Rated 5 out of 5 by Most AMAZING Crossfit Shoes Yet!!! I recently purchased the Nano 3.0 Excellent Red/Black. While this has been my first online order with Reebok and my first Reebok nano shoe, it will NOT be my last! The Nano 3.0 is AMAZING! It has a big roomy toe box that allows for perfect foot splay the mimics your natural toe spread. The flexibility is their for sprinting or running during WOD's and yet they are the most durable Crossfit shoe I've seen. The Duracage does not take away from the flexibility, their is NO break in time, and they are more comfortable than Oly shoes with the same firm base. While some say to get a shoe size half a size smaller I disagree. It seems as though it's all preference though. If you like your shoe tight with some toe splay go a little smaller, but if you want a roomy toe box and a thumb width at the end so your toes will never touch go with your normal size. My PR's have improved and I think these shoes are going to take me to the Crossfit Regionals next year. Can't wait to get my second pair! Oh and did I mention the added cushioning in the heel lets you wear these bad boys all day long with ease. I LOVE THESE SHOES! 9/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best out there for Working out!!! Firstly, well done on designing and creating a sexy, cool workout shoe. They really look the business when you see someone wearing Nano 3.0!! I practically live in my pair of Nano 3.0's, and they smashed all expectations. I only need one pair of shoes now to do everything I need. The rubber protective cover mesh is extremely durable, supportive, flexible but also comfortable allowing my feet to move. It's nice to be able to do rope climbs without my shoes falling apart after half a dozen ascends. After two weeks of intense training, they still look as good as new!! The soles are a huge bonus with the twin layers. Now I can Olympic lift, box jump, run etc without even thinking of changing shoes. The comfort level is fantastic, and due to the great engineering and design, you feel the differing layers take effect when performing particular exercises. Like when I am performing dead lifts, I notice the stiffer layer adding foot support, allowing me to push through my heal to greater effect whilst maintaining great balance. When I continue into box jumps for example, I then have the flexibility and cushion to land, absorbing the impact. People who have a wider foot can be rest assured, these shoes have plenty of space! I have an average size foot, and i can freely move my toes. almost like being bare foot. This is without doubt the best training shoe out there and I have NO reservations promoting the Reebok Nano 3.0 to anyone looking for the best! 10/15/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding crosstraining shoes These are outstanding shoes for most all crosstraining/CrossFit workouts. They're very universal. For squats they're flat on the bottom and the hard rubber sole allows your feet (and heels# to stay glued to the ground. For bodyweight & plyometric movements #box jumps, air squats, burpees, jump rope, etc) they're good, but the only downfall is that they don't have much cushion in them and therefore offer little ankle support. However if you're used to doing endurance workouts in somewhat "minimalist" shoes, then you'll love these. For running, again if you like running in minimalist shoes then these will be okay.. however I wouldn't personally do more than a couple miles in them. Overall they're extremely durable, they are best if you do a lot of squats, but they also hold their own through just about aything. Great shoe! 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent shoe, durability, comfort and stability for the foot 10/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome shoes!! I definitely recommend these shoes. Shoes look great and feel awesome! However make sure you get a half size smaller. I normally wear a Size 9 on most of my shoes, but I had to order an 8.5 for these. I where a size 10 with my Nike free 5.0( just as a reference to those that own Nike free 5.0). Also these shoes are not the best for running. If you run with the ball of your feet then you can probably do about 2 miles. Overall these have been by far one of the most functional shoes for working out on all levels. 12/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product wowed me My name is Kaleb I'm 16 and competed in my first competition this past weekend in Biloxi MS. I bought these shoes because my nike's just weren't giving enough support so I bought these and the shipping was fast and got to my house two days before the comp. it was freezing and I had a lot of down time between each wod and I wore my nanos the whole time and in each workout not just my feet but my whole legs felt cushioned by them. They are well worth every penny(that's a lot of penny's) I came In third on my competition by the way thank you reebok for such a great shoe and I recommend these to every crossfitter 12/15/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe!! The shoe is perfect when lifting weight because if the balance you get from them. Great for box jumps, squats, power cleans and OH Squats. If you Crossfit you would love this shoe.. 7/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best shoe I've ever worn I have been in the fitness arena for a little over 8 years as a trainer and coach and the Crossfit nano 3.0 is hands down the best shoe I have ever worn. I don't know joe it could get any better. Absolutely get what you pay for. Great for strength training, Oly lifts, running anything under 4 miles, climbing, etc. they meet and exceed any demands placed on them. Ha e recommended this shoe to most of my clue to both male and female, as well as friends and family. Thank you reebok Crossfit, keep up the good work! 9/9/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by First pair of nanos should have tried them sooner! Ive been doing crossfit for a year now and always hated having to bring two pairs of shoes if a WOD involved running. The nano's truly are a great do it all shoe! I have a torn acl in one knee and i was able to run pain free and still hammer through the oly lifts with ease all in the same shoes. I am so glad i got a pair i just wish i would have tried them sooner! 11/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than any other trainer out there The Nano 3.0 is an all around great cross trainer. While it does not have any one spectacular benefit (besides maybe the durability for rope climbs), it is an all around beast of a WOD shoe. The original Nano was my favorite version because the very stiff sole was great for lifting. But, that made it not so great for running. The 2.0 was comfortable for running, but too soft for heavy lifting. Thank goodness, the 3.0 bridges the gap between the original and 2.0. Keep in mind also, the 3.0 runs pretty wide in the toe box, much more so than the previous Nano's. While that took a bit of getting used to, now I don't think twice about which shoe to put on for a grueling WOD with both heavy lifting and running. I grab my 3.0's with a smile on my sweaty face! 4/12/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by This is my second pair of Nano 3's. I love these shoes!! 3/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect CrossFit Shoes I used the original Nanos for over a year. They were great shoes, but durability wasn't the best (although, I would still recommend). These new Nano 3.0 have more durability with the same great comfort and stability you need from shoes that need to transition from running to box jumps to oly lifts during WODs. I would definitely recommend! I would love to see some different colors, but the new all-red shoes are pretty nice. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I previously had the nano 2.0 and loved the sneaker but the tongue moving and durability was not up to par. However every thing else about the sneaker was fantastic. Now the 3.0's what sneaker!!! Every thing you need...perfect for oly lifts and met cons.. I give this sneaker 5 out of 5 stars!!!!! 7/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by What a shoe! These are my first pair of Nanos and they are awesome. I switched from another minimal shoe in which I thought I was really happy with but now I see I was wrong. With the Nano I feel very stable in squats and Oly lifts. For me it took a bit of getting used to for double unders but thats just because its a new shoe. I wish I would have been wearing Nanos all along! Way to go Reebok, its not hype its for real! 7/8/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Changes not for the good I have 3 pairs of Nano 2.0 and love them. I was excited to get the 3.0 but returned them because Reebok changed the way they fit. The 3.0 are more narrow through the middle of the sole and are uncomfortable. 7/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Ultimate CrossFit Jack-of-all-Trades Shoe Coming from some Brand X running shoes, these were a big change. I definately feel connected to the floor during lifts (not as much as an olympic/weightlifting shoe, but much more so than a running shoe), but the shoe is still light, making it nice for plyo moves, such as box jumps & T2B. I normally wear a size 10, but in this shoe I went with a size 9.5. I don't necessarily count that as running small though. I like a snug fit when working out, so that is why I went with a 9.5. A 10 would still fit, just not as snug. The durability of the shoe is awesome. It handles rope climbs better than any other shoe I have worn. In the end, I feel that this is the best all around shoe for CrossFit. Is it the best shoe for lifting? No. Is it the best shoe for running? No. It may not be the best in each class, but it does perform well. If you can only pick one shoe for CrossFit, this is definately the one to have. You will be able to get through any WOD with this shoe. 4/2/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love my shoes These are great CrossFit shoes for WOD. However, they run a little too big. Make sure you get a size under than what you really are. Other than that, I love my nano's 3.0. They're great! 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Believe the hype, these are outstanding shoes! I started doing crossfit on April 1st, 2013 and didn't buy my first pair of nanos until September 1st. After 5 months of carrying running shoes, basketball shoes, all-star chucks, and cross trainers, I finally splurged and ordered a pair of Nano 3.0s....and Nano Speeds :# I did a lot of reading online and asked fellow box members that own 3.0s about the fit and came to the conclusion that I'd gamble and order a 1/2 size smaller than usual. Besides, free shipping/free returns in case it didn't work out. And I am SO HAPPY I did. In my opinion, the 3.0s fit perfectly #now) after one WOD of breaking them in. I typically wear no-show ankle socks when I workout and straight out of the box they were ever-so-slightly snug, remember, I ordered 1/2 size smaller. But, once I wore them through my first WOD: front squats, 200m sprints, thrusters, and burpees...they fit like a glove and my feet couldn't be happier!! Had I ordered my true size, they likely would break in about 1/2 size too large. Also, as a soccer player and snowboarder, I prefer my cleats, boots, and workout shoes to fit JUST perfect. 9/6/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best Crossfit Shoes I've doing crossfit for about 8 months. I used to wear running shoes while doing the wods and now I use the proper Crossfit shoes my performance has improved. Decided to buy this because it's the latest tech by reebok and they are doing a great work at the office! I like the feeling of security sides the foot and perfect heel that help you with the proper position. 1/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I would recommend the nano 3.0 to everyone. Comfortable, I have no complaints about this product. I have bought several pairs now 1/24/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love this shoes This shoes are perfect for the crossfit workout. Love them. Soft sole just dont like them for running, I can feel the rocks and kind of hurt when running. 3/24/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes I've only had the nano 3's for three days now, and I must say I am very impressed. The shoes came out of the box basically feeling broken in. I did go with a few peoples recommendations to go a half size smaller and it was a good choice. I wear a 12.5 or 13 in Nike and a 12.5 in my new balance minimus. I ordered a 12 in the nano's and they are a perfect fit. They are a little wider than any of my other shoes in the box, but I have pretty wide feet so it's not a big problem for me. Throughout my training in them so far, I have noticed the shoes feel very stable and planted in my lifts and movements. The most running I've done are 400m sprints, that of which I was slightly less impressed with the performance. They are more solid than my minimus or nike free's but I didn't buy the shoes to run long distances in and they sufficed for the distance I ran up to probably 2 miles. Overall, I believe they are a great shoe for crossfit. They have met or exceeded my expectations for each WOD I have performed in them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great crossfiting shoe. Oh and by the way, they look great too. 3/24/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stylish, comfortable, and awesome Well I've been doing crossfit for about half a year and I must say these 3.0s are much better than the 2.0's. I had to buy two pairs because they just feel that great on your feet. I'm deciding whether or not to create my customs because they are sleek and just that comfortable. 3/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product The shoe feel great while training. Definitely getting some more. 11/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for any CrossFitter I have worn and tried many of the "CrossFit" shoes out there including the 1.0 & 2.0 Nano. The Nano 3.0 is clearly the finest of any I have tried. The fit is ideal and they work well for all the lifts, gymnastics, and other movements we put ourselves through on a daily basis. I have been a CrossFitter for 5+ years and these are by the the most well-roudned option for a shoe. 1/30/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by the perfect shoe! this is my first pair of nanos and i'm now hooked! i will not be using any other shoe, these are too amazing! the fit is true to size, they are nice and wide in the toe area. just the right amount of stiffness in the sole for support during heavy weightlifting, but still flexible and very comfortable for any other type of exercise. cant go wrong with this shoe. comes in lots of different colors and the quality of the shoe is top notch. if you are reading this... click that add to cart button now!l 12/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The 3.0s are the best CF shoes ever. Very comfortable and they fit great! 2/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Even better than the Nano 2.0 The shoe meets all my expectations. I wear them everyday and for all different activities. They never fail me and are very comfortable. 11/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Product is great, get the right fit! Once you find the right size for you, this product is great. Very good crossover shoe. Whether you're doing mobility or just running it's been great for me. 1/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Nano Yet I previously owned the Nano 1 and Nano 2. After purchasing the Nano 3 I would not go back to neither. Your foot feels very secure in the shoe during all sorts of lifts. I used to HATE! running in my Nano 2, however this changed with this shoe. When we program metcons with heavy cleans and 800 meter runs this is the shoe I go to first. You can really see in the sole of the shoe that Reebok focused on making this a better running shoe. 10/28/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Loud & Proud This is my first pair of Nano's so I can't compare to the previous versions. That said, I do know how great they've been since I started using them. They run a little big but they fit great overall. The heel support is there for squats and flexibility and comfort for those dreaded runs. Great shoes! 7/27/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Shoes I got my Nano 3.0 today and ran to my box to check them out. At first I was afraid I'd bought a size too big much because they felt a bit loose in the front (I didn't have the chance to measure this model before buying) but during training they felt very comfortable and very stable. So far I used them with Thrusters, K.B.Swing and all kinds of squats and pistol squats. in all the felt great. Bottom line - Amazing Shoes!!! 9/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by When I first got into Crossfit I work minimal style shoes of another brand until one trip up the rope left me searching for a more durable shoe so I went with the way of the buffalo and snagged a pair of the Nano 2.0's. The Nano 2.0 gave me the stability and durability I was looking for yet the breath ability was nothing near the shoes I wore previously so I decided to give the Nano 3.0 a try. Its hard for me to think that a better shoe can be made to crossfit in. You cant get your run on in Lifers and I personally need some support to lift heavy and some WODs require both. This is the shoe you want to WOD in. The most important part to me overall is the fit. I wear a 9.5 EE (wide) in my NB minimal shoes. Unlike Nike, these have a roomy toe box and an accurate fit everywhere else. Perfect for me. I dont have hobbit feet but I like my feet to act natural. This shoe gets an A++ from me. First WOD with my 3.0- "Wood" Lets do this! 10/28/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid training shoe for all CrossFit forms It's been years since I've used Reebok. Since becoming a CrossFit advocate and soon to be Certified CrossFit Coach, it was only natural to try out the CrossFit product line of shows. The Nano 3 along with the Lifter Plus are my dynamic duo for training now. 11/30/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall Shoe that covers everything This shoe is awesome!! I wear a size 13 and be warned I had to swop them out for a 12.5. Besides that I just did my first completion and they handled every challenge like a champ! Would highly recommend! You and run and do OL without any problem. 11/23/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Doin' Work! The Nano 3.0s are great! They feel amazing when I'm moving around on the mats as well as when I'm running sprints outside on the concrete. I would say true to size, even though I read reviews saying they run slightly bigger. I really appreciate all the new upgrades to make this shoe more durable while staying very functional. And the design is sick as always. 9/7/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by so comfortable These shoes took some getting used to after going from the nano 2.0 to the 3.0s but after a couple days they are very comfortable. The wide toe is great allowing your toes to spread out as well as being much more comfortable. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a good workout shoe. 10/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Crossfit Shoe for Wide Feet My biggest gripe about most minimalist shoes is that they all are geared for narrow feet. The Nano's again with 3.0 have not disappointed. Roomy toe box great for lifts, box jumps, burpees, running, etc. You can't go wrong with this shoe, it's a great all around Crossfit shoe and my second pair. 10/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome shoe! First pair of Nanos and I am impressed. Shoe is very responsive, and felt an immediate difference in DU's and box jumps. The top box may take some getting used to, but overall a great shoe. 10/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for Crossfit !!!! I had heard about these shoes from a few of my friends from my box. These shoes are perfect! They're great and are tough as nails! I've done rope climbs , long runs and even ran through water. They do perfectly and don't feel phased by it. If you need a great cross training shoe. This is it! 9/5/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by outrageously comfortable and fitting The 3.0's are way more sturdy for lifting but still flexible enough for running and rope climbing. Extremely durable because I've been using them for 2 weeks straight and they still look brand new. Plus the color combinations are extremely stylish. 9/29/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Over all very happy with the nano 3.0 They ran slightly large I came down a half size and they fit superbly! The retailer I went to didn't have the color I wanted so I ordered them online. Very happy with shipping although, I go my order before my tracking number. 10/1/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great CrossFit Shoe I really enjoy working out in these shoes. They have a great fit and a great design. I highly recommend them. 11/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes walk on water I was skeptical about these shoes from the get-go. "Nothing can be that good" Well...I was wrong! These are by far the most versatile, comfortable, and stable shoes I've ever WOD'd in and I don't see myself using any other shoe any time soon 9/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by I want to be buried in these shoes! The Nano is not too cushy, and laterally firm so great for the gym or even long walks. I can see why the CorssFitters prefer them. The colors scream off my feet and have gotten compliments from women and men. The lower profile heel gives me more control when doing anything aerobic. 7/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes for crossfit Overall great shoes. Good for box jumps and rope climbing 10/28/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by This shoe is a great all in one shoe. Good for some running, great for olympic lifting on high reps light weight. Prefer oly shoes for heavier lifts. 9/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect shoe for not only agility moves, but great for heavy lifting as well. Highly recommend. 7/6/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is nicee Better performance in box jumps and climb rope Good one for make lifting .. 7/11/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Crossfit or Conditioning Shoe These are a great 'jack-of-all-trades' shoe. Great for the Crossfit athelete. Comfortable for nearly any WOD, and sturdy enough for Olympic lifting. Running in these shoes is ok for short distances, but anything over about a mile starts to wear on you #I forefoot strike#. Also, not a comfortable shoe for long walks, or if you'll be on your feet all day #such as spending the day walking around the city, or judging an all day competition with very little sitting#. That being said, I love these shoes, and have two pair. They fit pretty close to size, but I've ordered a half size smaller because I like for my WOD shoes to be snug, but not tight. 4/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceptional Training Shoe I have the original Nano 1.0, 2.0 and the 3.0s.. I picked up the 2.0's first. They are great, only issue with those shoes are rope climbs. They began to lose a portion of the material (foamy part) on the inner part of the shoe. We do a lot of rope climbs. The shoe is still usable, but not optimal. The 1.0 is less confortable. The 3.0 so far is my favorite. I was worried since some people complained about how tight the shoe is. I find them perfect and not uncomfortable. It is really too early to tell how durable they are. I just picked up another pair of the 3.0's. If I had to rank them it would be 3.0 then 2.0, then the originals. 4/11/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by great shoe This shoe is very durable and great for my WODs. Only thing for me was my ankle seems off center when I am just standing in them, but as I work out my foot sits more centered in the shoe, I have has NB minimus and those never had the issue or I probably wouldn't have mentioned it. I think the shoes are extremely durable and will last me much longer than any of my previous workout shoes. The soles are minimal but not so minimal that it feels like your barefoot on concrete. Overall I think the best feature is just how durable the shoes seem, they really fell like they can take a much harder beating than any other comparable shoe. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by great overall crossfit shoe i'd been waiting to get this pair of shoes, but wasn't ready to part with my money (poor student). so when reebok finally had a sale that included crossfit items, i jumped at the chance, and i'm glad i did! it offers great stability for power and oly lifts, while the flexibility on the front sole allows you to run better than you would with regular oly shoes. of course, these are not running shoes, so i wouldn't use them for anything more than the usual 400m runs. i also love the duracage - holds up well during rope climbs and protects my toes from getting whipped when practicing double unders. 4/19/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the 3.0s! Great CrossFit shoe! Very durable. Great for lifting & metcons. 4/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano's These shoes hands down are the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned and used to workout. Fits extremely comfortable and isn't tight on my feet. I'd recommend to anyone to buy a pair whether its for working out or just everyday use. 6/22/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best yet After owning the U Form Nano, Nano 2.0, and now the Nano 3.0; the best shoe for any WOD has hit the street. From the open toe of the 2.0, to the firm grasp of the U Form Nano; the 3.0 encompasses the best of everything Reebok has played with. Through everything I could throw at this shoe (snatches, cleans, burpees, box jumps, sprints, KB swings) the shoe gripped, allowed my toes to naturally plane out, and cushioned the perfect amount. Great Job Reebok. Listening to athletes seems to have paid off FULLY! 7/2/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not worth the money I purchased the Nano 3.0 because I wanted a shoe to take the pace of my adidas I use for running and my merrells I use for lifting days. This shoe is not really great for either. It is quite comfortable, as long as I'm not trying to work out in it. The toe box is quite large so my foot slides when I run or jump, and there is a little too much cushion in the shoe that I'm actually more comfortable taking it off and going shoeless for heavy lifts. It really is quite a disappointment. A friend of mine purchased the shoes at the same time I did and is having the exact same issues. 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano 3.0 I purchased the Nano 3.0's.... First off I wanna say how awesome and quick the ordering process was. They were delivered to my home in an extremely short amount of time!... That being said, after having worne the Nanos for approximately 2 1/2 weeks now, doing crossfit 5 days a week, these shoes are awesome! They are everything I hoped they would be. The only down side to the shoe is, it's obviously not a running shoe, so I have to change into actual running shoes to go run, due to the Nano's hurting my feet a little during a run. All in all, great shoes, I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a great crossfit shoe! 3/26/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Durable/Lightweight/PERFECT I have been using the Nano 3.0 in Crossfit since Feb 13, as a sample from our local rep. This shoe is the real deal for Crossfit. Trust me when I say it looks better in person and is durable! They are light and comforatble without being too "squishy" for power and olympic lifts. I couldn't be happier with these shoes, can't wait to own another pair. I have a wide foot and I love the wide toe box but for a person with a more narrow foot the shoe may be a little "loose" that is why I selected slightly loose, but for me it is perfect. I wear a 9US that is 27cm. they are perfect with laced up, unlaced they seemed a little small on the toe, but once laced they are perfect - and who works out untied??? HIgh Quality Shoe - great improvements for Crosfitters! Another winner Reebok! 6/26/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best training shoe, ev-vah! Was very skeptical before purchasing my first pair of Nano 2s eighteen months ago. Now, I'm on pair four! Why? Not only do I CrossFit, but I do private and group fitness training. I'm in my Nano 3s all day, 6 days/week. Perfect shoe for fitness period. I WOD in them. I train clients in them. I've even converted a few clients to Reebok! While I loved the 2.0 [2 pairs] I kept blowing out the toe. The 3.0 has held up much better and showed only slight wear before I replaced them after 7 months. Again, I wear these shoes from 5A - 8P, M-F. I wouldn't be able to do that if they weren't super comfortable. 3/31/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can't say enough good things... This was my first pair of Reebok Crossfit Nano 3.0's. I was looking for a shoe that was durable, somewhat stiff, and had a flat sole. I do mainly bodybuilding and powerlifting style workouts, so I wanted something that would be appropriate for squats and dead lifts, as well as some light cardio. The shoe is just what I was looking for! Comfortable, supportive, and doesn't pitch me forward when squatting or dead lifting. My feet did not hurt after using them for interval training either. Overall, it is a well made shoe and was an excellent choice. I even ordered another pair after only 3 weeks with the first pair. I want to be wearing these for a while. Great shoe! 3/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I'll never buy anything else I have had Nanos since the original Nano, and I'm most excited about this one. After one year the original Nano shoes split at the ball of my right foot. I thought, normal wear and tear. The Nano 2.0 didn't do this and lasted close to 2 years before wearing out, but the ball of my right foot had been bothering me for about 1 month. In the end, the Nano 2.0s toes had worn leaving m big toes exposed a little.... Normal wear and tear... These new 3.0's rope guards on the toes look to be larger, not to mention the rubbery material guarding the entire front of the foot. They seem to be a little less flexible, but I'm sure after they're broken in, they'll be even better than my beloved 2.0s. 3/29/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Shoe...But I love these shoes and I am a huge fan of the Nano. I have had the U-Forms and the 2.0's and loved them. But for some reason these 3.0 do not fit like the other pairs. I have a 12 in all three and these 3.0 fit alot bigger than the others. Its pretty annoying and I can not comfortably do a Wod in them. 7/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent upgrade! I first saw the Nano 3.0 when my coach came to the gym in them. He is a very well-known Games veteran and he talked to me about all the improvements that were made. The mid-sole stability, the heel support, etc... I pre-ordered them and received them a few days ago. I have worn them for 5 workouts so far and they are AMAZING! I have the Nano 2.0 and love them, but I like the 3.0 even more. The added stability in the midsole allows for a much better feel, making the shoes seem lighter and more attached to your feet. the rubber toe adds grip without sacrificing flexibility. The heel of the shoe is quite stable and I was able to perform some Oly lifts with ease will mixing in body weight movements and gymnastic training. Overall, Reebok has out-done themselves yet again with a spectacular shoe. I recommend this shoe to anyone who does Crossfit or any other type of high intensity, varied-movement workout regimen. 7/5/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Incredible. Only word that fits. Went out on a limb and bought them online and been unable to try them out first. They fit my foot like a glove, and the ability to fan my toes out is awesome! Definitely good that I ordered a half size down. I have used these for deadlifting, squatting, , push presses, plyometrics, and calisthenics, and just casual daily wear. They're unbelievably awesome. They let me dig into my heels and plant my feet firmly when doing heavy lifts, but also are comfortable enough to absorb the shock from landing when I do jumping and short distance sprints, and to me that is huge because I am a heavy guy. I am definitely going to buy another pair of these. I couldn't ask for more from a pair of shoes. 3/20/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Shoe but the fit is wider than the Nano 2 Using nano 2s for almost a year I decided it for an upgrade. The fit is A LOT wider on the Nano 3. I'm a 10.5 on the nano 2 & oly lifters and get a great fit. The nano 3 whoever leaves me with excess fabric (or in this case, casing) on the toe and my foot moves around instead of the snug fit of the nano 2 and oly. So much so that I'm having a bit of trouble with my boxjumps as well as burpees and any other exercise where I appreciate a sung fit. I can't go down to half a size either because the length won't allow it. This is very disappointing. 10/3/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by almost perfect! Love them! I've down a very large number of WOD's with these shoes and they haven't let me down once! The bad- Running in some WOD's wasn't the best with these shoes but not terrible. Fit. They fit more true to size than the Nano 2.0 but still a little big in the width, mostly in the front. I wear soccer or basketball socks with them and they now fit great. The good- Pretty much everything else! I wear these 5 days a week for WOD's and even to my non-crossfit gym. I love them for leg days and I don't use lifters. Best Crossfit shoe I've ever had! 3/31/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super comfy shoe for training. Super comfy shoe for training. Runs a little big so be sure to try these on in a store first if possible to get the sizing down. I went down a half size but if I order another pair I will go down a full size down. Also runs really wide in the toe box which I like because I like to allow my toes and feet to spread naturally. Overall, a really great durable shoe for training in whether you're doing a WOD or some Olympic lifting and even short runs. I definitely recommend these shoes to someone who is wanting to take their training up to the next level. 3/30/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best training shoe I've ever worn! Hands down, the best training shoe I've ever worn. I was a fan of the Nano 2.0, but the 3.0 is even more durable, and IMO, looks way cooler. As I'm not a Crossfitter, I wish it didn't say Crossfit on the back of the shoe. However, if your strength and conditioning work includes a mix of circuit training, barbells, kettlebells, and some sprinting, the Nano 3.0 is the best jack of all trades training shoes I've come across. 4/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Overall Choice For CrossFit I ordered a pair of the Nano 3.0s and have used them now in both MetCon and Weightlifting situations and in daily WODs. They are fantastic shoes. They have the stability that you need for strength training while also have the comfort and flexibility to use while running or during tough WODs. The toe box is nice an roomy and I feel they offer superior support through the midsection of the foot while providing great support at the heel for weightlifting. If you are looking for a great all around shoe for CrossFit, look no further, you will be pleased. 7/6/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by The perfect tool to get anything done. I've used these shoes for 2 weeks now. The first thing I noticed was the look, they look really strong and durable. Now the sizing is a little on the lose side from left to right. So if u buy a half inch bigger because u have wide feet be prepared. It's not necessary. Now on the workout side of this shoe it's perfect. These shoes go where you go and once you plant your feet the stay. Dead lifts, high/low back squats, deep front squats, leg press, lunges, box jumps, jump rope, etc... Can't wait to see what else these shoes can do. Thanks reebok 3/30/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by First pair of nano's vs nano speed This is my first pair of regular nanos. I have worn the nano speeds for 8 months and love them and still use them on run days. Speeds are a little more comfortable to run because the dura cage on the 3.0 is all over. I still love these shoes and wear them everywhere. 4/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by This shoe is the best shoe ever. This shoe is amazing. I thought it would only be an okay shoe, but its not. It runs true to size if you have wide feet. Its amazing for everyday things. I bought these with my birthday money and they are a great investment. I recommend these shoes to anyone. 4/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I'm a bigger guy and wanted a shoe with enough support but a minimal or more natural foot positioning for cross training. I've had the pair for two weeks now and have to say that these are the best cross trainers that I've worn. The fit was perfect. I usually wear I wider size shoe and was a little skeptical at first buying a regular size. So, if you are somebody looking for a wider size, quality cross trainer, pick up a pair of these. 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can handle any WOD These shoes are amazing, I didn't think a shoe would be better than the Nano 2's, but these have surpased all my expectations. They are still as stable as the Nano 2's, but still seem more cusioned for box jumps, and running WODs. They fit great, with a little more room in the toe box than the 2's. I would highly recommend these shoes. 4/16/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great overall shoe! The shoe overall fit great, and had a wide toe-box. After previously training crossfit in Brooks running shoes, the Nanos were a vast improvement during each workout. The Nanos don't give during heavy lifts or box jumps, so in return you get the full potential out of each lift. 4/17/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome shoes. Some of my favorite training shoes. Love the shoes. They are comfortable, light and not too tight. Some shoes I've had in the past were too heavy or clunky. Others I had were very light but had no good support and were better for running. I find these to be good in the middle - do my training and do my cardio without changing shoes. 4/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great product for cross fit This shoes really help when it comes to lifting. They allow you to be back on your heels so you can use good form well lifting. I would recommend these shoes to everyone I know. 4/19/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent shoe, perfect for all types of weight tr The Nano 3.0 is a great pair of training shoes that offer comfort, flexibility and tremendous durability. I recommend them to all my clients. C 4/19/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Best shoe I have ever used! So comfortable, durable, and etc! Glad I made the purchase! 4/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome product Fit great and true to size. Comfortable to do anything inside and outside of the box. 4/20/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by missing my Nano's I think I should have bought Nano's again instead of getting the 3.0's. I went the route of the newer model because of the rope protection for Double unders and rope climbs. Unfortunately though its weird when I run because they're a bit loose and the way the toe box flex because of the rubber protection. I also miss the form fit of the Nano's which made the original Nano's fit like the perfect gloves. Anyways they're good shows if you have wide feet. not sure if a 9.5 would fit better. 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Im not sure if my shin splint feeling was coming from an "old" pair of Nano 2.0's but ever since I've started wearing my 3.0's I don't get that feeling anymore! They are so comfortable & super cute!! 4/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product exceeded my expectations and very comfortable. 4/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thrilled with these shoes I have very narrow long feet. (4.5 inches in width, 10 inches in length). I ordered a size 9.5 shoe and they fit perfectly. I think if you have wide feet order half a size up, if you have average/narrow feet then order true to size. I'm a 9.5 in almost every shoe I buy except distance running where I order a size 10 (I wear Saucony for running). The entire shoe fits a bit wide, but you can cinch up the laces and adjust the fit so it works for you. I really love these shoes and I can feel the difference between these and my last pair of minimus shoes. 12/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Unmatched comfort and durability These shoes are great for WODS and running. Look forward to many workouts in these. My first pair I ordered were too big, so I exchanged them for a size smaller. 4/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best shoe I own! These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I will be buying Nanos for now on. 4/19/14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Toe box too large I have a pair of Nano 1.0. I have used them for 2 years. They have been a pretty good shoe, light weight and stable. The toe box is a little big (sloppy), but that is for this style shoe. I thought Reebok may adjust this in the new versions of Nanos. They did....but the wrong way. the toe box is even more sloppy in the Nano 3. The rest of the shoe is great. But when bending the toes while doing burpees or push-ups, the toe box wrinkles up in an annoying way. Not the shoe for me. Gonna try the Sprints. 3/29/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by This shoe is awesome, a little wide in the toe but still great. 4/19/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Nano 3.0's are perfect for every workout. They also look great and feel great. I actually have four pairs and get cannot get enough of them. I workout twice a day, six times a week so I need the perfect show to workout in and these are the winners. 4/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by PERFECT FOR CROSSFIT! Just as you'd expect from Reebok, this shoe is perfect for crossfit. If you were wearing traditional sneakers for your lifts and WODs before, now's the time to change your ways. I used to be that guy but after putting these on for lifts, I noticed an immediate benefit in terms of better form for lifts and new PR's. These do make a significant difference. excellent heel support and does its job superbly well at keeping you planted. Construction is solid as expected. There's a reason why Reebok is the official sponsor. You can trust that they'll make an awesome shoe! ORDER A HALF SIZE DOWN FROM YOUR NORMAL SHOE SIZE . I'M A SIZE 10 IN NIKE. I USE SIZE 9.5 FOR THIS SHOE AND ITS THE PERFECT SIZE.. 3/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beast Shoes!!! These Nano's are far beyond anything I've worn to WOD. Thought that of my 2.0's but these 3's have been nothing short of fantastic!! The toe box gives my feet the room to expand when doing anything from box jumps to dubs. Get these immediately!!! 4/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reebok does it again I worked out in these shoes this morning and they felt great. They didnt shift when I did hang clean fron squat, they stayed in place during my burpee pullups and they were very comfortable while rowing. I love these shoes. Cant wait tell the green ones come out. 6/28/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent comfortable, light and durable / perfect for the box 4/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than Nike's I read reviews that these run large...so I looked at the size description on Nano 3. I measured my foot from heel to toe in cm and bought the pair that fit exactly. They were a bit snug for the first two days, but then they loosened up and got broken in and now they fit perfect. They arent too loose but not to snug. I hate it when a shoe finally breaks in and the shoe becomes a half aize larger than what I usually wear. Since i ordered them exact once they were broken in...perfect! I had gotten used to CF'n in Nike Free's, and I am so glad I made the switch! Better support and all around better shoe. If you are an avid CF'er and are sitting on the fence about buying a pair, just get'em you won't regret it. 10/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by At first your foot won't feel stable inside the shoe, but while you are working out you will feel the real benefit of the wide toe design. The design allows your toes to really spread out, giving yourself a solid base to work from. 4/15/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe for different Olympic lift or just WODs in general. Really helped on my stability while dead lifting and push presses. A little rough to run 2+ miles but its something to get used to. Only had them 3 weeks so just have to see how they hold up. 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great first pair of dedicated workout shoes! I have enjoyed these shoes a lot. At first I thought the Nano wold be a lot of CF over hype, but they are truly great shoes. I don't have wide feet so the toe box could be smaller and the shoes are uncomfortable for anything longer than a 1 mile run, but everything else is great. I feel very flat and connected to my lifts. I highly recommend these for body weight, plyo, and weight lifting workouts. 4/6/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by These seem to be more durable than the 2.0's. It's too early to tell but so far so good. Comfortable good looking shoe. 4/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good shoes to crossfit This shoes combines several features in one product, with a good performance in most modalities of Crossfit. 4/16/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by Your First Choice For CrossFit The Reebok Nano 3.0 is a versatile CrossFit trainer. This shoe is great for WODs, Weightlifting, Running Sprints, etc. It is simply, comfortable, durable and an easy choice for beginners or seasoned athletes. 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano's 3.0 are the best all propose shoe and the colors are awesime! 4/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product These are my fourth pair of nanos within the last year. I absolutely love these shoes. They have been great. I totally recommend these shoes to everyone I workout with. I love the ability to customize, also. 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Shoes! Great shoe. Very comfortable and well built. I own a pair of the 2.0's and those were fantastic but these are definitely a step up in all areas. Buy them and never look back! 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great shoe! I purchased these shoes for my fiance whom has always had shoe struggles with a size 13 foot. He really likes these and they are holding up well! He typically would go through a new pair of shoes every few months in CrossFit. These should get him through the year no problem! 4/11/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Overpriced! I bought these shoes because everyone I spoke to in the Crossfit community told me they were the best shoes for Crossfit. I payed $119.98 plus tax for these shoes straight from the Reebok site. In my opinion these shoes are extremely overpriced. They are comfortable but there is nothing really that stands out and would make this shoe $20-$30 more expensive than any other training shoe. I would not recommend this shoe for the main reason that you can get another pair of training shoes a lot more economical. 3/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid Overall Shoe This shoe performs great in all WODS except for long distance running. This shoe will get the job done whether its plyometrics, Olympic lifts, and short distance running. Great shoe! 4/13/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe, UPGRADE from the Nano 2.0 I have owned 2 pairs of the Nano 2.0 and have UPGRADED to the Nano 3.0. The construction and design on this 3.0 is more stable and durable then the 2.0. One huge upgrade was in the sole and midsole, comfort, design and durability. Love this shoe and I look forward to training it all this year! 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe for anything a WOD can throw at you. Great shoe for stability...excellent for thrusters when oly's are not available. Only negative is that the all black fades rather quickly. I've had them only a few days and they're all ready turning a sad grey :( 4/12/14
Rated 2 out of 5 by The shoe is adequate and for most people who will begin and are doing crossfit. Being a minimal shoe wearer For two years now to me this shoe feels too thick, has too much of a heel and feels to narrow as well. I was able to get a pair of the 2.0 and although they are still not great for working out IMO, they are infinitely more comfortable than the 3.0 4/7/14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Be careful with the colors I just received my pair of nano 3's in the white/red. From the picture it appears that the toe cap actually is red, but as soon as I opened the box I realized it was pink. It is not even close to being red. Very disappointed with the color. The pair was back in the mail within 10 minutes. Overall the shoe felt ok, but the toe box was a little bit wider than the 2.0's. Most importantly just don't get the white/"red" unless you want a shoe that is pink. 7/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great training shoe. Met expectations, firm stability comfortable. 4/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for WODding Great for doing all of my workouts! It has a solid flat base. It's no lifter but it gets the job done! 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great improvement over the 2.0 Not only does it look better, the shoe fits and performs better. The quality level seems higher as well. Great job. 4/13/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by this product is ok seems I am in between sizes. I tried a 9 too lose and the 8.5 is a little tight 4/14/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Shoe is VERY painful! VERY NARROW I bought me some Nano 3.0's because they were so highly recommended and I have hated them so far. The bridge of the shoe is extremely narrow, and the edges of the shoes go up very steeply (I"m guessing its there to kind of hold the foot in a bowl). My foot hangs over both sides, over the slopes on the edges, creating a lot of pain. My heel doesn't even sit in the shoe. It is constantly sliding to the inside causing imbalance and torque on my knees and ankles. I would not recommend the 3.0's to anyone cause they've just cause me a whole lot of pain.... I'm trying to see if Reebok will help me out in order to get something better. 8/28/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by great training shoes Love the durability and design definitely will buy another pair. 4/14/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ordered a custom pair of nano's and they were great. They did however come apart in 6 months. Even though this happened they are a very functional shoe and I beat them up daily at the box so I called reebok and told them what happened. I was very pleased with the outcome. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice shoe This is a great shoe. My only complaint would be that it feels tight on my foot, however I have wide feet. Other than that I like the 3.0s a lot more than the 2.0s and that is saying a lot. 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good next step in nanos I've only worn them for a few WODs but was able to run, box jump, Oly Lift and power lift in them and they felt great. I'm looking forward to climbing some ropes to see how they hold up. 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by men dance too! I've been doing aerobic dance for 35 years and find fewer and fewer good options for support and flexibility. These are now my go to shoes! 4/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano 3.0s This is my second pair of 3.0s and they are roomier than the first pair and even more comfortable. Reebok just keeps getting better with the Nano, IMO. I bought the solid red pair and I'd buy them again. 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great product, worth the price! I have always worked out in running shoes or other "cross-trainers." I found that running shoes were to narrow and didn't allow may feet to spread out fully thus making me off balance while in the gym. These shoes are exactly what I've needed! I will never go back to another type of shoe, they have drastically improved my Olympic lifts by making me feel more stable, more balanced and my heels feel like they are locked to the ground. If your considering changing from a running type shoe and going to a crossfit shoes do it! You won't regret it. Plus I still run in these and I like them more then my running shoes, puts more emphasis on my calve muscles which I need :) 1/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by the best shoe for crossfit great stability. All though not the be a t shoe for running anything over 1600m. 4/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by First Nano For Me - Couldn't Be Happier At crossfit I used to have a lifting shoe and a running shoe, depending on what type of activity we were doing. It worked for me, but was slightly annoying to kick off shoes and put them back on - the lifting shoe I could deal with short 400 meter runs, but I kind of wanted something a bit more comfortable & not have to worry about what WOD we were doing - I wanted one shoe to lift and run in. On top of that I really didn't like the Reebok shoe design in previous Nanos. Just didn't find them very stylish. When I saw the 3.0 - I thought "Wow, these look cool." Probably my first purchase from Reebok ever, I have always used their main competitors because they look and felt better. So, I guess i'm a new convert. 7/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by I Crossfit 5 times a week and was looking for a shoe that could withstand the daily abuse I normally put my shoes through. The Reebok Nano 3.0 is the perfect shoe for the job. I own other "training style" shoes but none come close to these. The Reebok Nano 3.0 offer me great foot support and comfort during my workouts. I have a wide foot and was expecting a "break in" period but these shoes have a very wide toe box, which made the shoe very comfortable and workout ready straight out of the box. I'm very satisfied thank you Reebok! 12/12/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Order a half size smaller! Huge toe box Great shoe for Crossfitters. Has a small heel, so not a true hybrid for lifting. I would order a half size smaller, as the toe box is massive 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable shoe! I've had foot problems years and these shoes were the answer! 4/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them Very comfortable, great for rope climbs also. I really like these shoes. 4/12/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice for CF I have usually worn running shoes to CF and have quickly gone through several pairs. This Nano 3 is much better for me - comfortable and much more durable than a running shoe. I went 1/2 size smaller than normal and the shoe is still pretty roomy. I could have gone 1 full size smaller and still have a good fit. After a couple weeks, I am still trying to get use to feel for sprints over 400 meters. Unfortunately, my max strict pull ups haven't increased. Good all-around shoe. I am glad I purchased them. 3/19/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by comfortable versatile shoe Great shoe, durable and love the colors. Fits a little loose but has great support. They tend to heat up the feet more than the nano 2.0 but for a little more support during lifting workouts it's worth it. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good shoe I like the nano 3.0s but runs wide. Good for rope climbs. 4/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Shoes are wicked confortable and added ten pounds to all of my oly lifts. 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes. I have a wider front foot and although I have flat feet, this shoe is extremely comfortable. 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by My first pair of CF shoes This is my first pair of Crossfit shoes and I am pleased with them. They are very sturdy and I have good expectations that they will last. My only criticism is that they are not the best for any long distance running but I do understand that this is not what they are designed for. I am used to running in true running shoes and these are taking a little adjustment to get used to them when running is part of a daily WOD. I have a wide foot and these shoes fit me just fine. No complaints on the fit. All in all they are a good shoe. 12/2/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stable, grippy, stays tied Paying attention to small details, like choosing a shoestring that doesn't come untied easily, makes a difference in the experience with a shoe. Especially one that'll be punished repeatedly during workouts. The soles grip VERY well. The shoes feel VERY light. And they are VERY comfortable. From rowing, to deadlifts, to box jumps, to powercleans, these shoes keep me feeling very connected. I haven't used these for rope climbs yet. So we'll see how they stand up to the test. 3/22/14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for me I did not like the Nano 3. They run larger than expected and felt loose. They were not very comfortable. Not the shoe for me, so I gave them to a friend. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Awesome shoes! Never fails to keep you comfortable for the workout. 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Extremely comfortable Love this shoe for my Crossfit workouts! I am glad I read other reviews, becuase this shoe does run 1/2 size large, I usually wear 8 1/2 ordered an 8 and they fit perfect! 4/8/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very comfortable I feel very balanced and in good comfort while working out. 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Like running in these 3.0 more compared to the 2.0 Overall great shoes for CrossFit and exercising in general 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by great stronger than the 2.0s. Fit to size and great for weightlifting….nano speeds for running though. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy happy I needed these after a year of the Nano 2's I'm so happy I purchased the 3's... Awesome shoe 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by They Rock This is my second pair and I love them! Ive worn them to wod in and squat never feel unstable or lose grip. I also wear them everyday and thay are durable. 4/8/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good overall I am enjoying wearing the Nano 3.0 however it was suggested for me to go 1/2 size smailler but it is a little tighter than I expected and both toes hurt a little some times while I wear the shoes and after taking them off. I believe I should have gone with my true size of 12 as opposed to 11.5. I do believe they're good and seem to be durable enough for a crossfit WOD as well as running as I look to compete in masters track this year. I am looking to try two other types of Reebok shoes (Nano speed and crossfit sprint) but will look at getting them in my regular size. 2/22/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceeded my expectations Very comfortable. Great lateral stability. Goof all round training shoe 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Extremely comfortable to work out in. Great shoe. Fits well. No break on needed. Put them on and work out. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great heir Was very happy to see the Nano 3.0 live up to the great line of shoes. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these Nano 3 shoes Love these shoes so much I just ordered a second pair to alternate. Very comfortable with no real break in time. I don't know how long they will last, hopefully a long time. For me, much better then Nano 2. 4/6/14
Rated 2 out of 5 Disappointed with 3.0, 2.0 much better Upon putting on the Nano 3.0, I realized there is VERY little support in the mid-sole. The Nano 2.0 is a MUCH better performance shoe, the only plus for the 3.0 is the 'dura-cage' and area on the mid-sole designed for rope climbing. These shoe are decent for lifting in, but the 2.0's still feel as if there's a more stable platform for lifting, the 3.0's do not offer as much support. Running in the Nano 3.0's becomes EXTREMELY uncomfortable, unless you stay on the balls of you feet with a forefoot strike. I wish Reebok out take the Nano 2.0's, put a "dura-cage" on them, put the rope guards on the side and they would have the PERFECT CrossFit shoe. Really disappointed overall with the Nano 3.0. 7/12/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by My first pair of Reeboks! Before I purchased the Nano 3.0's, my Crossfit shoes were the Vibram 5 - fingers. While I liked the Vibrams, I had to move to a different shoe to support my almost non - existant arch and have a closed toed shoe to use inserts with. The Nano 3.0 is light, which I really like for running! While I don't normally use them for weighted movements, I do feel like my feet have way more support during the movements I have done. Very comfortable shoe for the workout. My only problem with the shoes is: I don't want to get them dirty! Love em! 3/6/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Comfortable The Nano 3.0's are very comfortable for all CrossFit functions. I have flat feet and running shoes give me terrible shin splints when running doing other activities at CrossFit. These shoes have eliminated that pain when running. I still get a little pain when jumping rope but nothing like it used to be. The wide toe box is a very nice thing to have as well as I have wider feet. Just completed my first competition with them and wore them all day. Very comfortable and worked great. Overall these are a great shoe. I would definitely recommend them. 9/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for WODS and running. I bought these specifically for my CrossFit workouts. They are the best pair of athletic shoes I have probably ever owned and plan on buying a few more. They are comfortable for weightlifting and for when I have to run during my WODs. 4/4/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Crossfit sho but aesthetics need improvement Light weight, durable and surprisingly stable in the heal cup. Been using innov 8 f-lite for a while now and they both are excellent Crossfit shoes however because of the heal cup stability I give a slight edge to the nanos strictly because they are the better lifting/ all purpose shoe assuming you are one that does not like transitioning to pure lifting shoes. I do wish they were a little more aesthetically appealing, they are lightweight but clunkier compared to the f-lite, that could be due to the fact they are extremely durable, idk. 3/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Most comfortable shoe I've ever had on my foot! Want one of each color! Shipping was extremely fast! Ordered on a Saturday and shoes were at my front door tue afternoon! Def gonna buy a couple more colors! You won't b disappointed! And I don't even do cross fit. I just like the look and comfort of the shoe! 3/31/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by works well works well for what i need it for, good for rope climbs and lifts 4/7/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by It's a good one or two. As wildland firefight helps me work the right way and do it safely. 4/6/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nano 3.0 Shoe looks awsome have to say that. But they hurt my feet when I do long workouts. I think the reason is that the shoe fits real loose I would def recommend getting 1 size smaller. 4/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by during my workouts my feet hurt bad after trying onthe nano 3.0 i decided to try them gald i did i can get through my workouts pain free now i will definately buy another pair 4/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best nano yet! I previously had the nano 1.0 and 2.0s. Where I found the nano 2.0s to be larger than my true size, the nano 3.0s fit better. The 3.0s are the best of nano line to date. As with all of the nanos, these shoes can take a beating and handle most crossfit needs. I still prefere to wear minimal shoes during longer runs but the nano 3.0s heel isn't that burdensome for interval run wods. I would buy these again. 3/23/14

Rated 2 out of 5 by Let down This was a disappointment for me and I returned my 3.0. I am not sure about the width of the shoe but I am an E width and these felt tight to me though the arch area, actually had foot pain after DU's. I have purchased 2.0 and actually have been happier with those. Maybe if your foot is not wide they will be better for you. Quality and workmanship was fine, just didn't work for my foot. See what next year brings for nanos 3/21/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Quality Control Issues Have recently ordered the same shoe now three times in effort to get one that was made correctly, The footbeds of the first two were cut short on both the toe end and along the toes to the side of the shoe. The first two pair were very different in that aspect and you could feel the short cut of the footbed in the toes and even see where the cut was made poorly. Just wanted to make others aware of the issue. Hopefully the third pair is right. 12/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great CF shoes Read a lot of reviews before getting these shoes so I had high expectations before they arrived. They are very comfortable and the sizing was spot on. They do provide support while lifting (noticed a difference right away when doing cleans and dead lifts) and are versatile enough to do box jumps and doubleunders. Overall I would say these are great shoes and have already recommended them to couple of my friends. 3/22/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect for any circuit workout! Really grip the ground, built for circuit work and crossfit ! 4/5/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best workout shoes in the market. Exceeded all my expectations. 4/5/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by AWESOMENESS Although I didnt give it a 5star these shoes are a must have. The reason I didnt give 5 star is because the price is a little steep and anything past a mile run is quite detrimental on the feet. Other than that perfect for my wods and oly lifting is superb. guess I just have to swap out the shoes for the running pair when it comes time for the longer runs. 3/26/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good training shoe The Nano 3 seems to be durable enough. I have only had the shoe for three weeks and so far has met 99% of the vast variety of training I do. The shoe does not make a good long distance hard surface running shoe. The only issue I have found, is that the traction is not as good as I expected. Only time will tell if the Nano 3 is a truely great crossfit shoe. 3/26/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by You need it, but... This is a great shoe, and I highly recommend it for CrossFit, but i workout usually five times per week, really hard, usually with one of these CrossFit shoes, and while they are great, they don't last very long. This is my third shoe. I have had versions 1 and 2. Just got 3.0, and have been wearing it for three weeks now. It feels great and looks great too. Buy it. Important note - my previous shoes were size 9, but this time i stepped it down to 8.5, a great improvement for me (I usually wear a 9 in every shoe I buy). 10/20/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Still getting used to them Good shoe, different from anything i've owned so they're taking a bit of getting used to. Overall great product, definitely recommend the shoes. 4/3/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by To wide in the toe area. Really liked the soles of the shoe but went back to the nano 2.0s 4/4/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wasn't sure... I tried a few of these on and they all fit different even in the same size. Took a little while to get used to and break them in. After a few wods, I love them. I can't say they made my wod's any different or better. Especially compared to how a lifter helps with PR's. I still like them and they are surprisingly good for running wods and shuttle runs. overall a great shoe. I opted for all black and see that they will hold up well. 3/19/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good All Around Gym Shoe I don't do Crossfit officially, but I do metcon work, loaded carries, push Prowlers, etc. on top of traditional bodybuilding. No problems at all with the Nano 3.0. Good all around shoe for lifting and conditioning. The fact that it's not specialized is what makes it versatile and great for a lifter like me. 3/28/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very pleased for first Cross Fit Shoe Ok, don't know where to start this is my first review. I guess I will start with size for me I think it runs about a 1/2 size big, however that could be the design of the toe area. The toe area is a little bigger then most work out shoes, but that's to spread your toes out while lifting. They take a little long to break in, but they are comfortable when done. They are a good all around shoe for the sprint and agility side to the lifting side. They have a good flexibility. Over all I would recommend these to any all around cross fitters. 7/24/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Toughest, most comfy and stable shoe around I love my nano 3.0's! I grind through the toughest programming every day twice and sometimes three times a day with these bad boys! They exceed all expectations with the first pair I bought just got my second pair and they feel even better than the first. They keep getting better as time goes on. Incredibley minimal break in time as well. If you want the proper sizing to be on the nose first time around, go to a sports store and slap on any pair of reebok running shoes and go with that size. Enjoy these bad boys and they'll carry you through the toughest WODs 2/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best all around shoe I have owned all 3 nano generation shoes and reebok has definitely done their homework. The 3.0 definitely has improved over the 2.0. I have noticed it greatly with the lateral support as well as the rubber cage that surrounds the entire shoe. Not only does the cage improve stability but it also is protecting the rest of the shoe from damage and wear from stuff like rope climbs. I have and do recommend this show for metcons and lifting, I don't think they are as good as the oly lifters but they are still great to lift in. 10/1/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable , good toe box The shoe is very comfortable and stable, I will order another pair soon. I would reccomend this shoe to anyone no matter what training they do. 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe. I was torn between re-ordering Nano 2.0's vs the 3.0's but am happy that I went with the 3.0s. Good shoe that has improvements from the 2.0. I like that the laces stay "locked" and tight in the shoes, seems like they put some thought into this. All in all a great shoe in Nano2.0 that is only improved with 3.0. Can't go wrong with this one. Definitely run a half size larger than the 2.0, so heed this advice and order smaller. 3/19/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe, but.... These shoes are great. The only problem I have is they feel a little loose compared to the Nano 2.0. The 2.0's had a very snug fit around the mid section of my foot. These feel a little loose. I'd trade them for a half size smaller but I think my toe would be hitting the front of the shoe. Havent tried them out in a WOD yet but I dont think it will impede my workout at all. Overall I'm impressed. 6/30/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe for crossfit or other lifting / aerobic Best shoe I have found yet for crossfit! Smoking hot color that my wife loved! 4/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes are amazing. I've been cross fitting in running shoes and they just can't compare. This is only my second week in these shoes, but they make a world of difference. 3/31/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by This was a surprise Birthday present for my husband. He absolutely loved them- he said they're very comfortable to do his daily WOD! I would definitely recommend them! 3/31/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent evolution of an already great shoe! The 3.0 is simply awesome! My pair arrived today and from the second I put them on, I knew it was a great improvement from the 2.0, particularly in terms of FIT. I have 2 pairs of 2.0's and they feel just a tad too small (although had I purchased a 1/2 size up, they might have felt too big). Not so on the 3.0 -- feels true to size. Not sure what people mean when they say that it the toebox is big...for me, this is a perfect fit. Got lots of complements in my box today -- guess I'm the first one with these hot looking shoes! 7/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe Great crossfit shoe and not bad to run in either. Would defiantly buy the shoe again.... 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by this is awsome i loved this shoes they were perfect i want more 3.0 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe! I thought to myself before buying these shoes, "What am I doing? I just joined CrossFit!" I was, however, pleasantly surprised at how great this shoe actually performs for me. There are lots of new movements and workouts that I never did before CrossFit and these shoes are made for everything! The stability they provide for lifts and comfort for short running is great. They also happen to look very cool which is always a positive in my book. I highly recommend these shoes, especially to newcomers. 3/4/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Similar fit to Nano 2.0 The 3.0 fits similar to the 2.0 only bet better. It makes a great running shoe and fits snug for box jumps. So far it has held up to the durable reputation of a Reebok Nano. 7/12/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Insanity Asylum I've been looking for a great pair of shoes to do Insanity and Insanity Asylum for a while. I've used different shoes and these are by far the best. What sets these shoes apart from the rest is that they are wider at the front while not feeling loose. This allows my foot to be completely flat on the ground which allows for greater stability while jumping side to side and doing balancing moves. I've also gone for a couple miles runs right after a workout and they felt just as comfortably during this activity. This shoes will not be my last pair of crossfit shoes, that is for certain. 1/21/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by perfect design for flat footed individuals, its really hard to find shoes that can be confortable and give enough support when running, and squating. i like them a lot. and the way they wra arouind the feet its actually pretty good. a good investment. 3/27/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth the money! I have been doing Crossfit for about 8 months now, I just recently bought the Nano 3.0s and I wish I would have bought them earlier. They are perfect for about 90% of the workouts we do in Corssfit. Running long distances in them is a bit rough, but that is not what they are meant for. I recommend these to anyone who is doing Crossfit and plans on continuing. 3/20/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these shoes! I'm a big guy and I tear through sneakers quickly, especially when woding (crossfit). These are very comfy, have great support and feel very sturdy. I'm very happy with them. I am going to get a couple more pairs in different colors :-) 3/26/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Crossfit Shoes All around awesome pair of shoes. They look and feel great. You won't be disappointed if you buy these shoes. The only problem I have with these shoes is the cheap insoles that come in them. Do you self a favor and buy a good pair of insoles to go in these shoes and you will thank me for it. These shoes work well with short runs, but aren't the best for running long distances. The hard toe cap is great for T2B and double unders by protecting your toenails for slamming against the bar & rope. 3/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice improvement from the first gen. I wish there were a couple more color choices. 7/26/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well worth it I have been holding out on buying these. Every time I would get close I'd talk myself out of it over the price or some other small objection. I finally ordered these and am kicking myself (in my new nanos) for not ordering earlier. I ordered a half size smaller than normal and that worked perfectly. The functionality of these shoes are like nothing I have ever worn for crossfit. If you are on the fence don't make my mistake, just order them and prepare to be amazed. 3/7/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome I have about 10 crossfit workouts so far with mine and love them. Today was the Filthy Fifty and they were great. I had to send back the first pair because they fit a bit to big. So I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear. 3/25/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product Great crossfit shoe, espically with workouts with Olympic lifts in them. Great stability and they are very light weight 3/29/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I'm a believer I didn't think I would like these shoes as much as I do. They are very comfortable and offer enough room for my wide feet. And whether I'm running, rowing, jumping, or lifting these shoes are serving me well. I would definitely recommend them. 3/25/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent product extremely versatile Got this product for gym use and found it extremely comfortable for everyday use. 3/30/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is an awesome shoe! The shoe is great. I was a little worried about the size based on other reviews but the shoe fit perfectly. They are extremely comfortable. I don't recommend them for long distance running but they are great for the WODs and short runs. 3/25/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Body Builder and Powerlifters Best Friend DREAM COME TRUE! I can't believe there is finally an all around shoe I can wear to the gym. Gym rat by nature I wouldn't trade these shoes for the world. Everything I could want in a shoe these provide. I can powerlift in the morning and the next day with the same shoe run 2 miles then throw them back in my gym bag without worrying about changing shoes for the next day. These shoes have brought me to a higher level to compete and live a more fitting life. Still in shock for how awesome these shoes are. I never thought a pair of shoes would make me want to go to the gym. 1/27/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very sturdy on squats and lunges Until now, my principal Crossfit shoes has been the Inov8 240's, with the Reebok Oly's for squats. The Nano 3's are wider in the toe box than the Inov8, which takes some getting used to, but have a similar feel to the Oly's on squats, yet in a lightweight package suitable for running, box jumps, etc. I just had a competition in which I had to find a maximum weight on 3 squat cleans followed by front rack lunges, and I PRed comfortably in them. I'm extremely happy with the shoe. 10/20/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by I like them but they could use some minor work Only two thing I can complain about are 1- it feels like the inner sole doesn't fit the shoe 2- I took them out to play a little rec basketball and after the first time wearing them the tred was starting to wear away. I'm a little bumbled out and probably won't wear them to play basketball anymore. 3/21/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a outstanding shoe These shoes are awesome and have completely succeeded my expectations. These shoes are the best thing to happen to my workout. 3/27/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by nano fever Great shoe overall perfect fit and good for short run distances 3/28/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Size Shoes were easy to order, quick to ship. Received the shoes only to find out they were too small. I tried in a nano 2.0 size 13 and were slightly snug, so I ordered the 14 nano 3.0. Once the 3.0 were received and upon trying them on I noticed they fit exactly the same as the size 13 nano 2.0. Sadly once online it was discovered that the 3.0 does not come in a 15, so I ordered the 15 in the 2.0 just to be safe. Reebok needs to start carrying the larger sizes in stock. 10/13/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by nano 3.0 Overall the shoe performed well, box jumps, sprints, ect. The best thing I noticed was I can keep my weight neutral when doing standing barbell lifts, my old running shoes kept me leaning forward. Shoe fits very small for a 10 and large for a 10.5 but that's just me... 1/9/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Shoe that Lacks in Durability The shoe provides very good support for weight lifting. It's a little slow for running, but overall this is a very good compromise shoe. The only issue I have encountered is the rubber cage that runs across the top of the foot has cracked and broken off in one place where the cage meets the toe guard. This is by no means a catastrophic failure, but after 20+ workouts it worries me about the durability of the shoes. 3/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoes! I am fairly new to cross training and this is my first pair of shoes specifically designed for cross training workouts. I have been using running shoes and must say that the Nano 3.0 shoe is much better for this! The shoes fit perfectly and I plan on buying another pair soon. 3/21/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by solid shoes first time have tried this type of product. working with a cross fit trainer and he suggested the shoes and i am very satisfied and happy with these shoes. at 57 years old, plan to burn the rubber of these babies. 3/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love these shoes I had a pair of 2.0's and these 3 are much better. They feel lighter, more sturdy and my foot doesn't slide side to side as much. I wear a 13 and have a wide foot so the 2.0's would let my foot roll a little bit. But the duracage keeps it sturdy. They 3.0's don't feel as good running as my 2.0's though. But that's the only thing they feel funky on. 3/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe Great shoe that is perfect for someone looking to do power-lifting or cross-fit. 3/27/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is awesome! So far the entire line of reebok crossfit products have been great and exceeded my expectations! I would recommend to everyone. 3/25/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by The shoes are a little too small. Size 13 was too big. 3/27/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe. Needs a little more arch support. But absolutely love them 3/26/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe I've been wearing the original nano for years and love the shoe. I decided to give 3.0 a try thinking they'll fit or feel different. Nope, it's a great shoe. I wear them for WOD's, work, and even going out with the wife. 3/22/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by crossfit perfection The Nano 3.0 is a design that meshes perfectly with the nature of cross fit. The stitching of the shoe allow you to move in any direction without sliding over the sole of the shoe allowing for comfort, durability, and strength throughout an arsenal of movements involved in the sport. 3/19/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe for xfit I started crossfit in April and I was using a more traditional running shoe. I recently purchased the reebok nano 3 crossfit shoe and I was skeptical. I'm very picky about the shoe I wear as I have high arches and ankles that have turned to jelly over the years between sports injuries and carrying a big frame day to day. I found that by using the nano 3 and ditching the larger heeled running shoe when working out I am able to keep better balance while lifting and going through the flow dynamic all the while I still have a wide enough base on the bottom to keep me supported while running. They are super light and now I consider them an essential peice of equipment for my WODs 10/15/13
