Rated 4 out of 5 by Im happy with these shoes because they're really good looking and feel fine to my feet. The only thing is one of them has a big red spot in the plastic part from the paint they use to make the crossfit label, it can be visible pretty easy because its locTed in a place where ayone can see it. I tried to remove it with different products, but it didnt work. Other than that they're comfortable and they're not the type of shoes everyone uses at the gym 10/26/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect right out of the box! These Reebok Nano Speed's were easy to wear right out of the box. They are perfect for running WOD's. Haven't tried them out for weightlifting or now jumps but they have good platform and are extremely light. I would recommend for summer WODs when running is a big part of workouts! 7/6/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano Speed I wasn't sure about the Nano speed and was a little hesitant to order. I was wearing the Nano 2.0 and inov8 for WOD's. The Nano Speed since I have received them have taken the place of both shoes. I was able to do WOD's and run up to 6k in this shoe with no issues. Great shoe Reebok really hit the mark on these. 7/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfy Cushiony = LOVE WODs Purchased mine at the Reebok Store in NYC 5th Ave. The sales rep suggested that I try the Nano Speed. I'm normally an 11.5 for shoes but it was just slighlty loose for me so I went down to a size 11. When I stood up, my feet and ankles were singing. These shoes are extremely comfortable and very well cushioned. It is really great for running WODs. It also has the ETC lining, which is Anti-Friction. I was an "i-8" user before this but I've changed alliances. No more blisters and ankle pain with this pair. LOVE IT and highly recommended! 7/12/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by good shoe, but a little too much room in the toe It is an extremely comfortable shoe for working out or everyday wear. I am a size 10, which is actually a tight, but good fit for every line of Nano I have ordered. Because of the shape of this shoe (the toe is a little long), a half size down prevented my foot from shifting around in the shoe and felt much better for working out than the size 10. Everything else about it is great and I highly recommend it. I still don't see it as a replacement for my Nano's for some WOD's or my Romaleos for strictly lifting, but they are definitely great for running WODs and workouts with lighter weight oly lifting and body weight exercises. 11/9/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great new addition to the Nano line. Great new addition to the nano line! They have a more narrow toe box with tons of cushion for running, box jumps, and double unders. Extremely light weight and flexible but stable enough to still lift and squat moderate weight. I wouldn't go for a 1RM in them but I'm confident enough to use them in WODs with Olympic lifting. Overall it's a great shoe to add to the arsenal. 7/6/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Totally love these shoes! Straight up the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Perfect support for CrossFit training and running. Lightweight and comfy enough to rock out any time. 7/8/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by great all around shoe I've been searching for the perfect pari of training shoes for years. the fit, comfort and durability are top notch! I have 3 pairs. why did you discontinue this product???? Had I known I would have bought more. 3/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe Although this is marketed as a running shoe in the CrossFit line, I have come to use it for every type of workout (other than our Olympic lifting class). It is stable enough for box jumps, supportive enough for wall balls/kettle bells/squats of all types, including oly lifts as part of a WOD. Of course, it is a wonderful lightweight runner as well. If you are looking for a jack of all trades CrossFit shoe or a running shoe that falls somewhere in the middle of the minimalist to full support/cushion runner (leaning more toward minimal), it is hard to do better than the Nano Speed. It has almost become a "one shoe quiver" and I absolutely love it. 2/19/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable. Whether running, doing box jumps or Oly lifts, very satisfied with these shoes. 7/8/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by Most comfortable CF shoe I have ever tried I have been doing CrossFit for about 5 years now. I've tried everything from Vibram "toe" shoes, to NB minimus and INOV8 shoes. None of those match up to the CrossFit Nano Speed. Superior comfort for running and good to great stability while executing lifts during WOD's as well as Plyometric and gymnastic movements. I give it 5 stars and will have a hard time buying any other shoe after trying the Speed. 7/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! Bought these for my running season and I love them! Originally bought the grey camo ones, but liked this color better so is exchanged them. Reebok made it very easy! Wouldn't recommend these for much weight, but they're great for lightweight and running WODs! 4/18/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for wods with very little to no running. Awesome balance for weightlifting but a little too flat for running for me. 4/21/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by perfect! The shoes I bought are truly comfortable and endurable. I would buy another pair in near future for my patents. 4/20/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by not for wide feet i'm a size 7, but this one was way long for my feet. 4/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love my nanos I had to go with men's shoes because I have big feet for a woman (11.5) and was worried that these would be too wide for me, but they fit perfectly and are so comfortable. 4/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes I have a pair of the Nano's 2.0 and these are by far way more comfortable. Very lightweight and great for CF or running. Highly recommend them. 4/18/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Slightly long design Ordered my normal size, but the shoe runs large and had to get a half size smaller. Not sure why the shoe design is so pointy toed. Even with the correct size there is a vacant point in the toe box area. Just makes it feel as if the shoe is too big even though it's not. 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoes When I saw them...I knew they were made for me!! They truly amazing!! 7/6/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dissappointed I bought this shoe taking into consideration other comments. I didn't like them at all. They were very narrow in the toe box. There are shoes out there that are way more comfortable, like the Nano 3.0 I am returning these, because I just didn't like the fit and investing in another pair of Nano's :) 4/8/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe for running! I decided to give this shoe a try and I'm happy I did. It is a great shoe to run and do other light cross training exercises. I run a lot and finding a shoe that evens out running and cross training is difficult. However, this shoe is the best I've worn so far that does both things for me. It has a great feel, very comfortable and my feet are "happy". 4/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great quality for the right foot I bought these looking for something else to wear when I Crossfit when there is a longish run. I've been wearing Nano 2.0s since they came out and love the wider toe box. The sales person online told me to order a half size smaller then what im used to which I did and the length was perfect. It was the width that was really narrow for my feet. It was actually tight and no way to adjust it. I don't have a wide foot but these run narrow. Great quality shoe overall. I'm buying my fifth pair of Nano 2.0s soon. 12/23/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe! Great shoe overall, I can jump, run and do all kinds of exercise without any pain to my feet!! 4/6/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great running and WOD shoe I have had these for a few weeks now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Great stability when doing Olympic lifts during WODs and great comfort on even long runs( I went on a 7 mile run and they did great). Overall a great shoe. 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love them When I first got these shoes was not a Reebok type if person but now that is all i wear these shoes are amazing! 3/27/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Looks good cushiony, but... Shoe fits narrow and that causes it to be unstable. Good cushion for running, but not stable for lifting. 1/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoe great shoe overall for any workout. Its marketed as a running shoe but really great for everything. I lift, wod, and run in them no problems. Cross between nanos and inov8s 195. Sole is stiff compared to real free running shoes but itll hold up longer. They look way better than the nano3s. Runs large, I had to get a full size smaller than all the other shoes i wear but i have long narrow feet. Want to buy another pair. 8/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good functioning product Great product so far. Been wearing inov8's for two years and appreciate the extra cushioning in the nanos. Ran several miles and did a workout and am satisfied. Wish they could tone down the colors a bit. 10/14/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great All Around Shoe I have the Nano 1.0 and 3.0. They are great for training but not as much running. These are an awesome all around shoe. If you want a shoe that is a great workout and running shoe I would recommend this one. 9/23/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for more cardio intensive WOD's I use these shoes mainly for cardio intensive workouts. I wouldn't recommend them for workouts that contains a lot of heavy weight lifting. I use them for short runs, around four miles or so and they hold up well. They fit great, and are very comfortable. I wear a size 10 in other Reeboks, except the Nano 3.0, but these seemed to fit at a size 10. They are great for double unders and burpees as they are not have the structural rigidity of the Nano 3.0's. I would recommend these to any person looking for a good crossfit shoe, or even a good shoe for going to a regular gym. 10/1/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for running WODS, not distance just like it claims the shoes are great for running wods that have your 400M or 800M or even 1 mile runs. I ran a 5K just to see how they felt but I would rather stick to a traditional running shoe on my next run longer than a mile. 8/5/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent shoes The crossfit nano speed are an excellent shoes, very comfortable with a sponge in the plant that make a perfect complement for the workout 2/22/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by My new goto shoes I have a pair of Nano 2.0's and was expecting the sizing to be the same, which it is except for the narrow toebox. My toes have plenty of space in the 2.0 which I don't like, in these speeds they feel a touch crammed. With that said, I wore them for a week at the box and they have now stretched into a perfect fit for me. I have always had issues with the ball of me foot hurting for days after a running wod or copious amounts of box jumps of or double unders and wasn't expecting these to fix that problem. Well to my surprise I no longer have issues with my feet in the speeds. I love these shoes! So much so that I bought another pair. these shoes are now my primary wod shoes and have replaced my nano 2.0's and inov8's. Favorite shoes of all time, just need some more color selections now. 12/16/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Crossfit Experience So far while using the Reebok CrossFit Nano Speeds, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I have not used other Reebok shoes before but I can definitely notice a difference in my CrossFit performance using the Speeds. I am hoping they stay durable for at least a year or more and so far after several weeks of WODs they are still going strong. The only con would be to have them for others to try on in stores. I decided to gamble on buying online and it worked out this time. 11/7/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoes These shoes were exactly what my college-age son was looking for. He loves the comfort while doing his weight lifting workout. Great product. 1/24/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Good Crossfit shoe! I bought these to replace my worn out inov-8's. Very comfortable fit. Have performed running and lifting Wods. They feel very sturdy while lifting heavy, and very supportive running. So far this is the best shoe I've found for CF. I would recommend a 1/2 of size smaller than you normally wear. 1/7/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good cross-trainer This is a great shoe. While I've found that the heel is not quite as beefy as the nano 2.0 or 3, its definitely still sturdy and flat enough to prevent injury during heavy squats and dead-lifts. If you are more into olympic lifts than any other exercise and can only buy one shoe, this might not be the one for you. But if you are constantly varied doing skipping rope routines, box jumps, quick sprints, etc, you can count on these to get you through most workouts no problem. 9/13/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoe when sized correctly Purchased the nano speed in my usual 10.5 shoe size. This is the first shoe I have had to return due to improper size. Reeboks free ship / free return policy made it painless. I then ordered the 10 and it was a good fit. Shoe is flexible and comfortable. I don't do crossfit so I can't comment on its uses in that realm. I purchased it for the low profile style. The low heel is nice for squats and dead lifts as well. Very nice shoe for the $ 10/11/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great design, great shoe I just bought these shoes two weeks ago. I am in the process of breaking them in. So far they are perfect for Crossfit. I have worn them for 3 WODS and they have exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. Only time will tell in terms of their durability. All in all, I am extremely satisfied. Not do they look great, but all indicators suggest that they should perform well as primary Crossfit footwear. 10/23/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great universal WOD shoe I was going to go with the Nano 3.0 but wanted something with the durability, but also the comfort for the short runs. This shoe seems to give all that. Enclosed cage for the rope climbs, flat enough sole for some weight lifting and comfortable enough to run 400m and 800m runs. Wouldn't exceed those distances though as they are not built for long distance. Overall a great WOD shoe. 11/4/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for me I waited two months to submit the review because I wanted to make sure they held up to CrossFitting 5 days a week and so far they haven't disappointed. I bought them primarily because my Invo8's and a hard concrete surface were giving me severe shin splints. Since wearing the Speed's, the shin splints are gone. They are heavier, which took some getting used to, but overall, I couldn't be more pleased with these shoes. 9/21/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Too loose, not for running Great for bar work but not enough support for running. These shoes are very cozy and fit more like a slipper than a snug sneaker. Need to constantly re-tie to tighten around the whole shoe but still runs loose. Running leads to soreness in the achillies due to lack of support. Great for a wod as long as you dont exit the box. 11/26/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bought the shoes for my husband, he is very happy. Good quality shoe, perfect for crossfitting. 12/30/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by First Competition I purchased the nano speeds a day before my first team competition. This was a one day competition with 3 WOD's. I was concerned that I hadn't broken in the shoe yet, but found that they were very comfortable throughout the day. Lightweight and durable. I have been using Nike before, but not anymore. By the way, we placed first, Im not saying it was the Speed's Im just sayin :) 10/14/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Crossfit Shoes I have only been doing crossfit for a few weeks now. For the first 2 weeks i was using my New Balance minimus's that were hurting the heels of my feet during the wod's and the running. I tried on the Nano 2.0's but did not feel comfortable until i tried the nano speeds. The speeds are super comfortable and feet did not hurt after wods. I usually wear a mens 11.5 but that size felt too big, so i bought size 11. 8/24/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Light and durable, with a bit of SWAG Love this shoe--very light, so it's great for box jumps and anything with quick footwork--yet durable to handle running and even O-style lifting. The colors are great too. My kids told me I was not cool enough to wear them. That's when I knew they were perfect! 11/22/13
Rated 5 out of 5 Very comfortable shoe Love this shoe. Runs slightly large: I usually wear a 10.5, ordered a 10 and its great. Very comfortable. Have been using them in crossfit, and have been the perfect shoe for both lifting and running. I ordered the neon orange ones, and unfortunately, they show a lot of wear and tear after only a few days of work. Other than that, they are really a great shoe. 9/23/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by very useful for adding a quick sprint or run Love my NANO 3.0's but the nano speed did add a little more versatility to the conditioning workouts that required a bit more running and distance. They were comfortable and provided a little more support during cardio (run). They were a little tight at first but I ended up liking the extra support throughout the workout. Very good adjunct to my shoe arsenal! 9/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Its comfortable & designed for crossfitters. First, the color pattern of the shoe makes it look very attractive. Besides, pleasing to the eyes, its meets its expectation in the sense it is very comfortable and looks like it will last me a long time. I like durable shoes. The most interesting aspect of the shoe is, it is very light. I thought it would be a bit heavy given the size and material of the shoe but guess I was wrong. 7/29/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Speed and Running WODs These are by far my favorite WOD shoes. Comfortable as heck on mid-distance runs and double unders. Durable and extra rugged for rope climbs and burpees. I have the grey and camo colored combo scheme. I get a lot of compliments on their style. 11/18/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great fit and feel but.... Love the shoes Reebok has been kicking out for us Crossfitters, decided to give the Speeds a chance since I have been using their lifters and Nano's. They fit great, are much more comfortable to run in than the Nano's however I have been getting a "rub" along the ankle bone causing blistering and shearing. With a bit more breakin they have become more comfortable. 8/26/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent for any workouts Originally planned on ordering the Nano 3, but noticed these and went with them. The fit is great. The laces feel weak, but hold up surprisingly well. Great for everything from lifting, rope climbs, running, etc. I use these daily for my WOD's. 10/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is an awesome shoe! I compared the nano speeds to NB minimus and nano 3.0 and by far these felt the best. I ordered my shoes a 1/2 smaller and they fit perfectly. Fit I had any complaints it would be that the insole maybe a little too thick. 11/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome sneaker I can't say how much I love these shoes! I do everything with them except heavy lifting. There great for running wods. This is my go to shoe when it comes to CossFit. I have been doing Crossfit for over 2 and a half years and finally found the perfect shoe 10/17/13
Rated 1 out of 5 by Nano 2.0 is better! If you are looking for a crossfit running shoe don't buy these. They run large and are very tight in the toe box. On a good note the return went flawless! Thanks Reebok! Now I can buy somehting else. 7/30/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by I've been CrossFitting for more than 3 years and finally bought a Reebok product and I'm not disappointed. Only time will measure the durability, but fit, comfort, and design are spot on. 10/28/13
Rated 3 out of 5 by Based on coming from Inov-8's My background: I've taught over 3000 CrossFit classes at my box and up until now, I've always worn Inov-8's. My last pair were zero drops and very minimal. I have never been a fan of the wide toe box on the Nanos, so when I read about the tighter fit of the Speeds, I figured I would give them a try. Right after putting them on the first time, I instantly hated the thick insert. I guess after wearing the Inov-8s for the last three years, I felt unstable and like I was off balance. However, after replacing the inserts with my older flat ones from the Inov-8s, I felt fine and actually liked the fit of the shoe better. The only other main gripe is the high back of the heel that really rubs right along the heel cord and can get really uncomfortable during box jumps or double unders. I tried just tightening the shoe, but it didn't help. However, it may be more to do with the much thinner inserts I am using. Regardless, it seems unnecessary and I find myself wishing I owned thicker socks. I've only had these for about two weeks, but I typically can wear through shoes in 5-6mths, so we will see if these hold up to the beating. 11/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by works like a pro This shoe is perfect for what it was made for: crossfit. Durable and rigid enough to keep you steady through heavy lifts, but versatile enough to give you great balance and comfort while you run. I love the shoe! I recommend it to anybody 10/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Not hyperbole; THE best shoe I've ever owned. The ONLY con of this shoe is that it has shown me just how inadequate my other footwear is. Very supportive of my low arches, and extremely comfortable. Excels while running, but had great stability during lifts as well. Will buy again. 10/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Extremely Versatile! An extremely versatile shoe, which maintains stability, whether your sprinting 400-800m, or performing power cleans, front squats, etc... 11/3/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Shows exceeded my expectations!! Can't say anything but positive things!! The upgrade from the older Nano's was tremendous!! 11/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by speed is an understatement Very durable and comfortable. They have taken daily beating from from pavement, box jumps and burpees and are yet to show any wear. Excellent blend of light weight and padding. 10/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe I bought these for my husband as we are new to Crossfit. He really feels a difference with this shoe over his old Nikes when doing his WOD. Would recommend. 10/24/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by great for wods without olympic lifts. also very good to travel when you want to be able to get cardio in at a hotel 10/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing shoes. I love everything about them. Was blown away that they were even more comfortable than the nano 3.0. 10/30/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe This was my first pair of nano speeds. So far I have completely enjoyed them. They are super comfortable especially in a WOD that requires a lot of running. I ended up ordering a size smaller than the normal size shoe I wear and it fit perfectly. 8/25/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by The product meets my expectations. It has a light weight and very comfortable. 11/3/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by comfortable right out of the box. felt great great looking shoe and it is COMFORTABLE. Was on my feet for 14 hours the first time out and felt great. 10/28/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by You'll want to order another pair! Awesome shoes! I have already ordered another pair of these and have only had the others for a week. Extremely comfortable, made very well, and great performance while running! Exceeded expectations with these! 9/12/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent shoe good crossfit/running shoe..I've been doing crossfit endurance WODs and wanted one shoe..I've been through others and stay away from Reebok because of the hype but they actually have done a good job here..smaller toe box than the standard nano 3.0 7/28/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by This shoe is quality This shoe feels great. My feet feel much better in these bad boys versus some other shoes I've worn. Plus they make this guy look supa fly. 10/5/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ready to WOD These Nano Speeds are the perfect WOD shoe. Great for lifting and running! Ready to go right out the box! 10/14/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by These shoes are excellent for running. They are very comfortable. There is a lot of cushion in the heel. I highly recommend these shoes to beginner runners. 9/22/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by It was Pink Be careful when ordering the cherry colored nano speeds. They are pink and I am not afraid to wear pink but I do not want my crossfit shoes to be pink. Reebok has a great return policy and I am ordering a different color. 8/2/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by Purchase the Nano Speed after wearing Innov8 for the past couple years. Perfect replacement as the Nano Speed as I was looking for crossfit shoes but something where I'm able to do 5k-10k runs. 8/26/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by best wod shoes yet The shoe preforms better than I thought and they feel like they push you forward while running. They're also very comfortable. 9/28/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best of both worlds I tried on the nanos--but too wide in toe box for me. These are more snug in the toe box, and feel comfortable for running. Best of both worlds in terms of crossfit lifting and running. 7/30/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding! Loved the Nano 2.0's, but the Speeds blow them away. By far the most comfortable shoe which makes all the difference during WOD's! 9/3/13
