Rated 5 out of 5Â by null Awesome all-around crossfitting shoe
This shoe is hands down the best all around shoe I've tried for CrossFit. My foot measures almost exactly 10.5 inches, so I got a US size 9.5. I originally thought the shoe was a little too small, but after wearing it once or twice, I think it now fits perfectly. These have helped relieve shin splints that I think I developed crossfitting for several months in a pair of KSO five fingers.
They stand up great to rope climbs, provide some cushion for box jumps, and remain plenty stable for olympic lifting.
Bottom line: an excellent all-around crossfitting shoe.

I ordered the Nano's after several people at my box had been raving about them for some time. I've already put them through the paces with rope climbing, oly lifting, running, box jumps and just about everything else you can imagine.
They've held up exceptionally through all the different exercises and have one of the most comfortable fits in a minimalist shoe.
I normally wear a 10 1/2 in other shoe brands but found that the size 10 nano was the right fit for me. And now with the 2.0 out it's time for another pair of shoes.

I have used this shoe for crossfit at my box and have found them to be just as comfortable as the inov-8s that I own. These shoes are more durable than the inov-8s (they hold up very well during a rope climb) and also are made for a person with a slightly wider foot. They could be slighty more lightweight but still provide good support and are useful for olympic lifts as well. Overall a very good shoe and I am glad that I purchased it. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the shoe were a little lighter.

Okay so first impressions as I saw the shoes was, "Wow!" They look amazing better in person than on the internet. I have used these shoes for boxing and they are what I expected. I can react quick with the shoes, stay light on my feet and cut angles. At first i thought they were to wide in the front but once I starting training I had nothing but love for the shoe. They are light but plenty of cushions for my static jumps. i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shoe that is very stable, light, and beautiful!!

As far as an initial release of a shoe, Reebok hit the nail on the head with the Nano 1.0. The stability in the heel, flexibility in the forefoot, and durability of the sole has made this my go-to CrossFit training shoe.
2 gripes, 1) shoe is heavier than most minimalist running shoes, so do not use for run-focused WODs 2) material tends to where warm during longer WODs in the Arizona heat. Luckily, Reebok did right by correcting these shortfalls with enhancements in the release of the Nano 2.0!

I bought these as a gift and when I opened the box to check them out first, I found them to be just too cool. The color Red with the black trim is simple awesome. I love the way they are made and the material. They look comfortable and well-made to last for a long time. I think the recipient will absolutely love them.
I found the U-Form instructions online and have included them below in my review, as a helpful tool.
U-Form Instructions: 1. Place hairdryer inside shoe and blow hot air for 4 minutes. (DO NOT USE OVEN!) "U-Form" tab will turn red 2. Remove hairdryer from shoes 3. Lace up shoes as you normally would and wear them seated for 8 minutes ("U-Form" tab will return to black) 4. Let them stand for about an hour or until completely cooled before wearing them in your next WOD.

I really like my Crossfit Nano's.... They fit well and have held up wonderfully. The only issues that I have at all with the shoe is the sole is thick... I like that its flat but I would like to see a more minimalist sole as far as thickness goes.... I actually really like most of what reebok has to offer the price is just a little steep for a lot of the products.... Looking forward to buying and designing a pair of nano 2's though but it will have to wait until I can afford them...

These shoes are the perfect example of simplicity in its finest. A very light shoe and wide fit provide the feeling of being shoeless. My favorite characteristic is their durability. I know that whether I'm rope climbing or doing burpees till death, they will come out looking brand new. Also the flatness and sturdy heel give me perfect support to push my lifts further every day.
Highly recommended shoe for anyone looking to concentrate more on the amount of work then the condition of their shoes.

I have enjoyed my CF Flex Nanos for several months now and I don't really have anything bad to say about them. I have two pair, the red/black and the yellow/black and I love them both. The only thing I would say that could be conceived as negative, and it may just be my foot, is that the front quarter of the shoe is a bit wide. I'm sure this is for stability purposes for lifts and such but it just seems a bit wide for my foot still. Overall though Awesome shoe will be buying more I'm sure!

Had the shoes a couple weeks and don't have any complaints. Have been great for a team FGB, Grace, Diane, sled pulls, a rope climb with lots of running. All felt great in these shoes, Awesome Job Reebok! Just be careful using your wife's hair dryer!

Been a crossfit athlete for 6 months or so, using Nike Free. I wanted a more traditional minimal shoe. I checked out many brands of minimal shoes then I found the nano flex. You see all the top athletes using them so I thought I would give them a try. Taking a chance on size since no stores in Sacramento area has any for fitting. I went 9.5 and they fit perfect, plenty of room in toebox and lite and comfortable. I like them so much I plan on ordering in red too. All around 5 stars.

I have been CF'ing for 4 years and this is by far my favorite shoe and is very versatile so I may transition between box jumps, running, lifting, double unders, and even climbing rope. They run a little wide but I like having the extra room in the tow box and have held up really well in the 5 months I have been wearing them in the Afghanistan climate. I have already asked my wife to order another pair and to custom make a pair of the Nano 2.0! Love these shoes!!!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Andrew love these, particular points of awesomeness would be the tongue length; it doesn't get lost under the laces providing a nice comfortable feel on the ankle.
the u-form absolutely makes a difference in how the shoe fits and I look forward to doing it again though out the life of the shoe..also doing it makes the shoe feel more personalized
soles really grip whatever surface you are on, and the flat limited drop makes you feel like you are sturdy even with oly lifts.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Douglas When I first started doing Crossfit I was wearing a standard running shoe, but when I switched to these the first thing I noticed was how light they are. I love the fact that they are formed to my feet with the realflex technology, and because of that I don't feel them moving around or getting loose during my workouts. The mesh allows my feet to breath, so my feet don't get hot like I have noticed with other footwear. Overall a great shoe in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Peter Great shoe/better than I expected
I was skeptical about a commercialized Reebok CF shoe, which I thought would attract new CFers maybe and not be embraced by the hardcore, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good these shoes are. Nowhere near regular running shoes yet more meat than Inov-8s, these are a good shoe to have in your kit bag. There are times I will go with Inov-8s still (I have the 195s and RoadX 155s) but this Reebok shoe is stable, light, and very durable in my initial impression. It's the best middle ground between light shoes and powerlifting shoes I have seen. Haven't taken them on a run yet but in basic METCONs, box jumps, gymnastics, cleans, snatches, etc. these are great.
Wide toe box, true to size. I wear 10.5 wide and the 10.5s were perfect for me. Haven't had them long enough to say, but they look very durable and can take a beating.

Just recently got this shoe and so far I really like it. I feel like it runs a little big but not enough that I was willing to send it back to get a smaller size. Really stable, really comfortable, and really light. The only thing I was really concerned about was how it would hold up to the rope and I'm happy to say that it held up very well and the design of the shoe made it easy to lock my feet to the rope and made climbing much easier.

I first tried these on at the Southern California Regional Competitions and did not like them. They felt stiff and had no support. I bought them anyway.
Once I followed the U-forn directions, I was hooked! The shoe now is custom fitted to my feet, has great flex, and tons of support. They're light, but with great stability. I now wear Reebok Nanos for 90% of my WODs. Easily one of the best all-around shoe I've ever worn.

The relatively flat sole offers great stability for the olympic-style lifts while also providing sufficient support for things like box jumps and running. I probably wouldn't recommend it for long distance running, but then again that's not what it's intended for. I've been beating mine up for a few weeks now, and aside from a few superficial scuff marks they're in great shape. Highly recommended for CrossFit participants.

Love them. They were a bit tight at first but they have stretched a bit and the U-Form makes them fit much better. Took a bit longer than 4 minutes to heat up. Very stable for overhead lifts and oly lifts within the workout and feel great for every other movement. Easily my favorite CrossFit shoe I have ever worn. Fit a lot like a good tennis or squash shoe for side to side and jumping, but have the flexibility of a mid range running shoe.

Straight out of the box they are very comfortable and an improvement over the last minimalist shoes I wore. The sole, even though it is minimal, provides much more protection from the hard concrete and rocks when running, but is still thin enough for my legs and feet to be able to do the work they need to.
I love the wide toe box, giving my toes some breathing room, and being the new envy of my training partners doesnt hurt either!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Jennifer My husband and I each have a pair. We absolutely love our CrossFit Flex Nano's! They offer a little more cushion than expected for short runs, but with superior stability for o-lifts and body weight movements. He has flatter feet and sometimes experiences occasional heel pain with other shoes but not with these. Everyone in the box has been asking how they feel. Would recommend to other crossfitters for sure!

Great shoe for all Crossfit WODs. Climbing, jumping, Oly lifts, running is no issue with these shoes. Lateral movements no problem. The u form feature adds a personal touch to this shoe since you form it to your own foot, this is really is your own shoe. I highly recommend this shoe for all crossfit an non crossfit athletes. Best training shoe I've ever purchased.

These shoes are great. I have been using them for crossfit and they were designed perfectly. They are lightweight, comfortable and stylish. I have noticed a huge difference with my balance on the olympic lifts which was the main thing I was looking for. I have done some short runs with these and have had zero problems. If you are looking for a good crossfit shoe this is it.

The Nano flex offers very good arch support and balance when performing olympic lifts or any other exercises that crossfit offers. I highly reccomend these shoes to anyone who does crossfit or is looking for a great workout shoe.

I have tried a number of different crossfit shoes and the nano by far is the best! Other shoes I've tried have been great for certain movements, but not good for others. The nano provides enough stability for heavy lifting, but also enough flexibility for running, double unders, rope climb, etc...Can't say enough about what a great shoe this is!

I weigh 296 lbs and I have been crossfiting for 6 months. I am really athletic for my size. The crossfit nano blew away expectations. They are wide and fit great. Enough cushioning to support be during sprints, dubs, and 30 inch box jumps. Stable enough to keep me balanced during 405 lbs back squats and 505 lbs dead lifts. These shoes were created for crossfit and it shows. Amazing!!!

I have worn thes shoes for less than one week and can honestly say Reebok has hit the nail on the head with these shoes. With the U-form Technology the CrossFit Nano are super comfortable and once you lace em up you can feel the difference. I love the wide toe box because it allows your toes to rest flat. I don't know if it is the newly added swag but I PR @ 385# on my back squat!!
