Was a little tight at first then followed U-Form instructions and it was much better. I would recommend this shoe.

Shoe was true to size. Only used twice yet, but has done what I hoped would do.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Fray The first maybe 2 wears they were a little tight obviously because they are brand new but once I used them a few times they like melted into my feet and they fit perfect.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Jrhodes Great purchase highly recommend these!
I was skeptical of oly shoes especially considering the price. However I tried a pair doing some overhead squats one day at the box and was sold. I bought these and haven't looked back. Much more stable on my lifts and has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend these to anyone. Super comfortable! Same size as my nano 2.0 and fit great.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Moose11b great lifting shoe
This is my first pair of lifting does and I could not be happier. The U-form system worked perfect and as advertised and these shoes really put you in a powerful position. The biggest plus for me is I have had multiple knee injuries, with these shoes my knees no longer flair and seem to just stay in that groove. If you can afford these shoes I would highly recommend them.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Paulh Good Crossfit shoe as advertised
Great shoe for Croossfit. I did the Open 14.5 in them.
Only had on concern initially. They appeared to be a little lose in heal and re-lacing was not comfortable at first. Finally got the combination right, so do give up. The shoes are worth it.
Like most shoes in this line, they are pricy.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by BRy09 Great Product! I would definitely recommend Reebok.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Maximum05 Good shoe for CrossFit
I have several shoes that I use when in the gym. For the longest time I was been using the NIke lifting shoe which is great but I had to change to the Nano 3 when doing wods because the Nike is to stiff and heavy.
As long as the wod has a bar and no running I use the Reebok Lifter Plus. It has replaced the Nike lifter except for Oly competitions where mobility/running is not a requirement.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Anago1 Nice design for a shoe
The grip on this shoes is perfect for the average person who works out. I can tell the difference when I'm working out at home or at the gym.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by FourSquareFitness Solid foundation and comfort for olympic lifting
I didn't want to admit to wanting to get better shoes. However my CrossFit coach highly promoted trying Reebok out for improving my CrossFit training. I've gone from the Nano 3 up to this Lifter Plus model. They are both awesome. The Lifter Plus is a must to improve my Olympic Lifting techniques, I feel so much more solid in my foundation and they've given me just enough of an edge to increase my range of motion. I would not use these though if we were incorporating in a running component. Strictly power lifting and Olympic lifting techniques for these bad boys.
It's been years since I've used Reebok. Since becoming a CrossFit advocate and soon to be Certified CrossFit Coach, it was only natural to try out the CrossFit product line of shows. The Nano 3 along with the Lifter Plus are my dynamic duo for training now.

Awesome purchase, sets my feet and over all position right every lift. I feel like my feet are planted firmly and I know it has helped my balance and given me the ability to not only lift more but I feel safer too!
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Lee661 Wonderful Lifting Shoes!
Today was my first time lifting in my new Crossfit Lifter Plus shoes, and all I can say is WOW! I started Crossfit in February 2013 with some Nike running shoes, and ordered a pair of custom Nano 2.0 in May, which made a difference with the minimal sole on them. Today's WOD was back squats, followed by a METCON of 5 rounds for time of 10 Double Unders, 10 push-ups, and 10 sit-ups. During the back squats my feet were locked! Virtually no lateral movement in my feet what-so-ever! If you've never had OLY shoes before like me, and put these on for the first time, you'll be amazed at the rock solid foundation feeling you get from these shoes. In any other shoe, even my Nano 2.0, theres some movement in the ankles, which transfers to the legs, then the back, and all the way up. That transfer of instability forces your body to use other muscles to stabalize your lift to continue through the workout. Once these shoes are on your feet, that's it!! Since virtually all movement in the feet is removed, this concentrates all lifting exercises to isolate, and target, your legs, and your legs only! What does this mean? It means that your working the exact muscles your supposed to be working. Your body can now concentrate on proper form, rather than compensating for a sloppy foundation. If your wondering about my METCON they were fine for that too! My feet felt fine after my double unders. I wasn't sure how they would feel, but they were fine. I haven't tried them on box jumps, lunges, or anything else. Like I said today was my first day trying them out. If your looking to improve your Crossfit workouts like I am, and haven't bought a pair of lifting shoes yet, I recommend these! They have a solid platform, but yet are comfortable to wear around the box during your other workouts! They give your feet the solid platform they need to properly perform the workout movements. I haven't tried them on OHS, but I'm hoping I'll improve my form there also! My only complaint so far is the strap near the front of the shoes. Reebok needs to place velcro all the way down the side of the shoe so when the strap is sinched tight, the strap doesn't stick out the side of the shoe. The top strap is designed like this, and when its sinched down it fits snug against the shoe. Another reviewer said the same thing, and I decided to purchase them anyways. Not really a big deal, or deal breaker, for me, but would add to the overall clean look of the shoes.

Got these shoes the same size as my Nano's and they are about a half size larger. Overall, though they feel sturdy and definitely glad I got them

These are my third pair of Olympic lifting shoes. My first pair was the original Reebok CrossFit Lifter. I loved those shoes and was very happy with the feel and comfort as well as the PRs. I then tried a competing brand and was unsatisfied with the performance. Then I purchased the Reebok CrossFit OLY Lifter Plus shoes. The new OLY lifter Plus shoes are definitely a step up from the first version. They now feature TWO straps which further stabilize your feet allowing very small movement within the shoe if any at all. The effective heel height is excellent as well. After wearing them for a few heavy OLY sessions they wore in and are extraordinarily comfortable. Excellent job Reebok CrossFit.

Haven't had them very long but so far happy with them. they have a very similar feel to the lifters.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Hawaiiblake Product meets my expectations
Not only does this product catch the eye by its look but its comfort and performance is awesome...I was worried about this product because its my first pair of lifters but this past week with them have been awesome and the compliments from other athletes come with it!!!
Rated 5 out of 5Â by HeavyliftingAspirations Excellent stability for lifting.
After two years of my coach harping on me to wear more stable footwear, I bit the bullet and ordered these lifters. In the first week I wore them to OLY class and a lifting-centric WOD and matched my current PR for Power Cleans with ease. Next up - major gains in #'s loaded on the bar. I bought the men's instead of the women's because of availability and color preference.
These shoes are comfortable. They feel solid, but still flexible. They look, as politely as I can put it, like bowling shoes, but definitely do the trick. I've worn the older model of lifters in a few competitions, but these feel more stable. The double velcro takes a little getting used to, but help to support your foot.
Not quite sure what the uForm molding really does (you put the shoe in the oven, heat it up, and then put your foot into it), but it took me 10 minutes and presumably it made it more supportive, but honestly it didn't feel all that different from pre-u-forming.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by EdgeLifter Great for powerlifting
I bought these after hearing about them from a friend, they were awesome for the first hour I was wearing them for squats/lunges/power cleans, but after that first hour the right side of the shoe started bothering me. I exchanged for the same size (11 fit slightly large for me) and the same problem happened. Ended up returning them, I think it was because of the lower strap position. Other then that, they worked great for lifting.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Chris21 These shoes are amazing, will keep your feet planted to the ground and maintain stability. There really light and comfortable. I feel I can lift more with these shoes.

I had the model before this one and everything they did to change it has made it that much better. They are incredibly comfortable, they have a good amount of room in the toes to let you spread in a deep squat. Also use these for OHP's for great power transfer.

Awesome lifting shoe...lot more comfort when doing lifts
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Mark243 Completely different than the originals!
I have the original Oly shoe. So when I decided to purchase these, I was a little skeptical on how different they would be. They are completely different; these are more of a traditional lifting shoe. The originals had a decent base but the fabric/strap didn't fit tight around my foot. The new fabric/straps on the new model makes a world of difference. It locks your foot in. I consider the first oly shoe to be a shoe you would wear during a CrossFit workout. You could do burpess, box jumps, double unders in. The new one is more stiff and will pretty much just be used for oly and power lifts. I was looking to sell my originals but now I may keep them for those workouts that have a heavy lift and some bodyweight movements.
I'm usually a 9.5-10. I ordered these in a 9 & 9.5 (on a recommendation from a friend at the gym who has them). I think I'm going to keep the 9s...so I recommend a 1/2 size smaller than you usually wear.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by NYCCrossfitter Wear a size 13 in Nano 2.0's, but had to go down to a 12 in these. Tried on 13's and 12.5s, but they were still too large.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by HeidiP21 Great shoe! Will not be disappointed
Took advantage of the black friday sales and purchased these shoes for me and the hubby. He usually wears a 9 in other athletic shoes and an 8.5 in the nano 2 & 3s but the size 8 fit him perfectly. I usually buy men's shoes and the size 7 fit my women's 8.5/9 perfectly. I love the color and love the dual straps which provide great stability. These shoes are rock solid and have greatly improved my snatch and back squat.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by efinn89 Comfortable and Sturdy
This product is excellent. These are my first pair of lifting shoes. I can't compare them with others but I'd see they are a great purchase. I feel stable in all the lifts especially the olympic lifts and squatting. The two straps makes it very solid and my foot does not slide anywhere.
One con I have for these is when doing a WOD in them, they don't feel very breathable. But over all they are perfect and just what I've been looking for.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by firefighter89 AWESOME PRODUCT
This is my first pair of reebok crossfit shoes and i have loved every minute in them. These shoes give me a more stable base when im maxing out my oylimpic lifts. These are by far the best shoes I've ever workout in and crossfitted in, and i would recommend these shoes to anyone that is looking for a good lifting shoe.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Joser This product is awesome
I've never had a lifter before so I can't compare them to anything else. The only thing I can say is that it makes a huge difference on all my oly lifts!
