight-unseen as I could not find these locally anywhere, but they arrived about 2 months ago and I wear them daily. I love them. I think they are a bit on the expensive side, but I have not tried the less expensive oly shoes so for all I know, they may be priced exactly right for their abilities. 2/4/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoes I've had these shoes for about 6 weeks and so far I'm very pleased. Should have gotten them sooner. They're great for the Oly lifting we do in Crossfit as well as all squat variations. Wait till you do your air squats in them for warm up. Double unders are no trouble, box jumps are manageable but not great. Worth the money. 2/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by First day I wore my oly lifting shoes I finally got a new PR on my overhead squat! Highly recommend! 2/4/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for everything Very good product. Light and mobile which makes everything from box jumps to dead lifts perfect for this shoe. 2/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Awesome olympic lifting and crossfit shoes that will not disappoint 2/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Skeptical at first, now never leave home without!! If you lift a bar these are a must have!!! Great for wall balls or any movement you are trying to improve. Such great stability on your heels adds to performance. These are definitely an accessory to CrossFitting. I would recommend also getting a zero drop heel shoe to use for WODs and use these for bar work WODs that don't involve running, maybe even box jumps since the leather in the toe is unprotected. LOVE THEM!!!! 1/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stable and Comfortable I have wanted a pair of Oly lifting shoes since we used them in college and I've finally decided to get a pair and choose the Oly Lifter. The shoe is stable when you get into a deep squat. I only use them with my Olympic lifts and Double Unders. I guess I don't want to tear them up too much on the box jumps but they feel light enough to use in no running WODs. I wear a size 11 sneaker and ordered a size 10.5 (half size smaller) as suggested. Obviously it makes for a tight fit but the shoe fits and it makes it feel more sturdy. I recommend these shoes for anyone who is serious about their training, anyone else should look for a cheaper alternative. 5/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Oly Shoe This is my second pair of oly shoes, but my first pair of Reebok Oly shoes. My other pair are strict weightlifting shoes and make wod's with gymnastic movements feel heavy. Muscle ups, pull ups, HSPU, are easy in the reebok Oly's. Double unders are a breeze in them too.10.5 fit perfectly as my 10.5 innovates. Awesome shoe!! i'll definitely buy another pair when needed 5/24/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Give and take. Up and downs I haven't had the shoe for a long while so I don't know about durability. What I know is, they run a bit small. Bit narrow. What I didn't like about the shoe was that the tip was SO soft. I'm afraid that it's only going to get softer and wear and tear faster. I would have liked a firmer toe support. But I think it's a great overall Crossfit shoe but if you guys are going to put OLY in the title, it should be more OLY worthy. This is more along the lines of "overall solid Crossfit shoe". Where U can go from an Oly lift to a box jump or double under and perform well with the show. The weight of the shoe is what makes it perfect from going from, let's say, Heavy POwercleans to box jumps to jump lunges. The weight and flexibility is great for that. If all I'm doing is OLY lifts, I would not choice this shoe. I would revert to my other Oly shoes (pendlay) because of their slightly thicker soles and wider base. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very light and extremely comfortable I got them because they're the lightest on the market. Perfect for combining oly lifting with box jumps and DUs. I'd get them a half size smaller than you're used to though. You want oly shoes tight and these run a bit large, especially once you break them in. 3/28/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great oly shoe Great shoe a little to big I will recommend to get Half size smaller and to the rebook guys the colors Are boring if you can make them look better Will be awesome . 7/3/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by great except on issue I have done 5 or 6 wods so far and the shoes feel good except i am noticing some of the materials are fraying already, and the logo on the back has a ring around it that is starting to tear off. 1/6/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great purchase! The quality of the shoe was very apparent when I first removed it from the box. The instructions are easy to follow. They make a big difference in the workout and I won't do heavy lifts without them! I have a feeling that they will last quite a few years of heavy use at the "box." 12/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome OLY!!! Awesome Crossfit lifting shoe. Let's you box jump, double under, or even run with ease while having lifts in the WOD. Have added 10 pounds to my squat total. Highly recommend. Fit to size. Great Olympic shoe. 6/29/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great lifting shoe for strength days! I have been very pleased with this shoe. Excellent stability, comfort and you get a customized fit. Great shoe for heavy WODs that include bar work like deadlift or overhead lifts. You will need a pair of Nanos for running and jumping. Remember, these are lifting shoes. Recommend going down a half size for snug fit to maximize benefits the shoe offers. 6/19/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice shoe for varied WODs Very light compared to most Oly shoes, very flexible fore foot. Great for lunges, double unders, and box jumps. THE u-form works great! Only complaint would be that the rubber on the soles isn't very durable, i tore mine appart after only 1 WOD with prowler pushes outside. 3/4/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good OLY shoe I pretty much only use these for olympic lifting, or if there's a heavy lift in a WOD. Very comfortable and the front sole is quite flexible. I hope these last a long time. 5/3/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid CrossFit Lifting Shoe Reebok has hit the nail on the head with these shoes. The fitting process is much the same as with hockey skates, very quick and easy. Having that tailored fit is very nice and greatly adds to an already comfortable shoe. The heel is solid and provides good stability while under heavy load. As far as lifting shoes are concerned these are light, enough so that body weight movements shouldn't be an issue during WODs. I haven't worn the shoes enough to accurately speak about durability, but if the quality so far is any indication I suspect they will hold up just fine. 4/7/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Investment. Great shoes and light. I use these for heavy lifting days and heavy met con days. They have not given me any problems at all. Fits great and very light, toe box has ample room for comfort. I highly recommend to those looking for oly/ met con shoes that'll give you a solid platform, yet give you the versatility to perform box jumps, double unders and row. I highly recommend to those who are looking for solid lifting shoes with versatility, but don't want to go invest in an exclusive oly lifting shoe. 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very happy with my purchase. This is my first pair of oly shoes so can't compare it to anything else. Here are some of my thoughts on it: - I wear a men US 9.5. This runs about a half size long. - I usually prefer shoes with a wide toe box. These shoes were tight out of the box but got comfortable after I performed the u-form fitting. - REALLY improved my lifting especially anything squat-related (back squat, OHS, squat cleans, etc.). I feel like my heels are twice as wide and really stable. - While you can technically do box jumps, double-unders, etc. in these shoes, I personally will not do box jumps with them again if I can help it. It was a shock to my feet and body every time I landed past the flexible section of the shoes. Overall, fantastic piece of equipment. Can't imaging doing any OLY lifts (hence the name) without it. 6/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Totally worth getting The stability these shoes provide for heavy Oly lifts can't be talked about enough. Once you get used to letting the shoes do some of your work things start to improve dramatically. If you have poor hip mobility like me, the shoes also help with being able to sit at the bottom of a squat (front, back , OH) and keeping your weight back on DL and C&J. The sizing is pretty spot on, they are a little snug but since I wont be doing any running in these shoes I don't mind it. 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Top functionality for CrossFit Excellent lifting shoes with built in notches for climbing rope, can perform box jumps, double unders, etc. 6/4/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Looking forward to punishing these shoes After a few WODs in the gym I can say that these shoes are as advertised. Box jumps to burpees from dead lifts to cleans, the transition is smooth and the shoes feel great. I plan to punish these shoes to see how well they are actually built, but for now I am a happy camper. 10/4/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great lifting shoe Great shoe for Olympic lifts and power lifts. Back of the heal wedge doesn't have any grip on hard surfaces such as the Oly deck. Really notice when doing reverse chest to barbell pulls. Stil a great shoe for all things Oly. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product These shoes have helped me immensely with cleans and snatches. If you have trouble with either of these movements or just lack the mobility to get into any type of deep squat I would highly recommend these shoes. They feel incredibly stable and take the pain away that accompanies performing oly lifts with sub-par mobility. I haven't tried other Olympic lifting shoes so I don't have a point of reference to compare these to other options, but everyone I have talk to that owns a pair loves them (about 7 other ppl). Note: The description does say these are well rounded shoes for crossfiting, which I do agree with. From what I have seen most other oly shoes are not fun to do anything else but lifting in. This being said... These are built FOR lifting, don't expect a pair of shoes you can wear around or run in. But hey, if your short like me, it feels good to stand a little taller! 5/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Oly Shoe I have been doing CrossFit for about 18 months, and I have only had the OLY Lifter for about 6 weeks. They have made a world of difference for my snatch, clean & jerk, back squat and front squat. My feet feel firmly planted on the ground and extremely stable when lifting. Yet the shoe also feels nimble and light enough to do box jumps and double unders. They are fantastic! 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by What a difference! I just started "Crossfitting" about 45 days ago, however, I've been doing some Olympic lifting for the past 3 years...what a HUGE difference these make! My squats, clean and jerks, overhead squats and even deadlifts feel way more controlled. It's like I have a new core. The flexible toe has been awesome for box jumps and double unders in WOD's. Plus....they look sweet. 6/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best cf oly shoe After using other brand oly shoes and switching to these I have noticed a huge difference. My old shoes I was not able to run or do any type of cardio work but with these it's like wearing a regular sneaker. The toe box gives pleanty of room as well. With these I am able to wear them through a whole workout and not dread doing certain movements because of my shoes. 6/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Oly shoes I have owned! The title says it all. These shoes are THE most comfortable Oly shoes I have ever used! The U-Form technology makes the fit even better. Super light and comfortable. The toe leather seems a little on the soft side when using these shoes in combination with burpees and push ups. I added KG's boot guard to the toe and these things are now indestructible. Sick shoes! 6/3/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well worth the $$ I have been very pleased with these shoes. I have had them for about a month and they feel great and have produced results in my lifts. They are also great when crossfitting. I've used them with box jumps, double unders, and rowing and have had no problems with them. They do run a little big, so if you want a tighter fit drop down half a size. 6/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by More CrossFit versatility than I expected This is my first pair of lifting shoes. OLY Lifters have been very helpful for the heavier lifts which is why I purchased them. Surprisingly,I am quite comfortable wearing the OLY Lifters for WODs that involve double-unders and box jumps. Normally wear size 12 running shoe but wear 11.5 for both OLY Lifter and CrossFit Flex Nano. 6/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Must Have These shoes are great for Olympic Lifting. The sole is rock solid and when moving laterally it almost feels like your heel is magnetized to the ground. I just did a WOD with box jumps and squat cleans today and they performed well. Strongly recommend for any CrossFitter looking to put in some extra time strengthening their Olympic lifts. 5/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe to lift in, creates an extremely stable platform while still giving you the ability to perform other tasks other than just olympic lifts (ie. double unders, box jumps, short runs). These shoes are everything Reebok promised they would be and then some! These were well worth the money and the wait, no regrets whatsoever. 5/30/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Lifting Shoe I have been doing crossfit for about a year now and the reebok shoe really makes a difference when doing the olympic lifts. They run about a half size big and you want them tight so your foot does not slide. I had to return my first pair and it was easy to do. 6/18/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect hybrid shoe Straight out of the box, I was sold on the design. Very lightweight and comfortable. This shoe is excellent for workouts that have mono-structural movements (box jumps, double-unders, running) mixed with barbell movements and or squats. ...now if only they were customizable like the realflex (hint hint) 3/22/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Happily Surprised I was kind of skeptical of these shoes and Reebok. But I've had these shoes for a couple of weeks and I love them. Made well and seem pretty durable. Highly suggest them. It's my first pair and highly recommend these to other crossfitters out there. 6/26/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by So Far, So Good! I absoluetely love these CrossFit/OLY shoes. The best part is being flexible enough to go from rowing to squats and still get deep on heavy lifts. I can't really speak on durability haven't had them long enough. They seem pretty well built. I love the U-Form in sole. 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reebok OLYs perfect for CrossFit The design here is spot on. These Olympic shoes are lightweight and flexible which makes them great for CrossFit. The heel is rock solid - great for squats and overhead lifts! I can't stress enough how important Olympic shoes are...quit waiting because you are skeptical and buy them. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Olympic Lifting Shoes! Great for beginners or those who are advancing! Most OLY Shoes are heavy...that's great but doing CrossFit you're always moving. Whether it's box jumps or rope climbs. You can wear these OLY shoes doing clean and jerks, jump on 24' boxes, and I love them for climbing ropes. 3/2/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by great first OLY shoe I got these as my first olympic lifting shoe and I will never turn back. I will never squat or do any overhead lifts with out these shoes. great stability, comfort, and fit. They do run a half size big. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Crossfit Shoe This Oly lifter has increased my squat weight by at least 20 lbs. Enables me to stay in my heels well when doing heavy lifts. The ability to box jump, double under, and even run in them is awesome for WOD's so I don't have to change my shoes. Great shoe! 3/15/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by great! these shoes, are the best for lifting heave weights. You don't feel a lot of pressure on your heels, and these shoes are and have been the best made for heavy weight 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth it. Very comfortable and love the U-Form. Feels like they fit right to my feet every time I put them on. Love that they are flexible enough for jumps as well. Great shoe. Should have bought them sooner. 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect OLY shoe for Crossfit These are the best shoe for the sport. Full range of motion for the ball of the foot and great support in the heal. Great for builds and WODs with squats, even air squats. Extremely comfortable, if I could wear them all day I would. 3/22/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Must have in your gym bag! We recommend these shoes to clients not because Reebok makes them for CrossFitters but because CrossFitters have put them to the test and they're a quality shoe. This is a must have tool in your gym bag to improve your lifts. 3/29/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Purchase My first lifting shoe and I'm already seeing great results. This shoe is very much worth the money. I would recommend this shoe to any crossfitter and maybe beginner lifters. 5/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great multiuse Olympic lifter Not only is this shoe great for keeping you back in your lift (which is expected), but there is enough cushion around the ball of your feet to comfortably and safely perform jumps. 5/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Shoes I love these shoes. Not only are they a great oly lifting platform but they also have the versatility to be used during a wide array of metabolic conditioning workouts 6/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! Great shoe if you want something versatile enough to lift in and do metcons with box hops, double-unders, etc. Love it! 6/26/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Bit strange at first. The idea of Baking my shoes was a bit strange, but I have never felt more solid during any of my Oly lifts. Absolutely great product! 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe for Crossfit This shoe is great. Super versitile and feels like a normal Oly Shoe. Plus they are super light. Only wish they had more colors! 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome shoes Love these shoes. Can't lift without them. Fit great and are very comfortable. 6/27/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Good OLY shoe I pretty much only use these for olympic lifting, or if there's a heavy lift in a WOD. Very comfortable and the front sole is quite flexible. I hope these last a long time. 5/3/12

Sick shoes! 6/3/12

Rated 4 out of 5 by Top functionality for CrossFit Excellent lifting shoes with built in notches for climbing rope, can perform box jumps, double unders, etc. 6/4/12
