The 3.0's are way more sturdy for lifting but still flexible enough for running and rope climbing. Extremely durable because I've been using them for 2 weeks straight and they still look brand new. Plus the color combinations are extremely stylish.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Jdarko Over all very happy with the nano 3.0
They ran slightly large I came down a half size and they fit superbly! The retailer I went to didn't have the color I wanted so I ordered them online. Very happy with shipping although, I go my order before my tracking number.

I really enjoy working out in these shoes. They have a great fit and a great design. I highly recommend them.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by NCcrossfitter These shoes walk on water
I was skeptical about these shoes from the get-go. "Nothing can be that good" Well...I was wrong! These are by far the most versatile, comfortable, and stable shoes I've ever WOD'd in and I don't see myself using any other shoe any time soon
Rated 5 out of 5Â by carpy I want to be buried in these shoes!
The Nano is not too cushy, and laterally firm so great for the gym or even long walks. I can see why the CorssFitters prefer them. The colors scream off my feet and have gotten compliments from women and men. The lower profile heel gives me more control when doing anything aerobic.

Overall great shoes. Good for box jumps and rope climbing
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Dngeruss1 This shoe is a great all in one shoe. Good for some running, great for olympic lifting on high reps light weight. Prefer oly shoes for heavier lifts.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by MattM Perfect shoe for not only agility moves, but great for heavy lifting as well. Highly recommend.

I have the original Nano 1.0, 2.0 and the 3.0s.. I picked up the 2.0's first. They are great, only issue with those shoes are rope climbs. They began to lose a portion of the material (foamy part) on the inner part of the shoe. We do a lot of rope climbs. The shoe is still usable, but not optimal.
The 1.0 is less confortable.
The 3.0 so far is my favorite. I was worried since some people complained about how tight the shoe is. I find them perfect and not uncomfortable. It is really too early to tell how durable they are.
I just picked up another pair of the 3.0's.
If I had to rank them it would be 3.0 then 2.0, then the originals.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by xtophorous great shoe
This shoe is very durable and great for my WODs. Only thing for me was my ankle seems off center when I am just standing in them, but as I work out my foot sits more centered in the shoe, I have has NB minimus and those never had the issue or I probably wouldn't have mentioned it. I think the shoes are extremely durable and will last me much longer than any of my previous workout shoes. The soles are minimal but not so minimal that it feels like your barefoot on concrete. Overall I think the best feature is just how durable the shoes seem, they really fell like they can take a much harder beating than any other comparable shoe.
Rated 2 out of 5Â by jshand42 Not worth the money
I purchased the Nano 3.0 because I wanted a shoe to take the pace of my adidas I use for running and my merrells I use for lifting days. This shoe is not really great for either. It is quite comfortable, as long as I'm not trying to work out in it. The toe box is quite large so my foot slides when I run or jump, and there is a little too much cushion in the shoe that I'm actually more comfortable taking it off and going shoeless for heavy lifts. It really is quite a disappointment.
A friend of mine purchased the shoes at the same time I did and is having the exact same issues.

I purchased the Nano 3.0's.... First off I wanna say how awesome and quick the ordering process was. They were delivered to my home in an extremely short amount of time!... That being said, after having worne the Nanos for approximately 2 1/2 weeks now, doing crossfit 5 days a week, these shoes are awesome! They are everything I hoped they would be. The only down side to the shoe is, it's obviously not a running shoe, so I have to change into actual running shoes to go run, due to the Nano's hurting my feet a little during a run. All in all, great shoes, I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a great crossfit shoe!
Rated 5 out of 5Â by MikeyV12 Nano's
These shoes hands down are the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned and used to workout. Fits extremely comfortable and isn't tight on my feet. I'd recommend to anyone to buy a pair whether its for working out or just everyday use.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by fitgoddess Best training shoe, ev-vah!
Was very skeptical before purchasing my first pair of Nano 2s eighteen months ago. Now, I'm on pair four! Why? Not only do I CrossFit, but I do private and group fitness training. I'm in my Nano 3s all day, 6 days/week. Perfect shoe for fitness period. I WOD in them. I train clients in them. I've even converted a few clients to Reebok! While I loved the 2.0 [2 pairs] I kept blowing out the toe. The 3.0 has held up much better and showed only slight wear before I replaced them after 7 months. Again, I wear these shoes from 5A - 8P, M-F. I wouldn't be able to do that if they weren't super comfortable.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by MDswoll84 Can't say enough good things...
This was my first pair of Reebok Crossfit Nano 3.0's. I was looking for a shoe that was durable, somewhat stiff, and had a flat sole. I do mainly bodybuilding and powerlifting style workouts, so I wanted something that would be appropriate for squats and dead lifts, as well as some light cardio. The shoe is just what I was looking for! Comfortable, supportive, and doesn't pitch me forward when squatting or dead lifting. My feet did not hurt after using them for interval training either. Overall, it is a well made shoe and was an excellent choice. I even ordered another pair after only 3 weeks with the first pair. I want to be wearing these for a while. Great shoe!

I have had Nanos since the original Nano, and I'm most excited about this one. After one year the original Nano shoes split at the ball of my right foot. I thought, normal wear and tear. The Nano 2.0 didn't do this and lasted close to 2 years before wearing out, but the ball of my right foot had been bothering me for about 1 month. In the end, the Nano 2.0s toes had worn leaving m big toes exposed a little.... Normal wear and tear... These new 3.0's rope guards on the toes look to be larger, not to mention the rubbery material guarding the entire front of the foot. They seem to be a little less flexible, but I'm sure after they're broken in, they'll be even better than my beloved 2.0s.

After owning the U Form Nano, Nano 2.0, and now the Nano 3.0; the best shoe for any WOD has hit the street. From the open toe of the 2.0, to the firm grasp of the U Form Nano; the 3.0 encompasses the best of everything Reebok has played with. Through everything I could throw at this shoe (snatches, cleans, burpees, box jumps, sprints, KB swings) the shoe gripped, allowed my toes to naturally plane out, and cushioned the perfect amount. Great Job Reebok. Listening to athletes seems to have paid off FULLY!

I have been using the Nano 3.0 in Crossfit since Feb 13, as a sample from our local rep. This shoe is the real deal for Crossfit. Trust me when I say it looks better in person and is durable! They are light and comforatble without being too "squishy" for power and olympic lifts. I couldn't be happier with these shoes, can't wait to own another pair. I have a wide foot and I love the wide toe box but for a person with a more narrow foot the shoe may be a little "loose" that is why I selected slightly loose, but for me it is perfect. I wear a 9US that is 27cm. they are perfect with laced up, unlaced they seemed a little small on the toe, but once laced they are perfect - and who works out untied??? HIgh Quality Shoe - great improvements for Crosfitters! Another winner Reebok!
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Drenn54 Great Shoe...But
I love these shoes and I am a huge fan of the Nano. I have had the U-Forms and the 2.0's and loved them. But for some reason these 3.0 do not fit like the other pairs. I have a 12 in all three and these 3.0 fit alot bigger than the others. Its pretty annoying and I can not comfortably do a Wod in them.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by JG5x5 Incredible. Only word that fits.
Went out on a limb and bought them online and been unable to try them out first. They fit my foot like a glove, and the ability to fan my toes out is awesome! Definitely good that I ordered a half size down. I have used these for deadlifting, squatting, , push presses, plyometrics, and calisthenics, and just casual daily wear. They're unbelievably awesome. They let me dig into my heels and plant my feet firmly when doing heavy lifts, but also are comfortable enough to absorb the shock from landing when I do jumping and short distance sprints, and to me that is huge because I am a heavy guy. I am definitely going to buy another pair of these. I couldn't ask for more from a pair of shoes.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by dirtyfrost almost perfect!
Love them! I've down a very large number of WOD's with these shoes and they haven't let me down once! The bad- Running in some WOD's wasn't the best with these shoes but not terrible. Fit. They fit more true to size than the Nano 2.0 but still a little big in the width, mostly in the front. I wear soccer or basketball socks with them and they now fit great. The good- Pretty much everything else! I wear these 5 days a week for WOD's and even to my non-crossfit gym. I love them for leg days and I don't use lifters. Best Crossfit shoe I've ever had!
Rated 5 out of 5Â by supergato Super comfy shoe for training.
Super comfy shoe for training. Runs a little big so be sure to try these on in a store first if possible to get the sizing down. I went down a half size but if I order another pair I will go down a full size down. Also runs really wide in the toe box which I like because I like to allow my toes and feet to spread naturally. Overall, a really great durable shoe for training in whether you're doing a WOD or some Olympic lifting and even short runs. I definitely recommend these shoes to someone who is wanting to take their training up to the next level.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by jwhiting89 Excellent upgrade!
I first saw the Nano 3.0 when my coach came to the gym in them. He is a very well-known Games veteran and he talked to me about all the improvements that were made. The mid-sole stability, the heel support, etc...
I pre-ordered them and received them a few days ago. I have worn them for 5 workouts so far and they are AMAZING!
I have the Nano 2.0 and love them, but I like the 3.0 even more. The added stability in the midsole allows for a much better feel, making the shoes seem lighter and more attached to your feet. the rubber toe adds grip without sacrificing flexibility. The heel of the shoe is quite stable and I was able to perform some Oly lifts with ease will mixing in body weight movements and gymnastic training.
Overall, Reebok has out-done themselves yet again with a spectacular shoe. I recommend this shoe to anyone who does Crossfit or any other type of high intensity, varied-movement workout regimen.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Austin81 The perfect tool to get anything done.
I've used these shoes for 2 weeks now. The first thing I noticed was the look, they look really strong and durable. Now the sizing is a little on the lose side from left to right. So if u buy a half inch bigger because u have wide feet be prepared. It's not necessary. Now on the workout side of this shoe it's perfect. These shoes go where you go and once you plant your feet the stay. Dead lifts, high/low back squats, deep front squats, leg press, lunges, box jumps, jump rope, etc... Can't wait to see what else these shoes can do. Thanks reebok
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Mike267 I'm a bigger guy and wanted a shoe with enough support but a minimal or more natural foot positioning for cross training. I've had the pair for two weeks now and have to say that these are the best cross trainers that I've worn. The fit was perfect. I usually wear I wider size shoe and was a little skeptical at first buying a regular size. So, if you are somebody looking for a wider size, quality cross trainer, pick up a pair of these.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by ferchopo Good Shoe but the fit is wider than the Nano 2
Using nano 2s for almost a year I decided it for an upgrade. The fit is A LOT wider on the Nano 3. I'm a 10.5 on the nano 2 & oly lifters and get a great fit. The nano 3 whoever leaves me with excess fabric (or in this case, casing) on the toe and my foot moves around instead of the snug fit of the nano 2 and oly. So much so that I'm having a bit of trouble with my boxjumps as well as burpees and any other exercise where I appreciate a sung fit. I can't go down to half a size either because the length won't allow it. This is very disappointing.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by BillySOS Excellent Overall Choice For CrossFit
I ordered a pair of the Nano 3.0s and have used them now in both MetCon and Weightlifting situations and in daily WODs. They are fantastic shoes. They have the stability that you need for strength training while also have the comfort and flexibility to use while running or during tough WODs. The toe box is nice an roomy and I feel they offer superior support through the midsection of the foot while providing great support at the heel for weightlifting. If you are looking for a great all around shoe for CrossFit, look no further, you will be pleased.
Rated 3 out of 5Â by cmgork missing my Nano's
I think I should have bought Nano's again instead of getting the 3.0's. I went the route of the newer model because of the rope protection for Double unders and rope climbs. Unfortunately though its weird when I run because they're a bit loose and the way the toe box flex because of the rubber protection. I also miss the form fit of the Nano's which made the original Nano's fit like the perfect gloves. Anyways they're good shows if you have wide feet. not sure if a 9.5 would fit better.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by EOD1 Great shoe for different Olympic lift or just WODs in general. Really helped on my stability while dead lifting and push presses. A little rough to run 2+ miles but its something to get used to. Only had them 3 weeks so just have to see how they hold up.
