Awesome shoe I own three pairs of these reebok sprint TR shoes. Got a lot of grip under neath the shoe. Very good for pulling heavy stuff or pushing. Very light weight shoe for walking an running my feet never hurt in them. Once you get the shoe it kinda feels tight an stiff but after two days of wearing an breaking in they feel awesome. Get alot of air flow in the shoe an love the style of the shoe. I do recommend this shoe to any one an hope reebok keeps this shoe out for a long time. Will be buying more of them.

Love this shoe. I tie it tight for running and just leave it a little loose for wods. I was kinda hoping it would hold up against rope climbs tho. Can't have it all I guess.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by A4Beauty Comfort Shoe
I have the women's Sprint all blk w/ hot pink & like them very much! They fit slightly tight around the width of my toes but not enough to make it uncomfortable or use them less. I did notice the back is a bit narrow and occasionally when I run long distance in crossfit, it tends to rub against my Achilles creating discomfort. For the most part I wear these about 4/6 days a week when I WOD, alternating with my Nano 3.0. The Sprints are overall durable, extremely light, and comfortable for my everyday WOD use. My only real complaint would be based on color scheme, I absolutely LOVE these Army Green/ Pink Sprints, but they are not available in the women's crossfit shoes selection; and i would need a smaller men's size than what is available. I am a huge supporter of the forces and these shoes would go great with many of my outfit combinations. I would suggest if possible, to make this color scheme available to women. I have noticed that many of the colors available for men are not always available for women even if they are the same shoe style. It would be ideal to have this scheme, I absolutely love it! I hope it was available! My Nano and Sprint experience so far has exceeded my expectations and I continue to look forward to the next styles to add to my footwear!
Rated 1 out of 5Â by Miamire Replacement for the speed
I have been doing crossfit for the past three years. I have a narrow foot and loved the way the nano speed fit. Of course reebok decides to discontinue the model and recomends the Sprint. Not even close no arch support feet rotated in very uncomfortable on the balls of my feet and wider in the front. Cheap feel. Could not wait to get them off. They went back.

These are my first pair of CrossFit shoes, I previously was wearing Nike 3.0 Trainers, which were OK but my feet would hurt on heavy lifting days such as squats. I tried on the Nano's, Nano Speed and Nano Spring. The Nano's have a very wide toe box and and are very stiff, which would be great most of the time but not on WODs with and running. The Nano Speeds felt to narrow in the toe box and may be problematic for heavy lifting. The Nano Sprints fell right in the middle, which is what I wanted. One shoe for any given day. Obviously Oly's would be better for heavy lifting, but if you're only going to carry one pair of shoes in your bag these are the ones.
Rated 1 out of 5Â by gcic420 not much different than the speeds
I was hoping that these would be different than the speeds but not so much. narrow like the speeds and not much feeling of support. I cannot figure out why reebok hasn't made a running shoe with a similar toebox and mid feel like the nanos have. sending back. if you like the wideness of the nano you will not find it here.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by tbisaacs Doesn't try to be everything to everyone!
I've been through nearly every CrossFit-style shoeâInov-8, Minimus, Nanos, etc. They all try to be a great running shoe and a great lifting shoe, but end up being mediocre at both.
In my opinion, the flatness and shape of the Nano's make them less than ideal for any sort of running. The flatness does make them okay for lifting in a WOD, but for anything heavier, they aren't stiff enough.
The reality for me is, when I'm lifting, I wear lifting shoes. For everything else, I'd prefer something more suited to running.
The Sprint TR nails it.

This product does live up to the statement that it is a good all around WOD shoe. I have been using them during my crossfit workouts for three weeks now , and have been very pleased with the results.

If you want to be fast with absolutely no support I guess these are ok
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Rimas Good for running, ok for lifts
If you're workouts include both lifting and running and you need a single pair of shoes that will provide enough comfort for runs but enough stability for lifts, then these are a pretty good choice. The one issue is that they wear out quickly. I've had two pair tear on me after about two months each (daily workouts).
