Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe Overall This shoe has everything a crossfit athlete needs, comfortable when i lift, jump rope, box jumps, run and all other types of movements done. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding These shoes are the answer us Crossfitters have been waiting for. They provide a solid platform for lifting while offering the durability and flexibility to smash any other wod in your box. They have a great feel and are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Try them! They are true to size. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Fitness Shoe I now own 5 pairs of Nano's (2 of the first gen Nano and 3 of the Nano 2.0). I purchased my first pair of 1st gen Nano's the first Christmas season that they were released and I still wear them to this day. These shoes have held up to rope climbs, heavy olympic lifts, running through all kinds of conditions, and any other form of physical test you can put them through, and they are still a go too pair of shoes for me. The sides are starting to come apart and some of the sole is finally starting to peel away, but that's after more than a year of use. I'm a CF coach, so I use my shoes for hours daily. Both the Nano 1st gen and the Nano 2.0's have far exceeded my expectations - hence why I purchased a second pair of Nano 1st gen. I want to continue to work in the best pair of shoes for my feet and my body as long as I am participating as an athlete, so I will continue to wear the Nano's as long as they continue to maintain their quality. 11/12/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovin' these shoes Just started crossfit 2 months ago and wanted some shoes with minimal drop to use for both Oly lifting and WODs. These shoes are great for both. Very stable during lifting and very comfortable/light during all other use. Not only are the shoes comfortable and functional, but they were on my feet when I beat my gym buddy for the first time; so they must be MAGICAL! Recommend Highly 10/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe This shoe is by far my favorite shoe I've purchased. I've purchased numerous cross-training shoes, minimalist running shoes, and regular running shoes but by far this purchase exceeds all of them. I intend on buying two more pairs. 12/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by awesome kicks! best crossfit shoes I've ever had! They are very comfortable and they have flexibility when I do my workouts. 12/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product, customization possibly? I love the Nanos, I was unsure as if I should buy them or not but it was definitely worth it! They are very comofortable once they get broken in and provide great support! They work extremely well for my Oly lifts! The only thing is due to them having a bigger toe box then your toes have a little bit of wiggle room, I ordered a 9 1/2 and they fit fairly well. Next time I might order a size 9 and if they don't fit better then I'll just return them and request a size 9 1/2 again! Only thing: REEBOK DON'T DISCONTINUE THESE!! I like them a lot better than the 2.0's. ALSO: It would be great if you guys came out with an all black version of these or allowed customization for this product!! 3/19/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bummed it didn't work out I had to return the first pair I bought, not realizing they were mens and I needed to adjust the size, and unfortunately I had to return the second pair because the back of the left shoe rubbed my ankle raw the first time I wore them in a WOD. I'll be trying the other nanos to see if they cause less friction. * I've never heard of this shoe rubbing anyones ankle the way it did mine, there are plenty of people in my box that have them and love them! I would suggest trying them out, the customer service person I talked to about returning the shoe with blood on it was extremely nice and I was fully refunded. 4/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe for CrossFit WODs or Just chillin I love these things and recommend them all the time. There are probably 10-20 people at CrossFit Stony Brook that have them now and we all love them. They are really comfortable and will improve your Rope Climb instantly. The side lugs really do actually work, they add a bit of friction so your feet don't slide. So far they seem to last and wear well. I have don't every time of WOD in them and they are great. I have also worn them as a casual shoe and they are comfy all day. I think they run a little wide or at least have a nice wide toe box which I love. My toes can spread out and do what they are supposed to do. 3/1/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Favorite Crossfit Shoe Already had the black ones and i just had to order the yellow and reds as well. The Nano's are definitely the most versatile crossfit shoe i own, and i tend to be a sneaker-head so I've tried quite a few different brands for comfort and style reasons; great for metcons and olys alike. Everyone in the box and standard gym constantly comments on them, especially the yellow ones. Great support in the heel, plenty of room in the toe bed, light weight, and great protection for rope climbs, box jumps, and if your still working on your double-unders. (I would recommend ordering a half size down and having an alternate shoe for longer distance runs) 5/30/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome training shoe Had the chance to receive a pair a couple months ago and had been wearing them ever since during crossfit workouts and during everyday activity. Fit is great, low to the ground, very lightweight and also good for short distance running. Strong recommendation. 1/13/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not what I had expected This shoe had great reviews and I picked it over the 2.0 as a result of the comparisons of the reviews of both shoes. I have found that the soles are pretty hard (not much cushion) and the back is somewhat stiff and can rub a blister on the back of the ankle. I now where ankle socks that come up a little higher that seems to have resolved that. For strictly a weight lifting shoe, it is probably great, but with crossfit there is a lot of jumping and running as well where a little more cushion may be beneficial. I have now learned from a friend who just purchased the 2.0 that his has more cushion and he is very pleased. Probably should have gone with the 2.0. 6/21/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Using this as an everyday shoe. They started out much more stiff than other shoes I have tried, so it took an extra week to break them in. Now that they are broken in though they are great! They fit perfectly and provide great support throughout the day, I do a lot of walking and standing on a daily basis. 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best shoes I have owned! This really is the perfect shoe for Crossfit. I have a pair of the Nano 2s and I actually like these better. Though the laces on these are terrible, they are an easy fix. Everything else is perfect. Solid heel, zero drop, flexible and very fitting. Just right. I truly wish they would continue this line. Are you listening REEBOK? MAKE MORE OF THESE!! 4/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Shoe For Any Crossfitter I've been doing crossfit for 9 months now. I quickly learned that your standand running/training shoe are not fit for the box jumps, and all the OLY lifts. I've tried the other brands minimal shoes, they worked, but were not that comfortable. I'm not one to buy a product just because, it is main stream or hip. I was very hesitate about buying a shoe for one I couldn't try on and one that was the sponsor. For some reason I decided to give it a shot. I've been using the shoe for over two weeks now and I can say with out a doubt this is the best shoe for Crossfit. I will be buying another pair. Tip: I had to order my shoe twice, I normally wear 10.5 /11 in other brands. I got my Crossfit Flex Nano in a 10, and they fit like a glove. When they say true to size, it means go to the shoe stoe measure your foot and if your big toe touches the 10, then that is the size you need. 5/20/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great crossfit shoe for those with wide feet I tried the Nano 2.0 and they were just way too tight across the width of my foot. I have a wide foot and these uforms are PERFECT! I could not be happier with this choice. I didn't even bother to pop the insoles in the oven to "uform" them and its still very comfortable. Super versatile and they have held up well for me. I WOD 6 times a week and also take a few power hour classes here and there. This is the only choice for those of us with big, wide Fred Flintstone feet. 11/13/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes ! This pair was for my boyfriend but he loves them! I have two Of the women's pairs and they are my favorite shoes! I usually wear a 7-7 1/2 but size 7 fits me perfect. They stretch a bit! 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by nanos Love the shoes! Am shopping for another pair!! Truly feel like you have better stability in cross fit with these shoes. 4/13/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for crossfit weight training not so good for cardio, but im very happy with them. 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome product! Best cross training shoe out there! And sleek style! 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by nice shoe Very comfortable and a nice looking shoe!!! Got the gray ones. They are very fashionable. 4/13/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Training shoe! This shoe has been a great training shoe for lifting as well as shorter runs. They support my large frame well and seem to be very durable. The shoe has a wide toe bed and very comfortable.. This is my third pair and I definitely recommend them to anyone! 4/9/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by good workout shoe I have only been using these a few weeks so I can not speak for the durability, but they have performed well. The first time I wore the shoes I laced them very tightly as I usually do for active pursuits and they were uncomfortable, especially with heavier lifts. I loosened up the laces just a bit and the shoes have performed great. I anticipate the next time I need a pair of work out shoes I will look to the nano first 4/1/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe My only complaint was it took me chatting with online help to find the U-form instructions. Its super comfortable and just walking in them I want to replace a few other pairs of my daily shoes. 4/10/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Comfy, but not durable. Joined the crossfit craze. Decided to try out the Nano 2.0's after having loved my Zigs. Figured they were designed for crossfit and were a Reebok shoe. Nonetheless, after about 8 WOD's, the soles began splitting apart and one of the treads actually came completely off. Despite the durability, the shoes were extremely comfortable but may as well been slippers. I won't discontinue purchasing Reebok products; however, after evaluating other reviews and personal experience with the Nano shoe, I find it disappointing and cannot recommend this shoe in particularly. I am nowhere near the athelete that some of the competitors that endorse this shoe, so possibly I had a defective pair, but feel that if the shoe lasts for the extremes "pros" put them through, a part time amatuer as myself should get more than 8 WOD's. Reebok, thanks for all the years of great products. Please make the necessary durability improvements to the Nano. They were eyecatching and I would have like to make future purchases, but will stick with Zigs at this time, which have made it past 8 WOD's. 6/1/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Shoe This is a great shoe for what it is made for. I did run about a mile in them the other day and it didn't feel to great. Other than that I love the shoe. The colors are perfect and the fit it great. It is wide at the toe which I like for when I am lifting weights. I honestly I have to complaints except to make sure you were long socks with them. I wore ankle sock and it rubbed a blister on my heal because of it. They definitely got noticed as soon as I walked in. I will recommend them to anyone wanting a good lifting shoe. 3/17/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Shoes fit great and wears well. Greate for all crossfit activities. 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the Nano I love these shoes. I have tried the Nano 2 and Nano 3, but I continually return to the original Nano. They feel great. 4/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great WOD shoes I bought these as a back up to my nano 3s. They exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable and versatile to perform extremely well on chippers. I highly recommend. 4/6/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best purchase for a crossfitter I use them everyday with any workout. 4/8/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoes !! i use it everyday to do crossfit, is perfect for lifting and the rest of my WOD, and is not heavy at all. 4/7/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these shoes I would recommend you getting a pair, help me grip the ground when im doing my stanches 4/7/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe I have been loyal to Nike but since I started crossfit I decide to give the nanos a try. Great shoe for WOD's. I recommend this shoe for lifting (gym) and crossfit. However it's not the best shoe for distance running, not bad for short runs. 4/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hooked for Life ! This is the crossfit shoe I've been looking for! Where I have a problem with Bunions this shoe Is very comfortable for me due to the wide toe box. I'm afraid I'm hooked on Nanos for life! 4/5/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great crossfit shoes!!! I bought this shoes because I wanted to start cross fit. I have used my running shoes for cross fit before but I destroyed 2 pair of shoes in less than 6 months. So I decided to invest in some real cross fit stuff. I use them for short distance running, weight lifting, jumping, cross training and just almost for everything. Suddenly I can even do one-leg squat which I couldn't do before. This shoe has a great sole and a great stability. Overall: A great shoe for any kind of cross training and cross fit activities. Plus one more thing, you can form your own foot into this shoes thanks to the foam memory... just great!!! 6/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe I'm new to crossfit & my very experienced CF friend suggested this shoe. He was right, it's a great all around shoe. I put that it runs slightly tight, but it could be that my foot is wide. I can't comment on the durability at this point, but I noticed most people at the box are wearing reebok crossfit shoes, so I have to think it's pretty good. I'm very pleased with my purchase at this point. 3/26/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I have flat feet and these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. 4/6/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Review When I ordered these shoes I was a little hesitant because I was unable to try them on. So, I went to a local shoe store to get my reebok shoe size by trying on other reebok shoes. When I got them and tried them on they felt amazing. Also, I have wide feet and I usually have problem finding shoes that fit me and these shoes fit me with no problem. Finally, the shoe lives up to the performance hype and is worth every penny. 6/15/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe. I wanted a pair of the OG nanos and these were the ones. Not as flashy and neon as the 2.0 or 3.0 and you can feel where the newer ones made some changes. But overall a classic, classy well made shoe. 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome, definitely buying another pair These shoes are the best. I have been doing Crossfit for the last 10 months in other shoes that were said to be designed from Crossfit but after putting these shoes the makers of those shoes were wrong. This is the only shoe for Crossfit. The way the shoes gives you breathing room for your feet during squat and cleans is great. My favorite part is the bottom of the shoes for rope climbs. The rope was eating away at my other shoes and i was getting enough traction. The Nano's not only helped with traction on the rope but increased my speed. The U-FORM technology makes you feel like the shoes were created for you. 1/3/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by The best fitting and most comfortable nano Trust me when I say this. I've owned every pair of Nanos that have come out, this uform pair I didn't happen to get until just now. After breaking down my nano 2.0's which I feel have the widest toe box in the world.... No go for me, def my least favorite pair... I went on to the 3.0, and the sprint. That's an entire different review. But this shoe fit amazingly compared to those shoes after it, which I can still see why they are some of the reebok athletes go to even after the 3.0's release. See the thing I noticed with these it gave more a true form to your foot, nothing to long or narrow (somewhat shown on the 3.0) but def nothing extremely wide like the 2.0. These are also the more stylish looking of all the nanos, not that style plays a big factor in the gym but... Well you get the idea. Overall the comfort of this shoe and the way it forms to the motions of your foot make it obsolete to the predecessors. It's a shoe I feel reebok shouldn't discontinue after making newer models. This shoe is great for WODs that involve running, light to medium weight barbell movements, and have grip enough to get you through those awesome sled drags and pulls. This is definitely a favorite in the community, go ahead try them out... These preform where they need too and look great both inside and outside the gym. 4/5/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! I love this shoe. I am thinking about getting another pair just for casual shoes because they are so comfortable. I was a little sceptical at first, but after doing a few WODs I am convinced. They do run large. For example, I wear a 9 usually and the 8 1/2 fits perfectly. Order a 1/2 size down. The rope climbing instep area is pretty good for protecting the shoe and it grips well. Box jumps felt a bit more stable than usual and they are sufficiently stable for O lifts. 6/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome all-around crossfitting shoe This shoe is hands down the best all around shoe I've tried for CrossFit. My foot measures almost exactly 10.5 inches, so I got a US size 9.5. I originally thought the shoe was a little too small, but after wearing it once or twice, I think it now fits perfectly. These have helped relieve shin splints that I think I developed crossfitting for several months in a pair of KSO five fingers. They stand up great to rope climbs, provide some cushion for box jumps, and remain plenty stable for olympic lifting. Bottom line: an excellent all-around crossfitting shoe. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love Nanos I have wore, and continue to wear, Nano 2.0 and Nano 3.0. These were my first pair of U-Form. They did not disappoint. I still think the Nano 2.0 are the best fit and comfort when it comes to Reebok's Nano series. 3/31/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Shoe This is my 10th pair of Reebok Nano shoes, I have the Nano, Nano 1.0, Nano 2.0, Nano 3.0 and Nano Speed, I guess you would say I have a Nano addiction! All of the Nano series outperform any of the other shoes out there that profess to be the best for Crossfit. They are extremely comfortable, able to withstand Crossfit training without breakdown, no slipping or tearing even with the most aggressive movements. You will not be disappointed with these Reeboks. 3/14/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent lightweight shoe I'm a true size 8 and I've read that these run a little large so I originally bought a size 7/12. Sadly, the 71/2 was too small and I had to exchange it for an 8. Customer service was good and the exchange went pretty smooth. The size 8 is just a tad large especially in the front. I think it's supposed to fit that way and just need to get used to it. I understand the wide-toe box was meant for CrossFitters to be able to move their toes. After using the u-form, the shoe molded a little more snug around the top of my foot and ankle which helped a bit. Overall, I love the design and the light weight of the shoe. I just wish the toe-box was a little more narrow. I wouldn't recommend running long distance in these because of the roomy front of the shoe. I guess this shoe is perfect for CrossFit since it doesn't involve much distance running. The yellow is really an eye catcher. I feel like a bumble-bee super hero when I put these bad boys on. 6/28/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by No brainer These shoes absolutely the best. These shoes replaced my Nikes! 4/1/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good shoes! Run a half size to big though I'm a size 11 and order these in 11's, but after I received the shipment and tried on the shoes I realized they run about a half size to big. Unfortunately, since I bought these on clearance by the time I went back to exchange them all the 10.5's were sold out. Still a good shoe just wish I had a pair of 10.5's 3/25/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reebok CrossFit Nano By far the best shoes I have ever owned. Right away I loved the wide toe base and how light the shoes were. I'm thinking about getting a pair in black because these shoes are so awesome!! 3/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by So Far Great Shoe Im a new cross fitter, with about 4 months in. I was wearing a running show (New Balance) size 11.5 wide. I ordered a 11 and the shoe is right on the border to going up one size. I have worn the shoes about 2 weeks now and love them. The wide toe box is great and the shoes have worked well in the crossfit Gym. I am waiting to go for a run but have walked about 6 miles in them so far. I will say that these shoes do make a difference to running shoes in the weight lifting and for rope climbing. Even the basic agility work I feel a big difference in my legs. They breathe well and so far so good, great design and they even look great. 3/18/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by As good as I hoped I've been cross fitting since 2008 and I'm psyched about reeboks relationship with cross fit and the sport specific shoe. The fit is great and true to my size. . . 10 The performance is versatile with credibility on the oly platform, running and all of the other fun stuff I do in the gym. 'recommend' 2/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Loving everything I love my pair of nano it so comfortable and best looking. I can run in it and overall work out on it. It so casual too you can wear it for looks. I completely love it. 3/27/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Bees Knees Great shoe. Exactly what I wanted. I've worn the Nano 2.0 for a couple of years but I always liked the look of the original Nano best. Great shoe. The base feels more stable than the 2.0. They are not as comfortable for running WODs but they still do just fine. 3/24/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I initially was concerned with buying this shoe because I have fairly wide feet that need support, and I did not know what to expect. However, after purchasing this shoe and wearing it for a while I can safely say that it is well worth the money. It is a comfortable shoe that is good for any type of Crossfit. One thing to consider though is that this shoe does run wide, so if you have narrow feet then you might want to consider getting half a size smaller, but for those with wide feet just get your usual shoe size and you won't be sorry. 2/14/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid shoe I was used to Inov-8 195s before giving these a try so that's how I compared them. While the shoe feels a bit stiffer than the 195s, the sole and shoe itself feels solid (hard to explain). Great for lifts, jumping rope and box jumps. Did not shred when I roped climbed either. Used them to do some running intervals and had plenty of cushion. Love the big toe box and solid foundation. Great overall shoe. 1/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stylish and very comfortable Luv the look and how comfortable the shoes are!! Can't wait to but my next pair!! 3/28/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by MUST HAVE This is by far my favorite pair of shoes. It is so light like a feather, yet super durable for rope climbing (you'll be just as good as a monkey climbing ropes with this :) The U-form technology works great, it was easy to set up. just blow dry em for about 2 min with high heat/med fan, then put your feet in em, and leave them on for about 5 minutes and BOOM you're ready for a competition. Plus, it even looks really cool for a casual walk. Just put a low socks on and wear any shorts, and you'll be getting compliments all day about it. 5/15/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by I LOVE THEM!!! They don't make my crossfit workouts any easier, but my feet are planted firmly for weight training, and they are great for cardio too. I highly recommend these if you are into or getting into crossfit. They are pretty stylish with a nice pair of jeans too. : ) 2/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano u-form The nano u-form has to be the best crossfit shoe!!!! I was using nike free runs when I started crossfit, my coaches insisted I buy my self a pair of nanos. So I went ahead and went with the inform technology, I really like how you have to heat the u-forms to shape your feet. After my first couple of WODs in these shoes I absoutly fell in love with them. They are light, durable, flat and stable for this others head squats, snatches, box jumps and front squats!!! They keep you balanced threw all of your oly and Lifting movements. I recommend the nano u-forms to everybody who are looking for the best crossfit shoe!!!!! 3-2-1 GO!!! 6/21/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by So Far So Good While I do think they are a little expensive (croosfit marketing hype - Reebok testing price elasticity), I am pleased with the shoes so far. Light and stable - let's see how well they hold up. 4/5/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe, lightweight, durable, and confortable for everything from long walks to WODs. 3/26/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe I was looking for a shoe that would work great for the different WODs in Crossfit. I decided to try the original Reebok Crossfit Nano before spending a little more on the new versions. So far I really like the feel. The shoes is light comfortable and has a wider base for lifting movements. Good for shorter distant runs but not recommended for long runs. The only doc I have is that they are a little wide feeling around my toes which I am not accustomed to. All and all a great all around shoe and perfect for Crossfit. Looking forward to trying out the Nano 2.0 and 3.0 in the future. 1/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Flex Nano I absolutely love the shoes! They have such great stability during lifting, yet great flexibility during running. I have increase my results in every aspect during my Crossfit WODs. 1/26/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Reebok CrossFit Flex Nano The shoe seems to be great so far and comfortable. But be advised if you plan to order these to order half a size smaller for a snug fit but besides that its a great shoe. 2/25/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great buy I've had the shoes for a month and I'm completely satisfied. Lots of support around your ankles. If you train crossfit and preform Olympic lifts, you will be satisfied! 3/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by for a beginner, what a great shoe Couldn't be more happy with this product. The fit, and performance is great. It has helped me in my WODS immensely. 3/24/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice sneaker I have had product for a couple of weeks and like them. 3/25/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best shoe round town Fits true to size. If anything just a bit wide in the toe box (great for "wide-footed" people.) extra space does not effect your stabilization at all. Great ankle support and sole make for awesome stabilization in lifts. Haven't used in rope climbs yet. Takes a bit getting used to running but overall a light shoe with great stability. Catches attention in regular gyms...hah If I had the money I would buy a second pair just for walking around and hanging out it. Only wish Reebok could tailor the toe a bit more snug. 2/21/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by CF shoes really awesome shoes.. couldnt be happier. its great to finally find CF shoes that are light, comfortable, and durable. 1/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good overall Crossfit shoes. Runs a little large. Great overall CF shoe. Definitely runs a little large compared to other CF shoes I've had. I generally wear an 11 or 11.5 and I wear a 10.5 in these. They felt a little tight when I first tried them on, but after using the hair dryer to do the u-form thingy, they felt great and snug. Toe box is nice and wide and they have a nice wide flat platform that really helps in the stability while doing oly lifts (if I don't feel like putting on my oly lifting shoes). Only had them a few weeks so can't really comment on the durability but the bright yellow definitely will show some smudging and dirt if you get them dirty. Probably the best overall CF shoe I've tried yet. 2/13/12

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great GYM shoes! I bought these solely to lift, tried running with them and they didn't feel to comfortable. However, they are serving their purpose for lifting. I usually do not purchase Reeboks, this is my first purchase of Reeboks in years and I may just have to try the Nano 3.0 or a running shoe. Would recommend the Nano, to anyone who like a great solid lifting shoe. I will most definitely buy another pair when I get home from deployment. 3/6/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for all sorts of workouts. These shoes are everything I hoped they'd be. They combne a stable platform for heavy lifts, with good cushioning for plyometrics while still maintaining an almost barefoot shoe feel. I've had them for about a week and have handled every Crossfit workout I've thrown at them with ease. My only complaint is that they run a little large. I ordered the same size I wear in every other shoe, and the toe box is just a little longer and wider than I'd expect. Also I'm not sure how well the U-Form works, might be kind of a gimmick, but these are still incredibly comfortable. Overall, one of the best shoe investments I've ever made. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great all around cross fit shoe I absolutely love this shoe as a good all round crossfit shoe. Great for most WODs to include moderately heavy weights! My rope climbing is so much better in these shoes. I originally ordered a 1/2 size smaller because another review said they run big but it turned out that it wasn't the case for me. I normally wear an 11 and the 11 fits perfect. It is wide in the toe box so your toes have more room to spread and do their job when it comes to balance. Great job Reebok! I haven't owned a pair of Reebok's since the Pumps back in the 90's but with these shoes I can see Reebok being at the top of my choice for shoes again! 2/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Another must have for the gym bag! Footwear is important in CrossFit. The weight, the durability, and the function of the show play an important part to whatever sport you participating in. For CrossFit your shoe has to be able to perform in a wide variety of tasks. One second you need a stable platform to lift off of, then your jumping where every once of additional weight can hold you back. The Nano was built for CrossFitters by Crossfitters and does a good job adapting to most every task its put through. CrossFit gyms and Clients are very unique and each have a story as to why they're there. CrossFit is a self expression of who they are and what they want to become. The shoes should be customizible to help them express themselves. 3/29/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exactly what I expected! While it took me a while to get the actual shoe size I needed, ended up settling on color as the yellow must be very popular, I found them to be true to size with a very wide/comfy toe box. The shoes are light, with a great base and enough cushion to tolerate short runs and sprints. I find that I have to loosen them more than other shoes in order to get into them and then to get them snug but they fit well especailly with the "custom" footbed that the Uform technology allows. I am very pleased with that aspect of the shoe. As for durability, I've only had them a couple weeks so we shall see. Would definitely recommend. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Top notch! Simply put, this is the only shoe that I have found to stand up to the punishment of 4-6 classes a day 3/19/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by All-around great show Crossfit is all about being prepared for everything and these shoes definitely have what it takes. Whether you're doing box jumps, rope climbs, squats, or running these shoes do the job. I really like the yellow ones a lot because they're bold without being too out there. The shoes do tend to stretch so it may be beneficial to buy a half size smaller. The U-form technology really helps the shoe fit perfectly though. If you buy these shoes, make sure you make use of the technology. 1/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love 'em Been wearing mine all the time since July, still holding up strong and they are the best all around training shoe I've work. Great for lifting, sprinting, agility, even middle to long distance runs. 1/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is my second pair of nano crossfit shoes. I love them. They are perfect for all WOD's. Great stability for heavy lifts and runs/sprints. 3/17/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe! Should have purchased them sooner. I can tell a difference in my workouts. 3/17/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoe Great shoe for training. always had problems with supination and ankle pain when wearing a running shoe for exercise . Feels like I have better stability in the Nano. Ankle pain is gone! 3/14/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by The perfect combo So searching for the perfect crossfit shoes I came to the same two options that every other crossfitter has come to inov8s or the new mainstream. After reading many reviews i came to the conclusion that these were the best option. So far my decision hasn't failed. They have all the right qualities and they look super sick, Pro on both counts. The only con was I had to reorder my pair three different times because they ran super small. Other than that it's awesome. 3/21/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall Review Great shoe. Has a wider toe box than most other trainers, which I really enjoy. Lacing doesn't loosen up over the course of a work out. Heel stays firmly in the heel cup, no wiggle. Light and breathable. 3/13/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by I wanted to love them The heel flap (?) cuts into heel with short socks and it feels like a bb is in the right heel (only when I'm wearing them ) hmmm 4/25/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Get these shoes These were my 3rd nano purchase. I would highly suggest these too. 3/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by shoes work great for what I need them for. good for both wods and olly lifting 3/14/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Too narrow They appear to be great shoes and I know plenty of people that like them. That said, they are too narrow for me and until they are offered in a different width I will not be wearing them. 3/10/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by This is the first pair of Crossfit shoes I've owned so I can't really compare with any others. I am pleased with the comfort and fit for my gym use and P90X workouts. 3/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them I only got these about a week and a half ago but I am loving them so far. Have a few pairs of NB Minimus' and like these better. The heat molding is a nice option. Only thing was bought these just a week and ahalf ago and now the 2.0 is out and I need those now lol. Wondering why they are 10 bucks cheaper...? Great fitting shoe. Def worth buying, and you know they will knock 20 sec off your Fran time for sure ;-) Shipping was super fast 6/4/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Shoe!! Did my first WOD that involved running in the last night...at first I was a bit skeptical since they are so minimal but boy was I impressed. Very comfortable to run in, extremely light. Overall a great shoe for all crossfit workouts. Has a solid heal and good feel when doing lifts (Although, I highly recommend the OLY for more lifting workouts). I would recommend this shoe to anyone that wants to take the WOD to the next level!! 2/3/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good shoe for the money I've got the Nano 2 and I think that the Nano is slightly better in terms of comfort. I particularly like the lacing material which helps in keeping the shoe tied without having to retie during workout. 3/8/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes purchased these original nanos back in 2012, and I crossfit 5-6x a week, every week. They are still holding up like champs. when the 3.0s came out, i went and bought a 2nd pair...of the original nanos, not the 3.0s. that's how good these babies are. the only reason i went for a second pair is for a different color choice and to give these babies a rest every now and again. great shoe, you wont regret getting them. 2/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing style and comfort. Will be buying another pair when these are retired 3/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by its a great shoe. love the color and the fit. prefect for crossfit 3/9/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by #BlackNYellowSwag #ShoesAsRXd Couldn't be happier with my new black and yellow CrossFit Nanos. Not only is this color incredibly rad, but it also happens to be the colors of my affiliate. I previously owned a pair of Inov-8 235s which I enjoyed, but I feel like the Nanos present a lot more stability and seem to be much more durable. I also much prefer the design of the Nanos over the Inov-8s for rope climbs. Loved the UForm technology comfort and an excellent solid, base to the shoe. Can't wait to test them out for rope climbs, and lifting in them has been great! I really like the wider toe base for feel and look. One thing I will say is that I went a half size down from what I usually wear and they fit perfect! Some say they fit normally for them, but if you are in doubt, I would suggest going a half size down. Overall, great shoe for any CrossFitter and looking forward to what Reebok can do for the sport that we love! 2/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well made shoe. This shoe should be any Crossfit fanatics tool of choice. The shoe is quite wide in the toe area but it really does not hinder your WOD or runs at all. I recently received my pair and already put them through multiple workouts of all kinds and they still look great--and feel great on my feet. I would definitely recommend them to person who is serious about their Crossfit endeavors. -Rique 1/23/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by This shoe is a good fit for me Doing double unders are easier in these shoes for some reason. They're light and easy to run in but a little stuff but it's fine because that helps with the lifting. I didn't mean to post that picture of a car and it wouldn't let me delete it. 3/2/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Well made and helping me perform better I am new to crossfit and really enjoy it. I have been a couch surfer for a long time and decided to try and get back in shape. A buddy turned me on to CrossFit and I just finished my first month. I found during WOD's that my running shoes were forcing me up onto my toes when lifting and squats, etc. Some of that was my lack of flexibility and some due to the incline in the shoes. I saw these and decided to give them a try. They fit excellent, are very light and comfortable and I like the ability to tune the fit by heating them up. I think they are a bit expensive though - I have never spent this much on shoes before. The shoe formed perfectly to my foot and the arch molded "just right" after the heat fitting proceedure. It is very well balanced and has helped with my stability more than I thought it would. The materials are tuff but still provide the right amount of flexibility for me. Thanks Reebok!! 2/1/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by not all i was hoping for... The first pair of nanos I owned were the 2.0's.. At first the fit was slightly tight and uncomfortable. But eventually, they were the only shoes i wore. Over a year later through sand, dirt, mud, water, hot weather, rope climbs, workouts, etc. im still working out in them. Then I decided to buy the nano 1 (U - Form). The style and materials are soo cool. However, they are not as comfortable as the 2.0's. They aren't cushioned as well or something. If i stand in one spot too long my feet start to tingle and feel sore. I have only owned them for two weeks. So hopefully this is a break in issue!? 7/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome shoes. Love them! These shoes have been great so far. One month in and I have done most everything that I can think of. I had to get use to squatting after using my old running shoes. They helped a lot with my rope climbs and overhead squats. They are just what I needed. They felt great running, box jumping and doing double unders. They are light weight and hardly know that I even have shoes on. 3/5/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes I ordered theses shoes because my friend recommended them. I must say I love working out in them. I recommend to everyone. 3/5/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great shoe I have a pair of nano and a pair of nano2 and the nano is by far the better shoe. It is more comfortable and gives me more support when I am lifting. It is also flexible enough to run in and do burpees etc. As far as I am concerned there is not much you could do to better this shoe. I like that it has the form fit and I think that is what puts it apart from the nano 2 1/23/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lives up to the hype I debated purchasing these shoes or going with a cheaper shoe. These have completely lived up to the hype. The heel to toe drop is perfect. These shoes make it seem easier to stay on your heels coming up from any squat. 3/1/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best overall CrossFit Shoe! Having worn everything from Chuck Taylors to the Inov8 Bare XF 210s these shoes have been the best all around shoe for our sport! The low profile, wider toe box for stability and forgiveness in running, box jumps, double-unders, etc. have made me fall in love with these shoes! I have pounded on the shoes for a couple of months and the durability is fantastic. I can't wait to snag a pair of the 2.0s! Side notes: these have served as an easy transition from a typical runpning shoe to a more minimalist training shoe where as jumping into shoes like the Bare XF 210 was very tough for many of my athletes. Also I would buy a half size smaller than you would normally wear in a Reebok running shoe. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Magic shoes I highly recommend these shoes. I have a high instep and my feet are wide at th base of the toes. These shoes fit perfectly and run true to size. Everytime a woomen compliments my crossfit nanos at the box I say "That is the magic of these shoes, beautiful women compliment them." If nothing else the number of compliments the shoes get magically increases. 3/7/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Strong shoe for CrossFit I have been doing CrossFit for 2.5. years. Tried Chuck Taylors, Nikes, Pumas ETC. but was elated when I started to hear rumors of Reebok taking on ideas and suggestions from REAL CrossFitters. This shoe definitely meets the heavy demands of a rigorous workout lifestyle. Toe box is wide so your toes are never crushed during burpees. Very low heel, almost zero drop creates a leveled platform for heavy/slow lifts and Oly lifting. The shoe does not run true to size. They fit a half size small. Use the "U-Form" addition for a customized feel. Overall, I'm very pleased and will continue to rock'em. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoe for crossfitters! Great shoe and incorporates the functionality of the crossfit sport. light weight yet stable form fitting shoe. 3/3/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Stable and Comfortbale Shoe Very comfortable and stable shoe. The wide toe area helps provide some relief on my toes when during Burpees and Box Jumps, its very stable and flat which helps for Oly lifts, and its very light so its good for short runs. I couldnt be happier with the performance. The (yellow) shoe does get dirty pretty fast, and the shoe laces need to be tied really tight in order to keep from coming undone, but its nothing that stops the performance of the shoe. Only had the shoe for a few weeks, so cant tell how durable they are yet but they feel pretty solid. All in all, very happy with my purchase. 2/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Fit! These are my favorite so far, plan on ordering the other colors soon! 3/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Overall Shoe I have only had these shoes for about a week now, but so far I have done a few met-cons and some olympic lifts in them and they are a great overall shoe (a huge upgrade performance-wise from wearing running shoes). Bought them a half size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly, wide toe box is great for those with slightly wider feet. From rope climbs, to box jumps, to clean and jerks, to squats, these shoes are a great crossfit shoe (just be careful running in them). Great fit, great stability, very comfortable. 3/29/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great looking shoe. Actually prefer the look over nano 2.0 and 3.0. 3/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best shoe for Crossfit These shoes are perfect for Crossfit. Before buying these I kept 4-5 pairs of shoes in my Crossfit bag. I now only carry these and my Oly shoes. They are a perfect all around shoe. Very solid for lifts yet light and comfy enough for all other movements. Much better than Inov-8 for Crossfit. A must buy. 1/31/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great CF shoe I have ran, lifted, done MET-Con's.....these shoes worked great for all types of workouts....landings are comfy and dont hurt like with some minimalist shoes. I did however get a blister on my achilles the first time i ran in them. Overall great shoe if you only want one pair of shoes for crossfit. 2/18/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Shoe Great workout shoe. Comfortable and sturdy for my CF needs. Don't know why I waited so long to get. Size runs slightly big and slightly wide but overall a great shoe. I love them. 2/24/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by I've been CrossFitting for about 4 years now and absolutely love these shoes for the WOD's. The U-form is one thing that makes this shoe. One hold back that I have is they tend to get uncomfortable on long runs. I won’t use them on 3+ mile runs. Otherwise a great shoe for the job. 2/13/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good tracktion at my CrossFit Gym I recommend this product if you are going into CrossFit head on. I don't think you will be disappointed. The price seemed reasonable. 2/26/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by After getting the a size that fit, went 1/2 size smaller than normal, the shoe fits very comfortable. I've only used for a couple of weeks, so I cannot determine durability. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is doing CrossFit, or any other similar style of workout. 6/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Workout Shoes! I bought these about 4 weeks ago, i originally bought the wrong size because i was not able to try them on in a local store but the customer service rep i spoke to told me exactly what to do to return them for the correct size, and i had the new ones within 2 days. Ive used them in every way possible, lifting, running, crossfit, and they are a great all-in-one shoe. Comfortable enough to run in with enough cushion to lift in makes it the essential workout shoe. I tossed my specialized Nikes for these and i havent looked back. Ill buy another pair when i wear these out. Great shoes! 2/14/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano-Mens My foot is a true size 8-1/2 to 9. Been using the inov in size 9 and fit just perfect. My Nano in size 9 seem a little big, could have gone with 8-1/2. Not big enough deal to return. Like them a lot. Light weight, great for cardio wod's. 2/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by All around workout shoe - jack of all trades These shoes fit my feet great (wide forefoot, narrow heal). The wide toe box is very comfortable while lifting and jumping. Glad I bought them. 2/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Nano So far I like the shoe, it seems to run true to size, and I love the wide toe box. I wish the uform directions came with the shoe in the box, but they were easy to find on the website though. So far so good during wods. 2/10/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great, light-weight, and durable shoe Solid and stable fit. Durable enough to withstand interval running and o-lifts. Comfortable and very light-weight. Provides great support and breathable. Great for lifting and everyday use if you're on the go. 2/2/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Prefect crossfit shoe Love this shoe. First week of wods I did in them I put them to the test. Great for heavy lifts to running and from rope climbs to sled pushes. Also they are light so they dont weigh you down during doubles. 2/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing shoes for Crossfit! I would have to say that these are the absolute best shoes that I have ever used for crossfit. Before purchasing these I used running shoes, which were not very good for wods. After purchasing these shoes I noticed a huge difference in how much stable I felt during my workouts. I am extremely impressed with how light, yet stable these shoes are. You can tell that these shoes were designed with crossfit athletes, because they are the best. I will definitely be buying another pair sometime soon. I would highly recommend trying these shoes if you haven't already purchased them! 1/27/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Boyfriend love them! Bought these for my boyfriend because he's big into crossfit, but workouts in regular running sneakers. he loves these shoes! they fit him great and he LOVES working out in them! 5 stars! 7/5/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Light and breathable. I used to wear running shoes when training. Could immediately feel the difference in my legs while doing my jump work. 5/5/12
Rated 2 out of 5 by Cool shoes but they do not last. Little rubber squares on the shoesstated to come off after less than a month of WODs. Very disappointing 12/26/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by love I love these shoes and have recommended them to everyone that crossfits or anyone just looking for a good shoe to workout in. 6/28/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by I've had these shoes a week and they have already busted in two spots. 2/20/14

Rated 4 out of 5 by Awesome shoe just not the fit I was looking for. If it came in 3/4 sizes this would have been a perfect shoe. Lightweight and awesome feel just not a match for my foot. 2/16/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very roomy Runs very wide in heel and very roomy in the toe box. Length fits true to size. 1/15/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far so good Only had them 2 week but so far the best CF shoe I have used. 1/26/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano Great crossfit shoe . Flat but you can still run in them! 3/4/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by slightly small, but overall a good shoe This is my second pair of cross fit shoes. The first one i have at a size 12 are perfect. These are slightly small and snug. Not enough to return for another size, but just not the sakes fit as other others. Also, at a size 12, there isn't an option to go up to a 12 1/2, the size does not exist. Also, the orange color gets dirty fast, after the first workout it looked like i've had them for a while. 1/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Not just for the "box" but perfect for box. I spent years playing professional indoor or "box lacrosse" in Canada, the US and Europe. I still maintain close ties to current professional players and Reebok has been the equipment sponsor for the NLL ( National Lacrosse League ) for many years now. When I needed a new pair of shoes that would work well on the astro-turf and or concrete floors that indoor lacrosse is played on I turned to a buddy who still stars in the NLL. I noticed photos of his shoes and inquired as to the model, the Nano he said was " like a modern day ninja slipper". I have long been a fan of low cut minimal cleats and footwear for lacrosse and now that I train in cross fit style gyms and workouts these shoes were perfect for both of the "box" environments in my life. 10/9/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by my choise love this 1/26/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by XFit Nano's I "wear" my shoes. I beat them mercilessly. And so far, these shoes have withstood that beating...about 4 months in thus far. You'd think they should last that long anyway but mine typically don't. And these show no signs of eminant deterioration either (i.e. fraying, separation, etc.). My only suggestion would be to "bake" them every couple of months or so. I'm not convinced that the U-Form technology won't be "undone" after significant use. But, I've "re-baked" them twice and so far, so good. I like them so much, I'll be designing some 2.0's in a month or so. 6/28/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by General CrossFit Overall I am pleased with these shoes. They seem to be very durable and able to with stand the rigors of everyday general crossfit workouts. They fit perfectly around the heel and midfoot, the wider toe box is great for stability. The uform technollogy makes a sublte difference but is definitely a nice touch to aid in the overall fit. I was disappointed in the lack of directions given for proper molding of the shoe. Other Reebok uform shoes say to place in the oven, I read that these are not to be done in the oven. I was lucky enough to catch that before i attempted. Although, the hair dryer technique did not go well for me. I used the hairdryer on each shoe for 4 minutes. The lining of one shoe actually melted and the lining of the other slightly burnt. I watched a timer and only did 4 minutes. so this kind of upsets me. I would have liked to see more info on the molding, on the website (perhaps when you click on the shoe itself). I was slightly concerned about the fit after reading many other reviews, but after getting them, the fit was spot on and felt great. I am still unsire of how i feel about these as running shoes. so far im slightly more comfortable running in Inov8s. Overall with my level of training, I like the durability, the minimal style, and traction provided in the gym. 2/8/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good so far, but slightly small I am comparing this shoe against the Inov-8 FLite230, the shoe I was wearing heavily before this. Out of the box, the shoe has a great appearance. I really like the yellow color. It comes with both yellow and black laces - I prefer black. This shoe will draw a lot of comments about being snazzy / loud / etc. The U-Fit went as planned, about 5 min with the hairdryer caused the label to turn red. I put them on and laced them up to start the molding process. After 15 minutes I took them off. I can't say whether this feature has any affect on comfort or performance - I don't really notice any difference between the feel of the insole compared to the INOV-8. The shoe is sturdy, I've only had it a few weeks but it appears that it will hold up well. It appears to be a little more durable than the INOV-8. However, it is also a bit heavier. The tread is excellent and I find the shoe to have awesome grip. I wore them to play volleyball and they gripped the floor well, which is often dusty and slippery. I took off one star because I feel the shoe runs a bit small. I wear 13 and I don't ever have a problem with size 13 shoes, but my left foot grazes the front of the toe box. In comparison, the INOV-8 of the same size has about 1/2 inch of headroom. It's not tight enough to make me return it (besides, there is no 14 currently), but I'm vaguely aware of it and it bothers me a little bit. 1/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect CrossFit shoe! I train with a bunch of people who wear this shoe, and now I know why. It meets all the needs of a CrossFitter. Great for all of the elements and the flat bottom is much better that a traditional running shoe when it comes to the variations of squats. Not a great shoe for running from a comfort standpoint, but CrossFit has relatively limited running requirements. Overall this shoe is a winner. 1/16/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by The originals are the best! The Reebok CrossFit Nano has to be the best all around sneaker available. It gives great support for lifting and for running. It's highly durable, especially during rope climbs. I currently own all three versions of the CrossFit Nano and I have to say that the original is the best. It has that classic look that is not over the top. The wide toe box is great. I would recommend this shoe to anyone looking for a great all around performance sneaker for CrossFit. I gave it 4 stars because no sneaker is perfect but this one comes close. 8/28/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Durable CrossFit Shoe Hi: I LOVE the CrossFIt Nano!!! My first pair have exceeded all of my expectations. Just a simple, great shoe for CrossFit and wearing around. My best, Fahey 2/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Don't wait...buy these now! These are great shoes for any CrossFitter. Simply the perfect balance between comfort one performance. That's why I bought a second pair...for whenever the first ones wear out. 1/25/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by My First Nano's I ordered the Nano's after several people at my box had been raving about them for some time. I've already put them through the paces with rope climbing, oly lifting, running, box jumps and just about everything else you can imagine. They've held up exceptionally through all the different exercises and have one of the most comfortable fits in a minimalist shoe. I normally wear a 10 1/2 in other shoe brands but found that the size 10 nano was the right fit for me. And now with the 2.0 out it's time for another pair of shoes. 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent shoe I have used this shoe for crossfit at my box and have found them to be just as comfortable as the inov-8s that I own. These shoes are more durable than the inov-8s (they hold up very well during a rope climb) and also are made for a person with a slightly wider foot. They could be slighty more lightweight but still provide good support and are useful for olympic lifts as well. Overall a very good shoe and I am glad that I purchased it. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the shoe were a little lighter. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe. My favorite of the Nano line. Meets all expectations and just a comfortable shoe. 1/27/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great price for a great product Wanted a pair for a long time, but couldn't spend $120 on a pair of shoes (never have and never will). Cyber Monday deal got me to buy them, and I couldn't be happier. I have used a lot of other shoes to WOD in and have never quite found one as perfect as the Nano's. Fit is great, stability is perfect for lifting and the shoe works great for the short runs #800M or less) that we normally do in a WOD. 12/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best true cross training shoe Second pair of these in 2 years. My shoes take a beating with training. I can run 10 miles, perform dead lifts, sprints, box jumps, great shoe for crossfit or any type of training! They are also great for casual wear as well. Highly recommend these! 1/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano Okay so first impressions as I saw the shoes was, "Wow!" They look amazing better in person than on the internet. I have used these shoes for boxing and they are what I expected. I can react quick with the shoes, stay light on my feet and cut angles. At first i thought they were to wide in the front but once I starting training I had nothing but love for the shoe. They are light but plenty of cushions for my static jumps. i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shoe that is very stable, light, and beautiful!! 2/6/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Shoe, Runs Small I bought these for my hubby, as he CrossFit's constantly. He loves the way they perform, but to be true the shoe's life is relatively short- 3-6 mos. tops. They're great, but know when you buy them- they do tend to run a half-size too small. 1/13/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Got these for Crossfit size is dead on! My foot measure is a 1/2 size smaller than the size I bought figuring I'd need more room, they are a tad long, so true to size. I like them. 1/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by AWESOME NANO's I bought these as a gift and when I opened the box to check them out first, I found them to be just too cool. The color Red with the black trim is simple awesome. I love the way they are made and the material. They look comfortable and well-made to last for a long time. I think the recipient will absolutely love them. I found the U-Form instructions online and have included them below in my review, as a helpful tool. U-Form Instructions: 1. Place hairdryer inside shoe and blow hot air for 4 minutes. (DO NOT USE OVEN!) "U-Form" tab will turn red 2. Remove hairdryer from shoes 3. Lace up shoes as you normally would and wear them seated for 8 minutes ("U-Form" tab will return to black) 4. Let them stand for about an hour or until completely cooled before wearing them in your next WOD. 2/11/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes are as advertised I bought these shoes to help with my overall fitness achievements and so far they have stood up to the challenges that I have put them through. I would definitely buy another pair or even try the newer styles. these shoes have been the best thing I could have done for myself. Thank you. 12/30/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by I recently purchased these to replace a pair of Asics cross-trainers. What a difference, I'm so happy!! 1/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Do Work! These shoes are the perfect example of simplicity in its finest. A very light shoe and wide fit provide the feeling of being shoeless. My favorite characteristic is their durability. I know that whether I'm rope climbing or doing burpees till death, they will come out looking brand new. Also the flatness and sturdy heel give me perfect support to push my lifts further every day. Highly recommended shoe for anyone looking to concentrate more on the amount of work then the condition of their shoes. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano 1.0 As far as an initial release of a shoe, Reebok hit the nail on the head with the Nano 1.0. The stability in the heel, flexibility in the forefoot, and durability of the sole has made this my go-to CrossFit training shoe. 2 gripes, 1) shoe is heavier than most minimalist running shoes, so do not use for run-focused WODs 2) material tends to where warm during longer WODs in the Arizona heat. Luckily, Reebok did right by correcting these shortfalls with enhancements in the release of the Nano 2.0! 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Stuff Very comfortable shoe. Good support for all xfit movements. Including rope climbs! 1/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe! I have enjoyed my CF Flex Nanos for several months now and I don't really have anything bad to say about them. I have two pair, the red/black and the yellow/black and I love them both. The only thing I would say that could be conceived as negative, and it may just be my foot, is that the front quarter of the shoe is a bit wide. I'm sure this is for stability purposes for lifts and such but it just seems a bit wide for my foot still. Overall though Awesome shoe will be buying more I'm sure! 3/1/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT Crossfit Shoe! Had the shoes a couple weeks and don't have any complaints. Have been great for a team FGB, Grace, Diane, sled pulls, a rope climb with lots of running. All felt great in these shoes, Awesome Job Reebok! Just be careful using your wife's hair dryer! 2/21/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes lap the competition! If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and durable shoe for crossfit or anything LOOK NO FURTHER. I bought my first pair specifically for lifting. Not only was I complimented on the looks of the shoes, but I'm feeling more comfortable than ever in the gym. Their flexibility is more than enough! I have multiple pairs now, and wear them to run, lift, and pretty much for any activity. I've neer written a review before, but I must give credit where credit is due! Great job Reebok!!!! 2/2/13
Rated 4 out of 5 Crossfit worthy Great shoe for crossfit ,I have nano 3 s but wanted to try nano 2s .Great all around shoe .The first day i used them the wod consisted of sled push, snatch and sand bag run they held up niceley and where comfy! 1/1/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Crossfit Nano I really like my Crossfit Nano's.... They fit well and have held up wonderfully. The only issues that I have at all with the shoe is the sole is thick... I like that its flat but I would like to see a more minimalist sole as far as thickness goes.... I actually really like most of what reebok has to offer the price is just a little steep for a lot of the products.... Looking forward to buying and designing a pair of nano 2's though but it will have to wait until I can afford them... 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit nano flex Been a crossfit athlete for 6 months or so, using Nike Free. I wanted a more traditional minimal shoe. I checked out many brands of minimal shoes then I found the nano flex. You see all the top athletes using them so I thought I would give them a try. Taking a chance on size since no stores in Sacramento area has any for fitting. I went 9.5 and they fit perfect, plenty of room in toebox and lite and comfortable. I like them so much I plan on ordering in red too. All around 5 stars. 3/1/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good shoes These are very well for training in p90x and insanity 1/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by love these, particular points of awesomeness would be the tongue length; it doesn't get lost under the laces providing a nice comfortable feel on the ankle. the u-form absolutely makes a difference in how the shoe fits and I look forward to doing it again though out the life of the shoe..also doing it makes the shoe feel more personalized soles really grip whatever surface you are on, and the flat limited drop makes you feel like you are sturdy even with oly lifts. 5/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best All-Around Crossfit show EVER! I have been CF'ing for 4 years and this is by far my favorite shoe and is very versatile so I may transition between box jumps, running, lifting, double unders, and even climbing rope. They run a little wide but I like having the extra room in the tow box and have held up really well in the 5 months I have been wearing them in the Afghanistan climate. I have already asked my wife to order another pair and to custom make a pair of the Nano 2.0! Love these shoes!!! 6/24/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by good shoe but... this shoe is what i expected. however, i've worn them through about 5 days worth of wods now (which for me is at least 2 wods a day) 7 days, and the heel of the shoe is rather stiff. i was kinda hoping that the stiffness would ease up after a few sessions or so. because of this, i have some blisters on the back of my heels and it has me walking kind of flatfooted when in them. other than this, shoe performs as expected: good for crossfit. 8/28/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe! This first generation nano is awesome in everyway. Fits just as I wanted and very comfortable. The only down fall to the shoe is the toe of the shoe separates very easily from the mesh part. But overall a great shoe. 12/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by I am owner of fitness studio and. 20 year in fitness business great shoes second pair great for lifting or cardio 12/31/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe/better than I expected I was skeptical about a commercialized Reebok CF shoe, which I thought would attract new CFers maybe and not be embraced by the hardcore, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good these shoes are. Nowhere near regular running shoes yet more meat than Inov-8s, these are a good shoe to have in your kit bag. There are times I will go with Inov-8s still (I have the 195s and RoadX 155s) but this Reebok shoe is stable, light, and very durable in my initial impression. It's the best middle ground between light shoes and powerlifting shoes I have seen. Haven't taken them on a run yet but in basic METCONs, box jumps, gymnastics, cleans, snatches, etc. these are great. Wide toe box, true to size. I wear 10.5 wide and the 10.5s were perfect for me. Haven't had them long enough to say, but they look very durable and can take a beating. 2/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by When I first started doing Crossfit I was wearing a standard running shoe, but when I switched to these the first thing I noticed was how light they are. I love the fact that they are formed to my feet with the realflex technology, and because of that I don't feel them moving around or getting loose during my workouts. The mesh allows my feet to breath, so my feet don't get hot like I have noticed with other footwear. Overall a great shoe in my opinion. 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by The OG Nano I already own a pair of Nano 2's when I decided to purchase the older version. Why? I wanted to see firsthand what the buzz is about regarding how these original Nano actually works as intended. Popularly known as the U-form Nano due to its form. This shoe is very stable, mainly due to this U-form, minimal padding and feels wider. The shoes feels pretty flat even with its 9mm to 5mm drop. These also feels a tad heavier than the newer version. I've had these shoes for 2 weeks, and have performed pretty much every crossfit movement without any issues, including rope climbs. As for styling, Im very satisfied. I like how these Nano's come in a variety of colors. One particular drawback... the shoe looks cheap, with a thin upper material. Overall, Im quite satisfied. An important factor that we all look for in these shoes is functionality. These shoes works! Great for box jumps (see picture). 10/9/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! Try climbing rope in them! They look great and the function very well. 3/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by great cross fit shoes really not much need for olys better than inov8's 1/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great shoe for crossfit! This shoe is wide in the toe area giving you a lot of space! I am use to a much narrower fit but am very satisfied with the shoe even though I had to adjust to the feel. 12/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Fitting Shoes Owned multiple pairs of these shoes. The U-Form is excellent for this type of minimums shoe, as you really need the proper & correct fit. Excellent for CrossFit! 12/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano Love them. They were a bit tight at first but they have stretched a bit and the U-Form makes them fit much better. Took a bit longer than 4 minutes to heat up. Very stable for overhead lifts and oly lifts within the workout and feel great for every other movement. Easily my favorite CrossFit shoe I have ever worn. Fit a lot like a good tennis or squash shoe for side to side and jumping, but have the flexibility of a mid range running shoe. 1/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for crossfit Just recently got this shoe and so far I really like it. I feel like it runs a little big but not enough that I was willing to send it back to get a smaller size. Really stable, really comfortable, and really light. The only thing I was really concerned about was how it would hold up to the rope and I'm happy to say that it held up very well and the design of the shoe made it easy to lock my feet to the rope and made climbing much easier. 6/5/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall it's a good shoe Fits good and is pretty comfortable. The soles are a little stiff and the heel rides a bit too high but overall it has a good feel. 12/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Flex Nano Straight out of the box they are very comfortable and an improvement over the last minimalist shoes I wore. The sole, even though it is minimal, provides much more protection from the hard concrete and rocks when running, but is still thin enough for my legs and feet to be able to do the work they need to. I love the wide toe box, giving my toes some breathing room, and being the new envy of my training partners doesnt hurt either! 2/8/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great CrossFit Shoe; Slightly Large Ordered these Nano 1.0s in my usual athletic shoe size (10.5) and found them a bit big. There's an extra thumb width's worth of space at the tip of the shoe. I would return for a half-size smaller, but they are clearance shoes sold out in that size. Despite the extra space they have performed well for the four WODs I've worn them to. Great CrossFit shoe so far. 10/12/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great workout shoe! Great workout shoe! Very comfy and durable. I own 3 pairs in different colors. Will go back and purchase more when these wear out. 12/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by price was great delivery was prompt shoes feel great look sweet and perform as advertised i wear them to crossfit everyday 12/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The original nano is Awesome! The original nano is by far my favorite. I have had a few pair of them along with the 2.0 and 3.0 and they still fit and feel better than any others. The U-form is the absolute best feature the shoe offers. I also love the more minimalist feel then the others. Don't get me wrong reebok has done great with the 2.0 and 3.0 but my go to WOD shoe is always the OG. 10/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 Great Product Best shoes ever, I wear it everyday. Now have a collection with many different colors. :D 12/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Footwear for CrossFit Athletes The relatively flat sole offers great stability for the olympic-style lifts while also providing sufficient support for things like box jumps and running. I probably wouldn't recommend it for long distance running, but then again that's not what it's intended for. I've been beating mine up for a few weeks now, and aside from a few superficial scuff marks they're in great shape. Highly recommended for CrossFit participants. 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fully converted to Reebok Nanos! I first tried these on at the Southern California Regional Competitions and did not like them. They felt stiff and had no support. I bought them anyway. Once I followed the U-forn directions, I was hooked! The shoe now is custom fitted to my feet, has great flex, and tons of support. They're light, but with great stability. I now wear Reebok Nanos for 90% of my WODs. Easily one of the best all-around shoe I've ever worn. 6/27/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these Shoes! I got these shoes to wear for Crossfit, of course. I love them, they are very comfortable, and work great for everything from lifting to running. They are a bit wider than some of the other brands of shoes made for crossfit which was great for me because my foot is a little wide, but they are not wide enough to make them loose on your foot. They are a great all around shoe and perfect for my daily workouts! 6/21/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best looking Nanos there are. Love them. In the gym and out! 12/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by My husband and I each have a pair. We absolutely love our CrossFit Flex Nano's! They offer a little more cushion than expected for short runs, but with superior stability for o-lifts and body weight movements. He has flatter feet and sometimes experiences occasional heel pain with other shoes but not with these. Everyone in the box has been asking how they feel. Would recommend to other crossfitters for sure! 2/7/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano Great shoe so far. Just got them and have done about 10 workouts so far in them. They are very stable and feel like a stiffer chuck taylor. Great for lifts, box jumps, burpees etc....no my favorite to run in but for 400m or less they are fine. 11/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall Awesome Shoes! The shoes has met all my needs regarding crossfit, I was a skeptic at first. But the nano, held up with pistols, box jumps, rope climbs, cleans, jerks, snatches and short distance running (<800m). I wouldn't use it as a running shoe, but even as walking shoe it fits the bill. 11/6/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love em! I've never used any type of minimal shoe until now and these are great. I love them for moderately heavy lifting (snatch, squat, clean) and for short 100yd+ runs they are awesome. If you haven't used any type of minimal shoe before you should ease into them when using them for any kind of stair run or regular run. Need to strengthen your feet first. But I would highly recommend them. 7/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe for wods. These shoes are light and very comfortable. Also very Durable. 12/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favorite sneaker by Reebok Nano U-forms are my favorite sneakers that Reebok makes! I own 3 prs. They are very durable, comfortable and versatile for workouts or just wearing around to hangout in. I recommend them to other athletes all the time! 11/19/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoes! I would recommend these shoes to anyone 12/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good fit and good support. Good styling and look too. 12/9/13
Rated 3 out of 5 by Inner sole issue The inner soles are to narrow in the mid foot. I can feel the edge of the sole while wearing the shoes 12/4/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes all around only shoes i WOD in love them 12/9/13
Rated 3 out of 5 by Toe box is wide Bought these shoes mainly for causal wear. The color gray and orange is awesome, love it. The toe box is very wide though. I don't get it, it's as if they were made for people with a sixth toe on their foot. Thought about returning the shoes over the wide toe box but love the color so much I decided to keep them. 9/29/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Overall Shoe Was introduce to get a pair of the nano uforms and never looked back to get crossfit nanos for my workouts as I do overall training of lifting, endurance and everything that is crossfit. Highly recommended if you need a pair for overall fitness training. 10/30/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! I weigh 296 lbs and I have been crossfiting for 6 months. I am really athletic for my size. The crossfit nano blew away expectations. They are wide and fit great. Enough cushioning to support be during sprints, dubs, and 30 inch box jumps. Stable enough to keep me balanced during 405 lbs back squats and 505 lbs dead lifts. These shoes were created for crossfit and it shows. Amazing!!! 2/11/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Beginner Crossfit shoe! I've been doing crossfit now for a little over 2 months. These are perfect for all your basic crossfit WOD's, lifting and 600-800 meter runs. If you're looking for a great shoe, a reliable and comfortable shoe. Don't waste your money with any other brands. Reebok has the crossfit shoe down to a science. From here you can move up to the Oly Shoes they have which is my next purchase. 3/14/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by 1st week in my new nanos I have worn thes shoes for less than one week and can honestly say Reebok has hit the nail on the head with these shoes. With the U-form Technology the CrossFit Nano are super comfortable and once you lace em up you can feel the difference. I love the wide toe box because it allows your toes to rest flat. I don't know if it is the newly added swag but I PR @ 385# on my back squat!! 3/1/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by First Reebok in Years! I have to say this is the first Reebok product i have purchased in many many years. I think this is probably because I loved the look. So far so goo, only complaint, wearing ankle socks do hurt a bit as the back of the shoe is low enough that i rubs against the ankle and can cause a bit of discomfort. Otherwise great product! 9/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product. These are the 2nd pair of nano's I've purchased. They're Crazy durable. Absolutely love the feel of them and recommend them for any workout. 11/22/13
Rated 3 out of 5 by Solid but not as good as Nike Free TR2 These training shoes are decent, but they haven't held up as well relative to my Nike Free TR2's. The weight of the two shoes is very comparable, but the Nike shoes were more durable over time with rope climbs and box jumps. Cost is about the same ($6 more for the Nikes). An added is you can customize the Nike Free's.... not a big deal, but for some it's a nice added touch. 2/7/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by feel great but, Need more consistency in the sizes of your shoes I'm a natural size 13, but the oly's fit great in a 12, the yellow nanos released at the games fit great in a 12, both of these are cut slightly larger than traditional sizing, the red's are more true to size and are way too small for me in a 12, the greys are a little bit larger, its extremely frustrating. The feel great and I want to wow in them once i get a pair that fits 1/28/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Buy These! These shoes are great. I have been using them for crossfit and they were designed perfectly. They are lightweight, comfortable and stylish. I have noticed a huge difference with my balance on the olympic lifts which was the main thing I was looking for. I have done some short runs with these and have had zero problems. If you are looking for a good crossfit shoe this is it. 6/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by This shoe is the end all be all. I have been involved in the exercise world for the past 12 years and these shoes have been without a doubt some of the best shoes I have put on my feet. Going from doing the oly lifts(lighter weight) to running to the everyday WOD without missing a beat. I also like the color selection and will be buying another pair for my collection soon. Great shoe. 7/7/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love these shoes I was doing crossfit with Nike Free's and rowing was horrible. Decent shoes to run in but overall not great. These shoes have a great feel and fit and are very light. From box jumps to pushups, these shoes just seem to be made for what you do in your workouts at crossfit. I love them and my only complaint is not having other great reebok crossfit gear to match them. 3/2/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome CrossFit gear. I am a CrossFit Coach and I'm very pleased with this product. 11/28/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes are everything you could want. I ordered these needing to replace my current shoes for Crossfit. These are great for everything! Running, jumping, lifting, and everything else that could be thrown at you. I highly recommend these shoes for anyone looking to get involved in any from of training. 10/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Nano Great shoe for all Crossfit WODs. Climbing, jumping, Oly lifts, running is no issue with these shoes. Lateral movements no problem. The u form feature adds a personal touch to this shoe since you form it to your own foot, this is really is your own shoe. I highly recommend this shoe for all crossfit an non crossfit athletes. Best training shoe I've ever purchased. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great CrossFit Shoes! I have had these shoes for a week now and they are an awesome CrossFit Shoe. Stable & Comfortable. I have loved running in these shoes. I used to run in Nike Lunar Glides, but these are so much better. If you love Crossfit and you need new shoes. Get these. They run True to your size and are wide in the toe box. I have a very wide foot and it fits great. 3/1/12
