Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome for CF These shoes were not marketed as a CrossFit shoe but that's what my husband and I do a majority of the time. We both like the support we feel in the midsole. There is support without feeling tight. The shoes have "nanowebbing" which may help grip when doing rope climbs. We haven't tested this yet. The forefoot is roomie making space for the toes to splay. The sole reminded me the Free's that I own for running. The ZQuick TR are more solid under the heel making it a better lifting platform between the two. The forefoot of the sole is flexible making it comfortable for running. My husband had a personal best for his back squat and ran a 5:20 mile the day we tried these out at our gym. 3/30/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe for crossfit! I have used soley for my crossfit workouts. Easy transition from heavy lifts, to box jumps, to runs. Great for all WODs. Shoe is extremely light. Much lighter, and in my opinion a better shoe than the Nano. Shoe runs a bit big, so I recommend getting a half size smaller. I'm usually a size 10 in men, but had to get a 9.5 2/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I just received my new Reebok ZQuick TR shoes. I am new to the Reebok crossfit shoe family. I have the Innov 8 now. The Reebok is a 1/2 size under like others have said. I usually am a 7 1/2. But I ordered size 7 from listening from other reviews. Glad I did. Our WOD's consist of the usual box jumps, jump ropes, running, etc. The shoes have performed well. Yes they seem snug at the toe, but that is good in my opinion. They will expand some, so the snug will go away after a few months. I do like the shoe and convinced Reebok has a good product here. I would recommend these shoes to others. 3/17/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe I love these shoes. I have been looking for a good cross training shoe for a long time to do Insanity and Insanity the Asylum. These shoes are awesome! They are really comfortable, light, and have good support. I will say I have been a Nike guy my whole life but I have made the switch to Reebok! I will say that Rebook shoes tend to run a half size big for me. I usually wear a 10.5 but i need a 10 in Rebook shoes. The width is very true they just seem to be a little long and have a little more room in the toe area! Great shoe! 3/5/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Shoes These shoes are extremely comfortable, but I've noticed that the back is a little stiff and it is rubbing the back of my foot. 3/1/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe for cross purposes The shoe is flat enough to get the feel of the floor in deadlifts, squats, etc. and flexible enough to run a 5k afterwards. This is my new favorite shoe. 2/19/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by good, needs fine tuning These shoes are great for running and working out in. However the tread has already begun to fall off the underside of the shoe. 2/21/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes feel amazing! I would recommend them over the nike frees everyday! 2/24/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I haven't had them long enough to really determine the durability yet, but the structure and especially the nanocage seem like they will hold up for a long time. I did some down and back sprints and some hill sprints in them and they worked great! I don't think I would recommend them for any heavy lifting but for general Crossfit WODS especially with a lot of running or stop and go stuff, they will be awesome. 4/16/14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Horrible durability I use these shoes for bootcamps and for TRX workouts. The colored portion of the sole by the ball of the feet has started to peel off after less than two weeks of regular use. I'm definitely going to try to return these. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. 3/18/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth it Worth it the second I put Mai foot in. Couldn't believe at what I've been wearing this whole time for years before the ZQuicks. Already looking to order the Nanos and a second pair of ZQuicks for Mai younger brother. Comfortable to run in, turn, sprint, stop, jump, balanced when doing squats. There a perfect shoe for the first time buyer and or for the experienced running show buyer. WORTH IT!!!!!! 4/13/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe with good looks I noticed that the shoe holds up to quite well to sprints and jumps, although if you are running on loose gravel areas little rocks do get stuck in the grooves. And perhaps the black rubber areas could be a little more sticky but thats just my personal prefference. The white area feels foamy/plasticy but holds up better than I thought. So far I have taken these shoes for a 5.5 mile interval run on a very hot day on various terrain, outside bootcamps and cross training. The black mesh is great! Very sturdy and helps for rope climbs as well as keeping the front of the shoe from getting those crease lines. These shoes also look great for just walking through town with your trainer outfit, they arnt too flashy and are comfortable to wear in any chosen ocassion. 3/27/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by So far so good. The shoes aren't fully broken in yet. Pretty comfy. I buy a lot of Reeboks. I was blown away by the Realflex line up when it first came out. These didn't blow me away but are very light and flexable. They don't look as durable. I guess time will tell. The shoes do have a pretty good overall look. 4/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe Very comfortable and light. Feels like there's nothing on your feet, but they still provide great support and cushioning. 3/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what I was looking for Light, durable, with great support throughout - I am very satisfied, expecting maybe they would not look like their picture - they look better, very good looking sneaker 4/15/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not bad, not great This shoe is ok, but nothing I would order again. Fit is pretty loose, size runs large. Tying the laces tight makes the bottom of the tongue bunch up and is uncofortable. 4/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by I am glad I purchased these. They are a great fit and do not weigh me down. I prefer to buy men's workout shoes because they are a bit more roomy. 3/8/14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not a great WOD shoe After reading other reviews I had hoped that this shoe would be a good alternative to my Nano 2.0 shoes that are worn out. My 11.5 Nano 2.0 fit perfectly. I ordered an 11.0 ZQuick TR and it feels a full size too big. I like a roomy toe box but this shoe is so big my foot slops around in it. The sole is a little soft for me as a WOD shoe. I'll be going back to the Nano. 4/6/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best pare of sneakers for trainnig and running I really love them, they have the sole that at the begin its a little hard but then is soft and spongy, very very comfortable and don't leave an odor and that for me is the perfect feature. :) 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality shoe! Great for insanity or t25 workouts. Good shoe for lateral movement. 4/12/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by The nano webbing provides strong support than I expected. 4/11/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very light sneaker I like the lightness of this sneaker. I wish it would be easier to remove the insole and replace it with a more comfortable one 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Shoe is very light, stable and great for cross training. 4/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favorite Shoes These are the MOST comfy and functional training shoes I have EVER purchased. I even custom designed a second pair. 4/8/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT FIT These shoes are GREAT. It fits very good and so comfortable. 3/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good-looking shoe, comfortable. This shoe seems to be true to size. Its very comfortable and looks sleek - not bulky like a lot of sports shoes. Seems durable, but I haven't had them long enough to tell. Overall very good shoe. 4/3/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for heavy workouts I am a personal trainer and use this shoe for heavy day workouts. It has a good feal for the ground so it's great for squats and dead lifts. 4/4/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by My Feet Thank Me I have recently been converted to a Reebok fan from… Well another extremely large shoe brand and LOVE these shoes. They are great for CrossFit. 4/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Always been a devoted Nike fan, but decided to try the ZQuick for the first time. Incredible product and my feet can't thank me more. Definitely a great decision. Highly recommended. 3/31/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good shoe. I added arch supports to them. So far the shoes are good. I added arch support inserts to them because the shoe seems to run a little big. 4/1/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for Group X Classes I'm a Group X instructor who teaches both LesMills Bodypump and CXWORX. My Nano 2.0 crossfit shoes just worn out and I needed to replace them. Instead of going to the Nano 3.0 I decided to try the ZQuick TR. Great choice!. Comfortable, flexible, yet holds my foot firmly during lunges, jumps and cross directional movements. I like the color options as well. Great job Reebok. 3/21/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by oh Reebok I ordered size 12 but returned for a 11.5 Great shoe for every type of movement 3/30/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Awesome shoe The shoe feels really good. 1/2 a size too big but awesome shoe! Would love to see how a true size feels. 3/29/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by The product is excellent The shoe is exactly as advertised- it is comfortable, versatile, and stylish. The size runs a bit bigger then your normal sizing but width and feel are perfect. I would recommend this product and would be open to getting another pair after the current ones have warn out. 3/20/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by ZQuick is my go to training shoe! Originally I seen the ZQuick in a commercial on TV and then called a friend of mine who is a Reebok sponsored CrossFit athlete to ask about the shoe. She gave them a rave review, so I thought I would give them a shot. I got them last week and they have far exceeded my expectations! I wore them to the gym a couple of times last week and they performed really well, fit perfect and were among the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Last weekend, I attended the 2014 Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, OH. The company I work for has a booth at the expo and that means long hours on your feet. I wore the ZQuick all three days and never once complained about my feet as I have experienced in years prior. I love them so much I bought a second pair and with all the color choices, I can see myself picking up a third pair in the Spring. Thank you Reebok! 3/6/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good so far Have had shoes for about 2 weeks. So far I like them. They do run a little on the large size. 3/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Light weight with comfortable feel I am very impressed with my zquick TR trainers that i recently purchased. They look good, are light weight and have great grip. Reebok always fit my feet perfectly and the TR's are no different. It is the first cross fit trainers that i have purchased as i am new to cross fit. I highly recommend them. 3/14/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Product So far I am enjoying this shoe. Really good grip and protects your feet with side to side movement. 3/21/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Bad quality This is my first reebok shoe, bottom of the shoe is broken, worst shoe I ever purchased. 2/27/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe I absolutely love the look and the feel of these shoes. They are very light weight and great for teaching class in. Getting compliments on how cool they look is just a plus! 3/17/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes for workouts any kind Great shoes for any kind of workouts, no matter what u do, will fit u day 3/15/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by great control and grip I use it for all my speed classes and it performs well i also have gotten many compliments for the style Thanks 3/13/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by ZQuick TR Super light, runs a little bit bigger than normal, I use them mainly for running (less than 10 miles) and going to the gym. Haven't had any blisters so I think they'll fit the bill. The only issue I noted is that the back of the shoe comes up a little high and hits my heel. I only notice it when I walk but doesn't seem to affect me during the run. 3/3/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Light Weight Light Weight shoe, very flexible pretty cool style and colors also 3/13/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe!!!!! Where to start. I bought the grey with green laces. First off, looks. the green laces are a bit more neon than the picture shows. Not a big deal for me, but they are not a crazy bright neon green either. I wear a size 10.5 in pretty much all the shoes I wear and these are no different. I must say that when I put these shoes on in the morning for my workouts they feel snug around the toe box. My feet are very picky. I have a pretty narrow heel and a wide toe box so it is sometimes difficult to find good fitting shoes. And the tightness in the toe box on these shoes are almost like a presence that you feel your foot is secure. I like that feeling. Maybe not once I put them on, but once I start working out, I love it. Now onto performance. I am not a long distance runner. I usually run 1-2 miles at a time and these performed flawlessly. I hate running in straight lines (sooo boring lol) so my running routes are usually residential and constantly changing directions and I barely needed to slow down to take the corners. For LIFTING- I have not had a better shoe for doing leg workouts. My feet fit firmly on the ground and feel much more comfortable allowing me to focus on my form and not my feet. Great job Reebok! Keep up the good work! 3/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fit well and love the color I bought these sneakers for my husband for his birthday and he intended to wear them while working out, but he put them on the next day to go shopping with me and walked around for hours without any complaints. He loves the color of them as well (blue/teal color)! No complaints so far. 3/3/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good show no arch a little wide around toe I like the look and feel of shoe. very comfortable. But I have flat feet so doing any plyo or jumps was uncomfortable so when I do that I use insoles but doing deadlifts and squats feel great!! 3/5/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by It looks really nice also ut feels really comfortable to wear. I am happy so far. 3/8/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than I hoped I'm pretty picky about my shoes and have generally preferred the minimalist style. Since beginning CrossFit training I was looking for a good all around shoe to workout in. These are comfortable and easy to workout in. I have also received more compliments than ever about how good my shoes look. 2/27/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by fit is wider than my normal size 10. My size is 10 but this Reebox is wider at the ball/toe area…this is the second time I bought a shoe from Reebox and I returned the first one. Im just troubled by returning things back and waiting for the exchanges. I will not buy any more shoes from Reebox. 3/1/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ayeeeee they ite. Yo so these here shoes ite. They like fit and stuff. Sometimes I wear them when I leave the house or something. My baby momma thinks they hot off the truck but na i bught them from my boy marquees. 3/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! Its snug and feels lime a sock, lightweight and just bought another pair for me and my wife! Reebok, thanks for this model! 3/6/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Really like the shoes they are great for short runs, and lifting or sprinting. Grips the ground or the court easily with no slipping. Keep up the good work! 3/4/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by product has great features this a great shoe, looks great, extremely comfortabel, really like the color combinations. 3/6/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe I was very excited for this shoe to come out. As an owner of the Crossfit Nano 3 and Nano Speed, I was looking foreward to seeing how this shoe would help. Bottom line: I think I have a new favorite. The shoe's design is very sleek, and very sturdy. I have the all black ZquickTR's and they look sexy. Pair it up with some Reebok ONE gear, and you can't go wrong. Very stunning combination. But that's not why you're reading: In terms of performance, I use the Quick's for a lot of lateral and quick stepping plyo movements. I feel like they're better suited than the Nano Speeds for this, as I have a whole lot more GRIP and stability. Typically, I do activities like BodyCombat and the Les Mills Grit series, among my own designed workout. They really help keep me supported and I feel great teaching/training with them. Though I like the Nano Speeds for more padding and comfort for moderate distance running, I can't help but feel like the Quicks are a more dynamically designed shoe for short intervals and bigger movements. I may use the speeds for 1 Mile + runs, but the Quicks I'll always use for shuttles and later plyometrics. Great shoe. Can't go wrong! 3/5/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Luv the color!! I bought these shoes for my sons 16th birthday. He picked them out & was very excited to receive them!! He put them on the min he got em & luvs them :)!! 3/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bought these shoes for Spartan Race workouts--and because Bigg Rigg wears them. So far, they are great. 3/4/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! I bought these for my husband because we saw a commercial. He loves them and thinks he is way faster when he wears them. Lol :) 3/3/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable, nice shoe. Tread coming apart on bottom of shoe in less than 2 weeks which is a little disappointing. 3/2/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by I love running now Super light and comfortable. Excellent traction, as advertised. 3/4/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by I wouldn't wear these with shorter socks until you break them in. 3/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by The TRs are very light! These shoes were lighter than most sneakers I've worn. I was surprised how much support and comfort they offered. The TRs fit like a glove. 3/1/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Im happy with the shoes. Shoes are light and comfortable. I will let you know once I break them in. 3/2/14
