Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding These shoes are the answer us Crossfitters have been waiting for. They provide a solid platform for lifting while offering the durability and flexibility to smash any other wod in your box. They have a great feel and are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Try them! They are true to size. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe Overall This shoe has everything a crossfit athlete needs, comfortable when i lift, jump rope, box jumps, run and all other types of movements done. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe for CrossFit WODs or Just chillin I love these things and recommend them all the time. There are probably 10-20 people at CrossFit Stony Brook that have them now and we all love them. They are really comfortable and will improve your Rope Climb instantly. The side lugs really do actually work, they add a bit of friction so your feet don't slide. So far they seem to last and wear well. I have don't every time of WOD in them and they are great. I have also worn them as a casual shoe and they are comfy all day. I think they run a little wide or at least have a nice wide toe box which I love. My toes can spread out and do what they are supposed to do. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Shoe For Any Crossfitter I've been doing crossfit for 9 months now. I quickly learned that your standand running/training shoe are not fit for the box jumps, and all the OLY lifts. I've tried the other brands minimal shoes, they worked, but were not that comfortable. I'm not one to buy a product just because, it is main stream or hip. I was very hesitate about buying a shoe for one I couldn't try on and one that was the sponsor. For some reason I decided to give it a shot. I've been using the shoe for over two weeks now and I can say with out a doubt this is the best shoe for Crossfit. I will be buying another pair. Tip: I had to order my shoe twice, I normally wear 10.5 /11 in other brands. I got my Crossfit Flex Nano in a 10, and they fit like a glove. When they say true to size, it means go to the shoe stoe measure your foot and if your big toe touches the 10, then that is the size you need. 5/20/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome training shoe Had the chance to receive a pair a couple months ago and had been wearing them ever since during crossfit workouts and during everyday activity. Fit is great, low to the ground, very lightweight and also good for short distance running. Strong recommendation. 1/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing shoes for Crossfit! I would have to say that these are the absolute best shoes that I have ever used for crossfit. Before purchasing these I used running shoes, which were not very good for wods. After purchasing these shoes I noticed a huge difference in how much stable I felt during my workouts. I am extremely impressed with how light, yet stable these shoes are. You can tell that these shoes were designed with crossfit athletes, because they are the best. I will definitely be buying another pair sometime soon. I would highly recommend trying these shoes if you haven't already purchased them! 1/27/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes lap the competition! If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and durable shoe for crossfit or anything LOOK NO FURTHER. I bought my first pair specifically for lifting. Not only was I complimented on the looks of the shoes, but I'm feeling more comfortable than ever in the gym. Their flexibility is more than enough! I have multiple pairs now, and wear them to run, lift, and pretty much for any activity. I've neer written a review before, but I must give credit where credit is due! Great job Reebok!!!! 2/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! I love this shoe. I am thinking about getting another pair just for casual shoes because they are so comfortable. I was a little sceptical at first, but after doing a few WODs I am convinced. They do run large. For example, I wear a 9 usually and the 8 1/2 fits perfectly. Order a 1/2 size down. The rope climbing instep area is pretty good for protecting the shoe and it grips well. Box jumps felt a bit more stable than usual and they are sufficiently stable for O lifts. 6/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great crossfit shoes!!! I bought this shoes because I wanted to start cross fit. I have used my running shoes for cross fit before but I destroyed 2 pair of shoes in less than 6 months. So I decided to invest in some real cross fit stuff. I use them for short distance running, weight lifting, jumping, cross training and just almost for everything. Suddenly I can even do one-leg squat which I couldn't do before. This shoe has a great sole and a great stability. Overall: A great shoe for any kind of cross training and cross fit activities. Plus one more thing, you can form your own foot into this shoes thanks to the foam memory... just great!!! 6/8/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid shoe I was used to Inov-8 195s before giving these a try so that's how I compared them. While the shoe feels a bit stiffer than the 195s, the sole and shoe itself feels solid (hard to explain). Great for lifts, jumping rope and box jumps. Did not shred when I roped climbed either. Used them to do some running intervals and had plenty of cushion. Love the big toe box and solid foundation. Great overall shoe. 1/31/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect shoe for CrossFit I've worn these shoes to CrossFit for about a month and they are stable enough for heavy lifting, and comfortable enough for running a mile or so. I've climbed a rope, and jumped up onto boxes...they feel great. I recommend these. 2/3/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Cool shoes but they do not last. Little rubber squares on the shoesstated to come off after less than a month of WODs. Very disappointing 12/26/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great crossfit shoe!!! Great shoe for crossfit!!! Easy to maintain form, great for box jumps!! Can't wait to order my next custom pair!!! 2/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great shoe I have a pair of nano and a pair of nano2 and the nano is by far the better shoe. It is more comfortable and gives me more support when I am lifting. It is also flexible enough to run in and do burpees etc. As far as I am concerned there is not much you could do to better this shoe. I like that it has the form fit and I think that is what puts it apart from the nano 2 1/23/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love 'em Been wearing mine all the time since July, still holding up strong and they are the best all around training shoe I've work. Great for lifting, sprinting, agility, even middle to long distance runs. 1/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Review When I ordered these shoes I was a little hesitant because I was unable to try them on. So, I went to a local shoe store to get my reebok shoe size by trying on other reebok shoes. When I got them and tried them on they felt amazing. Also, I have wide feet and I usually have problem finding shoes that fit me and these shoes fit me with no problem. Finally, the shoe lives up to the performance hype and is worth every penny. 6/15/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Favorite Crossfit Shoe Already had the black ones and i just had to order the yellow and reds as well. The Nano's are definitely the most versatile crossfit shoe i own, and i tend to be a sneaker-head so I've tried quite a few different brands for comfort and style reasons; great for metcons and olys alike. Everyone in the box and standard gym constantly comments on them, especially the yellow ones. Great support in the heel, plenty of room in the toe bed, light weight, and great protection for rope climbs, box jumps, and if your still working on your double-unders. (I would recommend ordering a half size down and having an alternate shoe for longer distance runs) 5/30/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent lightweight shoe I'm a true size 8 and I've read that these run a little large so I originally bought a size 7/12. Sadly, the 71/2 was too small and I had to exchange it for an 8. Customer service was good and the exchange went pretty smooth. The size 8 is just a tad large especially in the front. I think it's supposed to fit that way and just need to get used to it. I understand the wide-toe box was meant for CrossFitters to be able to move their toes. After using the u-form, the shoe molded a little more snug around the top of my foot and ankle which helped a bit. Overall, I love the design and the light weight of the shoe. I just wish the toe-box was a little more narrow. I wouldn't recommend running long distance in these because of the roomy front of the shoe. I guess this shoe is perfect for CrossFit since it doesn't involve much distance running. The yellow is really an eye catcher. I feel like a bumble-bee super hero when I put these bad boys on. 6/28/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reebok CrossFit Nano By far the best shoes I have ever owned. Right away I loved the wide toe base and how light the shoes were. I'm thinking about getting a pair in black because these shoes are so awesome!! 3/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by So Far Great Shoe Im a new cross fitter, with about 4 months in. I was wearing a running show (New Balance) size 11.5 wide. I ordered a 11 and the shoe is right on the border to going up one size. I have worn the shoes about 2 weeks now and love them. The wide toe box is great and the shoes have worked well in the crossfit Gym. I am waiting to go for a run but have walked about 6 miles in them so far. I will say that these shoes do make a difference to running shoes in the weight lifting and for rope climbing. Even the basic agility work I feel a big difference in my legs. They breathe well and so far so good, great design and they even look great. 3/18/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by As good as I hoped I've been cross fitting since 2008 and I'm psyched about reeboks relationship with cross fit and the sport specific shoe. The fit is great and true to my size. . . 10 The performance is versatile with credibility on the oly platform, running and all of the other fun stuff I do in the gym. 'recommend' 2/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by MUST HAVE This is by far my favorite pair of shoes. It is so light like a feather, yet super durable for rope climbing (you'll be just as good as a monkey climbing ropes with this :) The U-form technology works great, it was easy to set up. just blow dry em for about 2 min with high heat/med fan, then put your feet in em, and leave them on for about 5 minutes and BOOM you're ready for a competition. Plus, it even looks really cool for a casual walk. Just put a low socks on and wear any shorts, and you'll be getting compliments all day about it. 5/15/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by I initially was concerned with buying this shoe because I have fairly wide feet that need support, and I did not know what to expect. However, after purchasing this shoe and wearing it for a while I can safely say that it is well worth the money. It is a comfortable shoe that is good for any type of Crossfit. One thing to consider though is that this shoe does run wide, so if you have narrow feet then you might want to consider getting half a size smaller, but for those with wide feet just get your usual shoe size and you won't be sorry. 2/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by I LOVE THEM!!! They don't make my crossfit workouts any easier, but my feet are planted firmly for weight training, and they are great for cardio too. I highly recommend these if you are into or getting into crossfit. They are pretty stylish with a nice pair of jeans too. : ) 2/23/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by So Far So Good While I do think they are a little expensive (croosfit marketing hype - Reebok testing price elasticity), I am pleased with the shoes so far. Light and stable - let's see how well they hold up. 4/5/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for all sorts of workouts. These shoes are everything I hoped they'd be. They combne a stable platform for heavy lifts, with good cushioning for plyometrics while still maintaining an almost barefoot shoe feel. I've had them for about a week and have handled every Crossfit workout I've thrown at them with ease. My only complaint is that they run a little large. I ordered the same size I wear in every other shoe, and the toe box is just a little longer and wider than I'd expect. Also I'm not sure how well the U-Form works, might be kind of a gimmick, but these are still incredibly comfortable. Overall, one of the best shoe investments I've ever made. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Flex Nano I absolutely love the shoes! They have such great stability during lifting, yet great flexibility during running. I have increase my results in every aspect during my Crossfit WODs. 1/26/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Reebok CrossFit Flex Nano The shoe seems to be great so far and comfortable. But be advised if you plan to order these to order half a size smaller for a snug fit but besides that its a great shoe. 2/25/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best shoe round town Fits true to size. If anything just a bit wide in the toe box (great for "wide-footed" people.) extra space does not effect your stabilization at all. Great ankle support and sole make for awesome stabilization in lifts. Haven't used in rope climbs yet. Takes a bit getting used to running but overall a light shoe with great stability. Catches attention in regular gyms...hah If I had the money I would buy a second pair just for walking around and hanging out it. Only wish Reebok could tailor the toe a bit more snug. 2/21/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by CF shoes really awesome shoes.. couldnt be happier. its great to finally find CF shoes that are light, comfortable, and durable. 1/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good overall Crossfit shoes. Runs a little large. Great overall CF shoe. Definitely runs a little large compared to other CF shoes I've had. I generally wear an 11 or 11.5 and I wear a 10.5 in these. They felt a little tight when I first tried them on, but after using the hair dryer to do the u-form thingy, they felt great and snug. Toe box is nice and wide and they have a nice wide flat platform that really helps in the stability while doing oly lifts (if I don't feel like putting on my oly lifting shoes). Only had them a few weeks so can't really comment on the durability but the bright yellow definitely will show some smudging and dirt if you get them dirty. Probably the best overall CF shoe I've tried yet. 2/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exactly what I expected! While it took me a while to get the actual shoe size I needed, ended up settling on color as the yellow must be very popular, I found them to be true to size with a very wide/comfy toe box. The shoes are light, with a great base and enough cushion to tolerate short runs and sprints. I find that I have to loosen them more than other shoes in order to get into them and then to get them snug but they fit well especailly with the "custom" footbed that the Uform technology allows. I am very pleased with that aspect of the shoe. As for durability, I've only had them a couple weeks so we shall see. Would definitely recommend. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great all around cross fit shoe I absolutely love this shoe as a good all round crossfit shoe. Great for most WODs to include moderately heavy weights! My rope climbing is so much better in these shoes. I originally ordered a 1/2 size smaller because another review said they run big but it turned out that it wasn't the case for me. I normally wear an 11 and the 11 fits perfect. It is wide in the toe box so your toes have more room to spread and do their job when it comes to balance. Great job Reebok! I haven't owned a pair of Reebok's since the Pumps back in the 90's but with these shoes I can see Reebok being at the top of my choice for shoes again! 2/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Another must have for the gym bag! Footwear is important in CrossFit. The weight, the durability, and the function of the show play an important part to whatever sport you participating in. For CrossFit your shoe has to be able to perform in a wide variety of tasks. One second you need a stable platform to lift off of, then your jumping where every once of additional weight can hold you back. The Nano was built for CrossFitters by Crossfitters and does a good job adapting to most every task its put through. CrossFit gyms and Clients are very unique and each have a story as to why they're there. CrossFit is a self expression of who they are and what they want to become. The shoes should be customizible to help them express themselves. 3/29/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good so far, but slightly small I am comparing this shoe against the Inov-8 FLite230, the shoe I was wearing heavily before this. Out of the box, the shoe has a great appearance. I really like the yellow color. It comes with both yellow and black laces - I prefer black. This shoe will draw a lot of comments about being snazzy / loud / etc. The U-Fit went as planned, about 5 min with the hairdryer caused the label to turn red. I put them on and laced them up to start the molding process. After 15 minutes I took them off. I can't say whether this feature has any affect on comfort or performance - I don't really notice any difference between the feel of the insole compared to the INOV-8. The shoe is sturdy, I've only had it a few weeks but it appears that it will hold up well. It appears to be a little more durable than the INOV-8. However, it is also a bit heavier. The tread is excellent and I find the shoe to have awesome grip. I wore them to play volleyball and they gripped the floor well, which is often dusty and slippery. I took off one star because I feel the shoe runs a bit small. I wear 13 and I don't ever have a problem with size 13 shoes, but my left foot grazes the front of the toe box. In comparison, the INOV-8 of the same size has about 1/2 inch of headroom. It's not tight enough to make me return it (besides, there is no 14 currently), but I'm vaguely aware of it and it bothers me a little bit. 1/31/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by All-around great show Crossfit is all about being prepared for everything and these shoes definitely have what it takes. Whether you're doing box jumps, rope climbs, squats, or running these shoes do the job. I really like the yellow ones a lot because they're bold without being too out there. The shoes do tend to stretch so it may be beneficial to buy a half size smaller. The U-form technology really helps the shoe fit perfectly though. If you buy these shoes, make sure you make use of the technology. 1/23/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by The perfect combo So searching for the perfect crossfit shoes I came to the same two options that every other crossfitter has come to inov8s or the new mainstream. After reading many reviews i came to the conclusion that these were the best option. So far my decision hasn't failed. They have all the right qualities and they look super sick, Pro on both counts. The only con was I had to reorder my pair three different times because they ran super small. Other than that it's awesome. 3/21/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by I wanted to love them The heel flap (?) cuts into heel with short socks and it feels like a bb is in the right heel (only when I'm wearing them ) hmmm 4/25/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them I only got these about a week and a half ago but I am loving them so far. Have a few pairs of NB Minimus' and like these better. The heat molding is a nice option. Only thing was bought these just a week and ahalf ago and now the 2.0 is out and I need those now lol. Wondering why they are 10 bucks cheaper...? Great fitting shoe. Def worth buying, and you know they will knock 20 sec off your Fran time for sure ;-) Shipping was super fast 6/4/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Shoe!! Did my first WOD that involved running in the last night...at first I was a bit skeptical since they are so minimal but boy was I impressed. Very comfortable to run in, extremely light. Overall a great shoe for all crossfit workouts. Has a solid heal and good feel when doing lifts (Although, I highly recommend the OLY for more lifting workouts). I would recommend this shoe to anyone that wants to take the WOD to the next level!! 2/3/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best overall CrossFit Shoe! Having worn everything from Chuck Taylors to the Inov8 Bare XF 210s these shoes have been the best all around shoe for our sport! The low profile, wider toe box for stability and forgiveness in running, box jumps, double-unders, etc. have made me fall in love with these shoes! I have pounded on the shoes for a couple of months and the durability is fantastic. I can't wait to snag a pair of the 2.0s! Side notes: these have served as an easy transition from a typical runpning shoe to a more minimalist training shoe where as jumping into shoes like the Bare XF 210 was very tough for many of my athletes. Also I would buy a half size smaller than you would normally wear in a Reebok running shoe. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by #BlackNYellowSwag #ShoesAsRXd Couldn't be happier with my new black and yellow CrossFit Nanos. Not only is this color incredibly rad, but it also happens to be the colors of my affiliate. I previously owned a pair of Inov-8 235s which I enjoyed, but I feel like the Nanos present a lot more stability and seem to be much more durable. I also much prefer the design of the Nanos over the Inov-8s for rope climbs. Loved the UForm technology comfort and an excellent solid, base to the shoe. Can't wait to test them out for rope climbs, and lifting in them has been great! I really like the wider toe base for feel and look. One thing I will say is that I went a half size down from what I usually wear and they fit perfect! Some say they fit normally for them, but if you are in doubt, I would suggest going a half size down. Overall, great shoe for any CrossFitter and looking forward to what Reebok can do for the sport that we love! 2/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well made shoe. This shoe should be any Crossfit fanatics tool of choice. The shoe is quite wide in the toe area but it really does not hinder your WOD or runs at all. I recently received my pair and already put them through multiple workouts of all kinds and they still look great--and feel great on my feet. I would definitely recommend them to person who is serious about their Crossfit endeavors. -Rique 1/23/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Well made and helping me perform better I am new to crossfit and really enjoy it. I have been a couch surfer for a long time and decided to try and get back in shape. A buddy turned me on to CrossFit and I just finished my first month. I found during WOD's that my running shoes were forcing me up onto my toes when lifting and squats, etc. Some of that was my lack of flexibility and some due to the incline in the shoes. I saw these and decided to give them a try. They fit excellent, are very light and comfortable and I like the ability to tune the fit by heating them up. I think they are a bit expensive though - I have never spent this much on shoes before. The shoe formed perfectly to my foot and the arch molded "just right" after the heat fitting proceedure. It is very well balanced and has helped with my stability more than I thought it would. The materials are tuff but still provide the right amount of flexibility for me. Thanks Reebok!! 2/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome shoes. Love them! These shoes have been great so far. One month in and I have done most everything that I can think of. I had to get use to squatting after using my old running shoes. They helped a lot with my rope climbs and overhead squats. They are just what I needed. They felt great running, box jumping and doing double unders. They are light weight and hardly know that I even have shoes on. 3/5/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Magic shoes I highly recommend these shoes. I have a high instep and my feet are wide at th base of the toes. These shoes fit perfectly and run true to size. Everytime a woomen compliments my crossfit nanos at the box I say "That is the magic of these shoes, beautiful women compliment them." If nothing else the number of compliments the shoes get magically increases. 3/7/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Strong shoe for CrossFit I have been doing CrossFit for 2.5. years. Tried Chuck Taylors, Nikes, Pumas ETC. but was elated when I started to hear rumors of Reebok taking on ideas and suggestions from REAL CrossFitters. This shoe definitely meets the heavy demands of a rigorous workout lifestyle. Toe box is wide so your toes are never crushed during burpees. Very low heel, almost zero drop creates a leveled platform for heavy/slow lifts and Oly lifting. The shoe does not run true to size. They fit a half size small. Use the "U-Form" addition for a customized feel. Overall, I'm very pleased and will continue to rock'em. 3/1/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Stable and Comfortbale Shoe Very comfortable and stable shoe. The wide toe area helps provide some relief on my toes when during Burpees and Box Jumps, its very stable and flat which helps for Oly lifts, and its very light so its good for short runs. I couldnt be happier with the performance. The (yellow) shoe does get dirty pretty fast, and the shoe laces need to be tied really tight in order to keep from coming undone, but its nothing that stops the performance of the shoe. Only had the shoe for a few weeks, so cant tell how durable they are yet but they feel pretty solid. All in all, very happy with my purchase. 2/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Overall Shoe I have only had these shoes for about a week now, but so far I have done a few met-cons and some olympic lifts in them and they are a great overall shoe (a huge upgrade performance-wise from wearing running shoes). Bought them a half size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly, wide toe box is great for those with slightly wider feet. From rope climbs, to box jumps, to clean and jerks, to squats, these shoes are a great crossfit shoe (just be careful running in them). Great fit, great stability, very comfortable. 3/29/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by After getting the a size that fit, went 1/2 size smaller than normal, the shoe fits very comfortable. I've only used for a couple of weeks, so I cannot determine durability. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is doing CrossFit, or any other similar style of workout. 6/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best shoe for Crossfit These shoes are perfect for Crossfit. Before buying these I kept 4-5 pairs of shoes in my Crossfit bag. I now only carry these and my Oly shoes. They are a perfect all around shoe. Very solid for lifts yet light and comfy enough for all other movements. Much better than Inov-8 for Crossfit. A must buy. 1/31/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great CF shoe I have ran, lifted, done MET-Con's.....these shoes worked great for all types of workouts....landings are comfy and dont hurt like with some minimalist shoes. I did however get a blister on my achilles the first time i ran in them. Overall great shoe if you only want one pair of shoes for crossfit. 2/18/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by I've been CrossFitting for about 4 years now and absolutely love these shoes for the WOD's. The U-form is one thing that makes this shoe. One hold back that I have is they tend to get uncomfortable on long runs. I won’t use them on 3+ mile runs. Otherwise a great shoe for the job. 2/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Boyfriend love them! Bought these for my boyfriend because he's big into crossfit, but workouts in regular running sneakers. he loves these shoes! they fit him great and he LOVES working out in them! 5 stars! 7/5/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Workout Shoes! I bought these about 4 weeks ago, i originally bought the wrong size because i was not able to try them on in a local store but the customer service rep i spoke to told me exactly what to do to return them for the correct size, and i had the new ones within 2 days. Ive used them in every way possible, lifting, running, crossfit, and they are a great all-in-one shoe. Comfortable enough to run in with enough cushion to lift in makes it the essential workout shoe. I tossed my specialized Nikes for these and i havent looked back. Ill buy another pair when i wear these out. Great shoes! 2/14/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano-Mens My foot is a true size 8-1/2 to 9. Been using the inov in size 9 and fit just perfect. My Nano in size 9 seem a little big, could have gone with 8-1/2. Not big enough deal to return. Like them a lot. Light weight, great for cardio wod's. 2/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by love I love these shoes and have recommended them to everyone that crossfits or anyone just looking for a good shoe to workout in. 6/28/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Nano So far I like the shoe, it seems to run true to size, and I love the wide toe box. I wish the uform directions came with the shoe in the box, but they were easy to find on the website though. So far so good during wods. 2/10/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great, light-weight, and durable shoe Solid and stable fit. Durable enough to withstand interval running and o-lifts. Comfortable and very light-weight. Provides great support and breathable. Great for lifting and everyday use if you're on the go. 2/2/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Prefect crossfit shoe Love this shoe. First week of wods I did in them I put them to the test. Great for heavy lifts to running and from rope climbs to sled pushes. Also they are light so they dont weigh you down during doubles. 2/1/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Light and breathable. I used to wear running shoes when training. Could immediately feel the difference in my legs while doing my jump work. 5/5/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by XFit Nano's I "wear" my shoes. I beat them mercilessly. And so far, these shoes have withstood that beating...about 4 months in thus far. You'd think they should last that long anyway but mine typically don't. And these show no signs of eminant deterioration either (i.e. fraying, separation, etc.). My only suggestion would be to "bake" them every couple of months or so. I'm not convinced that the U-Form technology won't be "undone" after significant use. But, I've "re-baked" them twice and so far, so good. I like them so much, I'll be designing some 2.0's in a month or so. 6/28/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great WoD shoes Easy to clean, good hold against rope, and durable material. give a few more color options and I'm buying another pair. 3/13/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very roomy Runs very wide in heel and very roomy in the toe box. Length fits true to size. 1/15/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far so good Only had them 2 week but so far the best CF shoe I have used. 1/26/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano Great crossfit shoe . Flat but you can still run in them! 3/4/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by my choise love this 1/26/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by General CrossFit Overall I am pleased with these shoes. They seem to be very durable and able to with stand the rigors of everyday general crossfit workouts. They fit perfectly around the heel and midfoot, the wider toe box is great for stability. The uform technollogy makes a sublte difference but is definitely a nice touch to aid in the overall fit. I was disappointed in the lack of directions given for proper molding of the shoe. Other Reebok uform shoes say to place in the oven, I read that these are not to be done in the oven. I was lucky enough to catch that before i attempted. Although, the hair dryer technique did not go well for me. I used the hairdryer on each shoe for 4 minutes. The lining of one shoe actually melted and the lining of the other slightly burnt. I watched a timer and only did 4 minutes. so this kind of upsets me. I would have liked to see more info on the molding, on the website (perhaps when you click on the shoe itself). I was slightly concerned about the fit after reading many other reviews, but after getting them, the fit was spot on and felt great. I am still unsire of how i feel about these as running shoes. so far im slightly more comfortable running in Inov8s. Overall with my level of training, I like the durability, the minimal style, and traction provided in the gym. 2/8/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome all-around crossfitting shoe This shoe is hands down the best all around shoe I've tried for CrossFit. My foot measures almost exactly 10.5 inches, so I got a US size 9.5. I originally thought the shoe was a little too small, but after wearing it once or twice, I think it now fits perfectly. These have helped relieve shin splints that I think I developed crossfitting for several months in a pair of KSO five fingers. They stand up great to rope climbs, provide some cushion for box jumps, and remain plenty stable for olympic lifting. Bottom line: an excellent all-around crossfitting shoe. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by My First Nano's I ordered the Nano's after several people at my box had been raving about them for some time. I've already put them through the paces with rope climbing, oly lifting, running, box jumps and just about everything else you can imagine. They've held up exceptionally through all the different exercises and have one of the most comfortable fits in a minimalist shoe. I normally wear a 10 1/2 in other shoe brands but found that the size 10 nano was the right fit for me. And now with the 2.0 out it's time for another pair of shoes. 6/27/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent shoe I have used this shoe for crossfit at my box and have found them to be just as comfortable as the inov-8s that I own. These shoes are more durable than the inov-8s (they hold up very well during a rope climb) and also are made for a person with a slightly wider foot. They could be slighty more lightweight but still provide good support and are useful for olympic lifts as well. Overall a very good shoe and I am glad that I purchased it. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the shoe were a little lighter. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano Okay so first impressions as I saw the shoes was, "Wow!" They look amazing better in person than on the internet. I have used these shoes for boxing and they are what I expected. I can react quick with the shoes, stay light on my feet and cut angles. At first i thought they were to wide in the front but once I starting training I had nothing but love for the shoe. They are light but plenty of cushions for my static jumps. i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shoe that is very stable, light, and beautiful!! 2/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nano 1.0 As far as an initial release of a shoe, Reebok hit the nail on the head with the Nano 1.0. The stability in the heel, flexibility in the forefoot, and durability of the sole has made this my go-to CrossFit training shoe. 2 gripes, 1) shoe is heavier than most minimalist running shoes, so do not use for run-focused WODs 2) material tends to where warm during longer WODs in the Arizona heat. Luckily, Reebok did right by correcting these shortfalls with enhancements in the release of the Nano 2.0! 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by AWESOME NANO's I bought these as a gift and when I opened the box to check them out first, I found them to be just too cool. The color Red with the black trim is simple awesome. I love the way they are made and the material. They look comfortable and well-made to last for a long time. I think the recipient will absolutely love them. I found the U-Form instructions online and have included them below in my review, as a helpful tool. U-Form Instructions: 1. Place hairdryer inside shoe and blow hot air for 4 minutes. (DO NOT USE OVEN!) "U-Form" tab will turn red 2. Remove hairdryer from shoes 3. Lace up shoes as you normally would and wear them seated for 8 minutes ("U-Form" tab will return to black) 4. Let them stand for about an hour or until completely cooled before wearing them in your next WOD. 2/11/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Crossfit Nano I really like my Crossfit Nano's.... They fit well and have held up wonderfully. The only issues that I have at all with the shoe is the sole is thick... I like that its flat but I would like to see a more minimalist sole as far as thickness goes.... I actually really like most of what reebok has to offer the price is just a little steep for a lot of the products.... Looking forward to buying and designing a pair of nano 2's though but it will have to wait until I can afford them... 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Do Work! These shoes are the perfect example of simplicity in its finest. A very light shoe and wide fit provide the feeling of being shoeless. My favorite characteristic is their durability. I know that whether I'm rope climbing or doing burpees till death, they will come out looking brand new. Also the flatness and sturdy heel give me perfect support to push my lifts further every day. Highly recommended shoe for anyone looking to concentrate more on the amount of work then the condition of their shoes. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe! I have enjoyed my CF Flex Nanos for several months now and I don't really have anything bad to say about them. I have two pair, the red/black and the yellow/black and I love them both. The only thing I would say that could be conceived as negative, and it may just be my foot, is that the front quarter of the shoe is a bit wide. I'm sure this is for stability purposes for lifts and such but it just seems a bit wide for my foot still. Overall though Awesome shoe will be buying more I'm sure! 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT Crossfit Shoe! Had the shoes a couple weeks and don't have any complaints. Have been great for a team FGB, Grace, Diane, sled pulls, a rope climb with lots of running. All felt great in these shoes, Awesome Job Reebok! Just be careful using your wife's hair dryer! 2/21/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit nano flex Been a crossfit athlete for 6 months or so, using Nike Free. I wanted a more traditional minimal shoe. I checked out many brands of minimal shoes then I found the nano flex. You see all the top athletes using them so I thought I would give them a try. Taking a chance on size since no stores in Sacramento area has any for fitting. I went 9.5 and they fit perfect, plenty of room in toebox and lite and comfortable. I like them so much I plan on ordering in red too. All around 5 stars. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best All-Around Crossfit show EVER! I have been CF'ing for 4 years and this is by far my favorite shoe and is very versatile so I may transition between box jumps, running, lifting, double unders, and even climbing rope. They run a little wide but I like having the extra room in the tow box and have held up really well in the 5 months I have been wearing them in the Afghanistan climate. I have already asked my wife to order another pair and to custom make a pair of the Nano 2.0! Love these shoes!!! 6/24/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by love these, particular points of awesomeness would be the tongue length; it doesn't get lost under the laces providing a nice comfortable feel on the ankle. the u-form absolutely makes a difference in how the shoe fits and I look forward to doing it again though out the life of the shoe..also doing it makes the shoe feel more personalized soles really grip whatever surface you are on, and the flat limited drop makes you feel like you are sturdy even with oly lifts. 5/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by When I first started doing Crossfit I was wearing a standard running shoe, but when I switched to these the first thing I noticed was how light they are. I love the fact that they are formed to my feet with the realflex technology, and because of that I don't feel them moving around or getting loose during my workouts. The mesh allows my feet to breath, so my feet don't get hot like I have noticed with other footwear. Overall a great shoe in my opinion. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe/better than I expected I was skeptical about a commercialized Reebok CF shoe, which I thought would attract new CFers maybe and not be embraced by the hardcore, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good these shoes are. Nowhere near regular running shoes yet more meat than Inov-8s, these are a good shoe to have in your kit bag. There are times I will go with Inov-8s still (I have the 195s and RoadX 155s) but this Reebok shoe is stable, light, and very durable in my initial impression. It's the best middle ground between light shoes and powerlifting shoes I have seen. Haven't taken them on a run yet but in basic METCONs, box jumps, gymnastics, cleans, snatches, etc. these are great. Wide toe box, true to size. I wear 10.5 wide and the 10.5s were perfect for me. Haven't had them long enough to say, but they look very durable and can take a beating. 2/14/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for crossfit Just recently got this shoe and so far I really like it. I feel like it runs a little big but not enough that I was willing to send it back to get a smaller size. Really stable, really comfortable, and really light. The only thing I was really concerned about was how it would hold up to the rope and I'm happy to say that it held up very well and the design of the shoe made it easy to lock my feet to the rope and made climbing much easier. 6/5/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! Try climbing rope in them! They look great and the function very well. 3/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fully converted to Reebok Nanos! I first tried these on at the Southern California Regional Competitions and did not like them. They felt stiff and had no support. I bought them anyway. Once I followed the U-forn directions, I was hooked! The shoe now is custom fitted to my feet, has great flex, and tons of support. They're light, but with great stability. I now wear Reebok Nanos for 90% of my WODs. Easily one of the best all-around shoe I've ever worn. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by great cross fit shoes really not much need for olys better than inov8's 1/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Footwear for CrossFit Athletes The relatively flat sole offers great stability for the olympic-style lifts while also providing sufficient support for things like box jumps and running. I probably wouldn't recommend it for long distance running, but then again that's not what it's intended for. I've been beating mine up for a few weeks now, and aside from a few superficial scuff marks they're in great shape. Highly recommended for CrossFit participants. 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano Love them. They were a bit tight at first but they have stretched a bit and the U-Form makes them fit much better. Took a bit longer than 4 minutes to heat up. Very stable for overhead lifts and oly lifts within the workout and feel great for every other movement. Easily my favorite CrossFit shoe I have ever worn. Fit a lot like a good tennis or squash shoe for side to side and jumping, but have the flexibility of a mid range running shoe. 1/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Flex Nano Straight out of the box they are very comfortable and an improvement over the last minimalist shoes I wore. The sole, even though it is minimal, provides much more protection from the hard concrete and rocks when running, but is still thin enough for my legs and feet to be able to do the work they need to. I love the wide toe box, giving my toes some breathing room, and being the new envy of my training partners doesnt hurt either! 2/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by My husband and I each have a pair. We absolutely love our CrossFit Flex Nano's! They offer a little more cushion than expected for short runs, but with superior stability for o-lifts and body weight movements. He has flatter feet and sometimes experiences occasional heel pain with other shoes but not with these. Everyone in the box has been asking how they feel. Would recommend to other crossfitters for sure! 2/7/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Nano Great shoe for all Crossfit WODs. Climbing, jumping, Oly lifts, running is no issue with these shoes. Lateral movements no problem. The u form feature adds a personal touch to this shoe since you form it to your own foot, this is really is your own shoe. I highly recommend this shoe for all crossfit an non crossfit athletes. Best training shoe I've ever purchased. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Buy These! These shoes are great. I have been using them for crossfit and they were designed perfectly. They are lightweight, comfortable and stylish. I have noticed a huge difference with my balance on the olympic lifts which was the main thing I was looking for. I have done some short runs with these and have had zero problems. If you are looking for a good crossfit shoe this is it. 6/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reliability These shoes are the face of reliabilty. The construction of these shoes is phenominal and is unmatched by competitors. The Nano flex offers very good arch support and balance when performing olympic lifts or any other exercises that crossfit offers. I highly reccomend these shoes to anyone who does crossfit or is looking for a great workout shoe. 6/28/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Crossfit Shoe On the Market! I have tried a number of different crossfit shoes and the nano by far is the best! Other shoes I've tried have been great for certain movements, but not good for others. The nano provides enough stability for heavy lifting, but also enough flexibility for running, double unders, rope climb, etc...Can't say enough about what a great shoe this is! 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! I weigh 296 lbs and I have been crossfiting for 6 months. I am really athletic for my size. The crossfit nano blew away expectations. They are wide and fit great. Enough cushioning to support be during sprints, dubs, and 30 inch box jumps. Stable enough to keep me balanced during 405 lbs back squats and 505 lbs dead lifts. These shoes were created for crossfit and it shows. Amazing!!! 2/11/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by 1st week in my new nanos I have worn thes shoes for less than one week and can honestly say Reebok has hit the nail on the head with these shoes. With the U-form Technology the CrossFit Nano are super comfortable and once you lace em up you can feel the difference. I love the wide toe box because it allows your toes to rest flat. I don't know if it is the newly added swag but I PR @ 385# on my back squat!! 3/1/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great All-Around CrossFit Shoe! I have tried several types of shoes for CrossFit while waiting for Reebok to re-stock these. Finally got them and they are awesome. Nice and flat for the Oly lifts, but comfortable enough for WOD's with prints and runs. Did Murph in these and they were great on the runs. I am hard on shoes, but these have proven durable. I have them in red and yellow.l 5/31/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by Solid but not as good as Nike Free TR2 These training shoes are decent, but they haven't held up as well relative to my Nike Free TR2's. The weight of the two shoes is very comparable, but the Nike shoes were more durable over time with rope climbs and box jumps. Cost is about the same ($6 more for the Nikes). An added is you can customize the Nike Free's.... not a big deal, but for some it's a nice added touch. 2/7/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by feel great but, Need more consistency in the sizes of your shoes I'm a natural size 13, but the oly's fit great in a 12, the yellow nanos released at the games fit great in a 12, both of these are cut slightly larger than traditional sizing, the red's are more true to size and are way too small for me in a 12, the greys are a little bit larger, its extremely frustrating. The feel great and I want to wow in them once i get a pair that fits 1/28/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Shoe crossfit shoe The Nano was done right... I tried three different types of shoes for Crossfit WODs and this shoe by far performed the best. It is comfortable for all WODs but is also great for running, maybe not long distance, but for Crossfit it's great! I can't wait to be able to afford the next generation 2.0's so i can customize them! 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Live in my Nano's! The Nano line is absolutely perfect for the Crossfit athlete. Light, durable, and comfortable! My biggest fear was that because they were so light longer WODs would get uncomfortable but that was sooo not the case. Great shoe that I highly recommended to many other athletes and now just about everyone in our box has a pair! 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love these shoes I was doing crossfit with Nike Free's and rowing was horrible. Decent shoes to run in but overall not great. These shoes have a great feel and fit and are very light. From box jumps to pushups, these shoes just seem to be made for what you do in your workouts at crossfit. I love them and my only complaint is not having other great reebok crossfit gear to match them. 3/2/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Diggin these shoes I switched from a pair of Nike shoes that I had been using to these and it made a huge difference. Everything from the traction you get in running to the flat platform stability you get when doing squats, these shoes do it all. I have already recommended them to all the peeps I do crossfit with. Thanks Reebok! 7/3/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by crossfit flex nano This is a great shoe, perfect for Crossfit. Works great for running and box jumps. Doesn't get in the way of rowing or double unders. Very stable for oly lifting. They do run a bit wide, but i have narrow feet and they work great for me. Order half a size smaller than you normally wear. Great shoe, very comfortable, seems durable so far. 5/23/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great CrossFit Shoes! I have had these shoes for a week now and they are an awesome CrossFit Shoe. Stable & Comfortable. I have loved running in these shoes. I used to run in Nike Lunar Glides, but these are so much better. If you love Crossfit and you need new shoes. Get these. They run True to your size and are wide in the toe box. I have a very wide foot and it fits great. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by SIMPLY AWESOME!!!! The Cross Fit Nano is the first shoe of it's kind that I have worn. With that being said they are very durable, light weight and have plenty of traction for heavy lifting. I also use them for cardio and they are very comfortable and true to size. If you have a wide foot the larger toe box is awesome and gives plenty of room! 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid CrossFit shoe I have Chuck T's in a size 11, so that's what I originally ordered. The nano's in size 11 and size 11.5 ran too small for me, so I had to resend them back twice. It didn't really bother me because I'm jacked to finally have the right size. They look really cool, feel great, and are shaping up to be a great CrossFit shoe. 5/31/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wish every shoe was like this one! I wish I had more color options in this shoe. I love how they feel and just wearing them in jeans on the way to the gym looks good. Plus they are a fantastic performance based shoe. I moved from a zero drop shoe to these and they are astounding when it comes to performing a gymnastic based wods or any for that matter! 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by crossfit nano essential I have an original pair in yellow have had them for a while and I Love them. They are the perfect shoe for WODing. I Love how you feel close to the floor with just the right amount of support. Looking forward to the newer model for longer Distance running. Big fan of the design and structure. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great all around shoe All the reviews I read before purchasing were spot on. I wanted a shoe I could lift weights in (zero toe-to-heel, do drills with a aggressive lateral movements (great lateral support), lightweight and breathable, and would also allow me to run a couple of miles in the same workout session. This shoe does it all! 5/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by SIZE FIT GREAT I was worried about the shoe size being to small but it fit very good. Have a small amount of wiggle room in the front of the shoe but wasn't an oversized gap. I haven't had them long so i can't accurately comment on the durability, but others in my box that also have these, and recommended them to me, say they have been durable to them! 3/4/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Nano The Nano does seem to run about 1/2 size large, so be careful before ordering. As for as product itself I've been nothing but pleased. The support, comfort and durability have been excellent. Shoes are very light weight and great for the Crossfit workouts. Again Crossfit shoes = Crossfit workouts, not recommended for long distance runs. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Pair of shoes Period! I purchased these shoes in January of this year, and I have never been more pleased with a shoe in my life. I forget to take them off, and have probably put 2 years worth of wear in 6 months, and they don't feel any different. These will always be my choice for cross fit shoes. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best CrossFit shoe I've found Hands down best CrossFit shoe I've used. I've been an active crossfitter since 2008 and got to compete at the Games in the Affiliate Cup in 2010. I've used Nikes, Chuck Taylor's, and other shoes, but the Nano really impressed me and I won't use another shoe. Great product 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth the hype Having been CrossFitting for over three years, I have gone through more than my share of WOD shoes. Reebok really did their homework on these and brought the complete package. Minimalist feel, solid sole for the lifts, light weight for box jumps / double unders, and durable for rope climbs. Cannot recommend these enough. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes!!! Love the wide toe box of the nano's. Selling 230's to get another pair too just wear as casual non WOD shoes. Recommend to anyone....wish the 2.0 hit a lower price point as I had heard they might. The 1.0 are well worth the money with the Uform but 2.0's should have come in at 95. 6/4/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano Very impressed! Comfortable fit, true to size, works well for the wider foot. Very well constructed with top quality materials , fit and feel. Great for combo WODs of bodyweight and lifts. Very stable feel. Used for box jumps, double unders and a variety of lifts, and have to say I love them so far. Highly recommend. 2/7/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Usually when I do CrossFit I would use an old pair of running shoes. That was a bad idea. They where totalled after a few times doing rope climbs. So I desided to go with the Nano. They have held up great and feel better everytime I put them on. Love these shoes! 6/13/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by What more can I say These shoes are great. Most reviews on here say the same thing so I wasn't sure if I should believe them or not but I went ahead and got a pair. These are the best workout shoes I've ever had. They are good for everything I do in Crossfit including the running. 6/11/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoes These shoes are by far the best crossfit shoes I have tried. I notice the most improvement while lifting compared to the other shoes in my arsenal. Very stable, and comfortable enough for any WOD. Overall great product. Please make enough to where they don't sell out so fast and I can get another pair. 2/16/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome These are my first pair of crossfit shoes and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I normally wear size 13 and the shoes come true to size. The overall construction of the shoe is very solid. Though I have no other crossfit shoes to compare them to, I feel you can't go wrong with these! 2/9/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit nano Best fitting shoe I own. At first I wasnt sure if the show would live up to the hype, but after my first workout I can honestly say these work! There is no give when squatting, they form to your foot, and are super durable. Well done crossfit HQ 5/30/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice all around shoe This shoe is great for all Crossfit activities. Comfortable and durable. I have a wide foot and found that this shoe fits me perfectly and is true to size. I wear a 10.5 and usually wear a size 11 due to width issues, but I ordered a 10.5 in these shoes and they fit PERFECTLY. 2/9/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cf nano Best Crossfit shoes out there in the market! At first I put them on and I wasn't to sure about it. Then I used my girlfriends blow dryer to heat them up. Once it formed around my feet, it was a whole new shoe. Loving it so far. 6/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reebok CrossFit Flex Nano's These are the best overall shoe I've worn for CrossFit. I've been doing CF since 2006 and been through MANY shoes. These are stable, light, and can deal with just about any WOD thrown at them. They fit my wide foot very well. I'll be buying another pair! 3/3/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by great crossfit shoe This is a great shoe for crossfit. I really love the quality, fit and look of this shoe. Best looking crossfit shoe out there if you ask me. I saw results immediately, much lighter then my previous workout shoes. I would definitely get another pair. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Number one Crossfit Shoe These shoes are Awesome. I have had mine 3 month wear them for every workout. Light, Durable well balanced. Great shoe for all. It is a wide shoe but that's what I needed. 6/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe This is a great shoe for CrossFit. My box jumps and squatting depth improved immediately. I wish there was a little more protection at the toe area for double unders, but overall this is a great shoe. 6/5/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Purpose Built The Nano is an amazing shoe with all of the appropriate attributes for a Crossfit exercise regimen along with great aesthetics... these shoes are worth the investment. 6/27/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by reebok crossfit flex nano shoes are some of the best shoes for crossfitting. the first day i fitted them i was able to PR on 2 of my oly lifts they are very stable and light. and in my opinion they are far better then the inov-8. 2/19/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good shoe so far. Hadn't used them tons yet. but they seem to do what they are designed to do. If you are looking of for a cushy supportive shoe, look elsewhere. That is not what these are designed for. Toe box has plenty of room which I like. 3/1/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by One week in... I have been WODing in these for a little over a week, and I am extremely impressed. They give the stability and support needed when lifting heavy and light enough to run all day in. Very happy so far! I would highly recommend! 2/16/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by crossfit shoes I cant say enough about how these shoes fit and feel. They are very lite and make me feel grounded when lifting I have high arches and was worried I would have to put in a insole support but none is needed. I love theses shoes! 2/6/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by I have tried alot of different minimums shoes for crossfit. There's a reason reebok was picked to design crossfit gear. It is quality made, comfortable and provides great stability through your entire foot. 3/1/12
Rated 3 out of 5 by CrossFit Flex Nano I like the shoe so far. Toe box too wide. They are light, flat, good for olympic lifts, have enough cushion for running short distances. The leather front piece over the toe wrinkles which drives me crazy. 2/20/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent for CrossFit The CrossFit Flex Nano's are extremely comfortable and well-built for all CrossFit activities; especially when performing the Olympic lifts. However, more colors should be made available for this style. 3/1/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by The Crossfit Shoe This is by far the best shoe I've used at Crossfit. The soles are a huge part of why I love them so much. First of all they are minimal and really help you keep your feet flat and your heels down while you're doing squats and other Olympic weight lifting. The tread grips well and helps keep you from slipping on box jumps and the tread that runs around the side really grabs onto the rope when you're trying to climb quickly during a WOD. The durability of the shoe has been great. I've used some other shoes at Crossfit and the rope destroys the sole, the toes start to rip or the stitching starts to come out from the abuse of the WODs. I've been using the Nano for over 3 months so far and I haven't had any durability issues at all anywhere on the shoe. They are holding up day after day, the only downside to this for Reebok is that I don't see myself needing a new pair any time soon. I have a pretty normal foot with a slightly high arch and a neutral running form. I normally wear a size 10 and I did find the fit slightly big due to the wider toe box and sized down a 1/2 size to a 9.5. The U form is comfortable, but with past experience I find that you get a better "mold" if you just let it happen naturally with your own body heat and sweat as opposed to using a hair dryer. If you're looking for a shoe that is going to help you in all assets of Crossfit and help push you to new PRs in your squats, feel more comfortable on higher box jumps, feel secure on the rope and finally get to the top... this is the shoe you should be wearing during your WODs. 6/27/12
