First pair of Olympic style shoes...After years of squats and power cleans in cross trainers and running shoes, I finally went for the real deal, and picked the CrossFit Oly for the wider toe box. What can I say? I felt so stable I thought my feet were nailed to the ground at the heel. Rigid enough to deliver power through the recovery of the snatch and the C&J, and the 3/4" (almost universal now) heel really improved my depth and posture for front and back squat. Again, can't compare to dedicated olympic shoes, but they're doing everything I want them to. Thanks again, reebok!

I haven't had the shoe for a long while so I don't know about durability. What I know is, they run a bit small. Bit narrow. What I didn't like about the shoe was that the tip was SO soft. I'm afraid that it's only going to get softer and wear and tear faster. I would have liked a firmer toe support. But I think it's a great overall Crossfit shoe but if you guys are going to put OLY in the title, it should be more OLY worthy. This is more along the lines of "overall solid Crossfit shoe". Where U can go from an Oly lift to a box jump or double under and perform well with the show. The weight of the shoe is what makes it perfect from going from, let's say, Heavy POwercleans to box jumps to jump lunges. The weight and flexibility is great for that. If all I'm doing is OLY lifts, I would not choice this shoe. I would revert to my other Oly shoes (pendlay) because of their slightly thicker soles and wider base.

While maybe not the ultimate Oly shoe, this does give you the increased stability you need to nail the Oly lifts, wtih the added benefit of forefoot flexibilty to allow for additional movements in the WOD. Felt the difference on my first snatch. Fit well, though maybe not as snug in the toe box as I'd like. Overall I would definitely recommend this shoe.

This is a great shoe for guys and girls when doing leg work outs. Squatting, dead-lifts, etc. They keep your feet flat which allows you to lift correctly. Most people who have a problem working legs have a hard time keeping feet flat. They tend to "rock" which doesn't allow you to maximize weight and the area you are working out. I wouldn't recommend this shoe as an every day shoe but if you are serious about working out your work out shoes should be solely used for work outs. They will last longer and do their job. Shoes are like tires, you have to replace them and nobody wants to invest this kind of money to replace them due to wear and tear. "Invest" is good shoes to protect your feet.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by GDaddio Terrific lifting shoes.
Having been a novice body builder as a teenager and now a CrossFitter in my early 50's, I can't believe it took me this long to own a pair of lifting shoes. I suppose if I was a power lifter, I would have made the investment years ago. However, I was given these to try by my son and I absolutely love them for days I'm doing clean and presses. Great stability with appropriate flexibility and the right amount of heel wedge. I highly recommend these.

The Reebok Crossfit Lifter shoes are my first lifting shoes. I tried them out last night and they fit my feet perfectly. They are stiff, as they should be, but I expect them to be more flexible after I break them in. They are solid, and helped me perform Pistols (one leg squats) much easier than with my old Nano 2s. I also PR'd my Snatch last night, and this is really good news!!!! Very happy with the purchase.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Dave Very light and extremely comfortable
I got them because they're the lightest on the market. Perfect for combining oly lifting with box jumps and DUs. I'd get them a half size smaller than you're used to though. You want oly shoes tight and these run a bit large, especially once you break them in.

These shoes are great. That platform is great for squats of any kind and was able to do a WOD with box jumps while wearing them
Rated 5 out of 5Â by DoogieHouza This product is great for those new to Crossfit
These olys really help with my ankle mobility. I did not realize that my ankles were the reason why I was struggling so much with ohs and squat snatches but these helped clear up a lot of issues immediately.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Erwee Great Oly shoe
Just runs a little bigger than expected
I recommend going 1/2-1 size smaller than your usual shoe size with other brands.

The Reebok Crossfit Lifter was instrumental in getting me to stay on my heels and create a stable base during Olympic lifts. The shoe meets every need I had for an Oly shoe to include price, comfort, durability and effectiveness. I don't have a problem with the flexible forefoot, but other athletes have recommended the Nike Romaleo because of it's rigidity throughout the entire sole. The jury is still out on that. I have been told the Reebok lifter works a lot better if you "bake" the shoe, getting the best out of the Reebok U-form feature.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by jon304 Exactly what i wanted
First true lifting true I have owned, but what a difference in stability.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by OleMiss2010 Great lifting shoes I use everyday with all my oly lifts with enough support needed for any lift.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Firemedic410 I do like how stable they are when I lift heavy
The stability they give when lifting heavy is great!! I highly recommend them for anyone Olympic lifting.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Hunter95 Just Wow.
I have read up on these shoes and they seemed to be the right fit for me and they just feel amazing. The U-Form is beyond what I expected. I have always done olympic lifts in just converse and have always walked away from my lifting sessions with pain in my feet. As soon as I got these shoes all set up and started lifting, I felt immediate support and hit a couple new PRs.
I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

This is my second pair of oly shoes, but my first pair of Reebok Oly shoes. My other pair are strict weightlifting shoes and make wod's with gymnastic movements feel heavy. Muscle ups, pull ups, HSPU, are easy in the reebok Oly's. Double unders are a breeze in them too.10.5 fit perfectly as my 10.5 innovates. Awesome shoe!! i'll definitely buy another pair when needed
Rated 5 out of 5Â by StevelKnievel Great for a new lifter
If you have gotten yourself so far into the crossfit "cult" you're getting to that point that you realize Nano's can't do everything, especially when your not planting your heals when you increase weight. I am very happy with this purchase and that I lock into the floor properly with any type of squat, and I even get that nice lift when I am dealing with Cleans and Snatches. The best thing about these Lifters is that they are nice and lightweight so your not feeling slow on wall balls. Thank You Reebok for helping with my form right out of the box, and with the addition of customizing the fit in my oven (see instructions for UForm), these feel and fit just as good as a sock. It's PR time!!!

I have wanted a pair of Oly lifting shoes since we used them in college and I've finally decided to get a pair and choose the Oly Lifter. The shoe is stable when you get into a deep squat. I only use them with my Olympic lifts and Double Unders. I guess I don't want to tear them up too much on the box jumps but they feel light enough to use in no running WODs. I wear a size 11 sneaker and ordered a size 10.5 (half size smaller) as suggested. Obviously it makes for a tight fit but the shoe fits and it makes it feel more sturdy. I recommend these shoes for anyone who is serious about their training, anyone else should look for a cheaper alternative.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Kapes Love these shoes! Feel so stable in the bottom of the squat now. Perfect hybrid shoe for weightlifting and met-cons! PR'd my clean the first time I put them on! Between these and my Nano 2.0's Ive got the shoes for any WOD!
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Nicholas Nice shoe for varied WODs
Very light compared to most Oly shoes, very flexible fore foot. Great for lunges, double unders, and box jumps. THE u-form works great! Only complaint would be that the rubber on the soles isn't very durable, i tore mine appart after only 1 WOD with prowler pushes outside.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Chivardi Two thumbs up!!
I got this tennis shoes for my husband and he loved them. I will get one for my self very soon
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Robo I'm not too heavy of a lifter. I really noticed a difference with my thrusters. I feel my posture and technique was significantly better. Making heavier weight easier.
I however really dislike these for jump roping. The heel is a solid piece of plastic and while walking across a hard wood service they sound like tap shoes.
They are extremely slippery on hard services/floors.
I would recommend not wearing outside whatsoever. Only in the gym.
I would rate these shoes an 8 out of 10.
I love the look. I settled on the black and white ones due to availability in my size. I would prefer the black and red.
They feel good after I sized them in the oven. But I feel the heat tinted the silver a somehwat darker gray, almost beige color. And I followed the instructions and correct temp.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by EKarls90 Great shoe for both the stability of OLY Lifting and hitting a WOD.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Roni21 Love these shoes!
Love these shoes. Runs true to size! Only had them a week and I can already tell a difference in my Olympic lifting. Wish they had come with instructions on baking, but easy enough to find the on the website.

Love these shoes for lifting. They keep you locked to the ground.

Great shoes. Recommend different color laces as an option to buyers
Rated 5 out of 5Â by LGrilli Love the Reebok Lifters!
I wanted a pair of these lifters after hitting multiple PRs in back squat and Clean and Jerk. Going from the Reebok Nanos (another great product) to the Lifters, I saw an immediate jump in total weight for my PRs. The stability on the heels allows for you to really bear down and jam your heels into the ground, powering you up from a squat. On top of that, they are light and comfortable enough to do actual WODS in. I was able to go from power cleans to box jumps in the Lifters, without any issue.
If you are serious about improving on your Crossfit WODs, the Reebok Lifters are they way to go.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by DuckDog Good crossover shoe
When I switched to this shoe I immediately noticed an increase in my balance for lifts like the snatch and cleans. I box jump, do double unders, and short runs in them. I take them off for ropes only because I dont want to destroy them. Ideally, i'd not wear them for runs over 400m, but I have done 1600m. I noticed my feet felt a little bit clunky when first starting double unders in them, but now I am consistently doing 40-50 du reps with these shoes. Box jumps are no problem, etc.
when I first put them on, every time, they seem a bit tight/narrow. but within a minute they are comfy. I bought these based upon the measurement/size tool here on the website. I was afraid of ordering a shoe sight-unseen as I could not find these locally anywhere, but they arrived about 2 months ago and I wear them daily. I love them.
I think they are a bit on the expensive side, but I have not tried the less expensive oly shoes so for all I know, they may be priced exactly right for their abilities.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Young Great Investment.
Great shoes and light. I use these for heavy lifting days and heavy met con days. They have not given me any problems at all. Fits great and very light, toe box has ample room for comfort. I highly recommend to those looking for oly/ met con shoes that'll give you a solid platform, yet give you the versatility to perform box jumps, double unders and row. I highly recommend to those who are looking for solid lifting shoes with versatility, but don't want to go invest in an exclusive oly lifting shoe.

I've been using my Nano's for lifting for a few years. Decided to bite the bullet and get some lifters. They really do make a difference for lifting. They stabilize your stance when lifting. Just used them this morning for a WOD with "bear complex" , rowing and Double Unders. I've used them in WODs with box jumps, and wall balls and they were great.
I would NOT run in them, no good for that.
They should fit snuggley. I wear an 8 nano and the 8 in these was more snug and that's good.
Ladies, just get 'em even if you don't lift heavy, they might just help you lift a little more.
