Rated 4 out of 5Â by ElDiablo Quality for the price
I really like the pants. The fit is great, providing the support I hoped and expected they would. However I'm a box owner and father of two young boys, and many of my members are at a similar place in their journey of life.
I received a Reebok gift for $35 via email. Not sure why but I took my good fortune online and essentially bought the pants for $35 of my own money. The first time I wore them I got so much flack from my members I had to jokingly explain the gift card and that there was NO WAY I could spend $70 out of the family budget for a single pair.
So, the reason I wouldn't recommend them to anyone has nothing to do with the quality and everything to do with the price. I would recommend them to everyone I know if they retailed for $35-$40. I also take into consideration that owning only one pair would exponentially increase the frequency of wear, as well as degradation of the product.
I'm sure there are plenty of young CrossFitters out there with no bills or family who think $70 is no big deal, and I'm not even saying the pants aren't worth $70. Ferraris are worth every penny they ask, but that doesn't mean I've got money in the bank to buy one.
