Up to now, I've never owned Olys. However, I had a competition coming up, which made me focus a lot more on technique and form (especially for clean&jerk and squat-based lifts). It was explained to me that my form would be supported if not improved by the use of proper shoes. So... I picked up these shoes, and was able to practice/wod in them a few times before the comp. They fit perfectly, and provide that solid platform and angle that are so important to my lifts. PR'ed my C&J at the comp, which was an exciting example of the use of better technique.

I have been doing Crossfit for about a year now and debates for a long time whether to invest in some Oly shoes or not. I started taking an Oly class after The WODs and found a lot of issues with my form. One of the main issues was coming up on my toes and losing my balance. I finally got a pair and BOOM heels stick almost every time. I feel my heels driving and in the last week I have set PR's in back squat, squat snatch, and clean and jerks. Not bad for one week!! I highly recommend these shoes, particularly if you have issues coming up on your toes. These help you focus and form and drive your heels down to maximize power output. They're not bad for other CrossFit movements either. A lot of people said they run a half size large and I was worried about it. I have wide feet and my size fits perfectly and is super snug. They fit even better after the U form. Thanks for the great product Reebok! Keep it coming! Let me know if you ever need an extra product tester!

This is my first lifter and I plan on keeping it for quite a while. I rated it slightly uncomfortable only because the stability provided includes a tight fit on the sides and unforgiving sole. After some time, my feet get tired and appreciate a change to normal Nano's or no shoes at all. But during lifts or workouts, I feel much more stable and confident in my base, especially on heavy squats or Olympic lifts. This is a great shoe that I recommend to my own clients. Note on size: mine are the same size as my Nano 2.0s which creates confidence in Reeboks sizing.

Great flexibility in the toe box. Very stable when lifting heavy weight. Light and I am able to do a lot more than just lift in these. They do run a little big so order s half size down. They form great to your feet after heating them up in the oven.

I purchased these about 6-7 months ago while I was deployed. I was unable to do the U-Form in them so I am not sure how much better they could get.
I instantly felt more stable while doing maximal weight squats, I went from using my combat boots that had a squishy sole to these and was easily able to match my already established max squat.
As for the Olympic lifts, I was able to increase my max weight almost instantly.
They work great for any of the WoDs that have barbell work and gymnastics movements such as double unders or box jumps.
If you are on the fence about these shoes, go ahead and give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

I cant begin to explain how great these shoes feel. Great fit and great materials! Doing any oly lift in these shoes or just squats has really helped me stay flat on my feet and alsy helped with my ankle flexibility. I would def recommend these shoes!!!!

I am very satisfied with my OLY's. I've had them for a few months now. Tell ya what.....I've never felt so stable lifting. I always wear anywhere from a 9.5 to 10. I heard they ran small so I went with a 9.5. My foot is on the wider side & these are a great fit. They aren't too tight or wide. As for comfort, I wish all my shoes were this comfortable. I love box jumps & dubs in these. They absorb serious impact Like I said, I've only had them for a few months now & they are still in great condition. I haven't rope climbed in these & for the sake of keeping them in good shape, don't think I will. Overall I give them 5 star. I recommend them to all my crossfit buddies who don't have lifting shoes.

First pair of Olympic style shoes...After years of squats and power cleans in cross trainers and running shoes, I finally went for the real deal, and picked the CrossFit Oly for the wider toe box. What can I say? I felt so stable I thought my feet were nailed to the ground at the heel. Rigid enough to deliver power through the recovery of the snatch and the C&J, and the 3/4" (almost universal now) heel really improved my depth and posture for front and back squat. Again, can't compare to dedicated olympic shoes, but they're doing everything I want them to. Thanks again, reebok!
