These shoes were not marketed as a CrossFit shoe but that's what my husband and I do a majority of the time. We both like the support we feel in the midsole. There is support without feeling tight. The shoes have "nanowebbing" which may help grip when doing rope climbs. We haven't tested this yet. The forefoot is roomie making space for the toes to splay.
The sole reminded me the Free's that I own for running. The ZQuick TR are more solid under the heel making it a better lifting platform between the two. The forefoot of the sole is flexible making it comfortable for running.
My husband had a personal best for his back squat and ran a 5:20 mile the day we tried these out at our gym.

First lets talk about the sizing of these. They fit one half size larger than Nano 3.0s so you need to get a half size smaller. In nano 3.0 I wear a size 12 and in these I got an 11.5 and they fit perfectly. 12 in these would have been way too large
Used these for crossfit competition this weekend and I have to say the first thing I noticed is that they were super light and felt like I had nothing on my feet. I immediately noticed this in all the movements. The shoe has very little material on them but even with that, they managed to feel sturdy enough for me not to worry about them having a breakdown in material at all. They were firm enough to do push presses and wall balls and didnt feel as tho they were too cushiony in the heels on the squats like some shoes so I felt more stable as compared to other shoes with comparable soles.
Now I would not recommend these for rope climbs because the bottoms are mostly foam and are not meant for that. I can guarantee you when you are descending back down the rope you will lose a "pod" or two by the end of the workout. So if you have to do rope climbs at all DO NOT USE THESE! Other than that they are perfect!
Color is perfect as I thought it was a black and yellow turns out to be Michigan colors with the Navy blue and yellow. They are nice shoes and I highly recommend these for style and function.

I have used soley for my crossfit workouts. Easy transition from heavy lifts, to box jumps, to runs. Great for all WODs. Shoe is extremely light. Much lighter, and in my opinion a better shoe than the Nano. Shoe runs a bit big, so I recommend getting a half size smaller. I'm usually a size 10 in men, but had to get a 9.5

The shoe is flat enough to get the feel of the floor in deadlifts, squats, etc. and flexible enough to run a 5k afterwards. This is my new favorite shoe.

I love these shoes. I have been looking for a good cross training shoe for a long time to do Insanity and Insanity the Asylum. These shoes are awesome! They are really comfortable, light, and have good support.
I will say I have been a Nike guy my whole life but I have made the switch to Reebok! I will say that Rebook shoes tend to run a half size big for me. I usually wear a 10.5 but i need a 10 in Rebook shoes. The width is very true they just seem to be a little long and have a little more room in the toe area! Great shoe!

These shoes are extremely comfortable, but I've noticed that the back is a little stiff and it is rubbing the back of my foot.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by raf315 I just received my new Reebok ZQuick TR shoes. I am new to the Reebok crossfit shoe family. I have the Innov 8 now. The Reebok is a 1/2 size under like others have said. I usually am a 7 1/2. But I ordered size 7 from listening from other reviews. Glad I did. Our WOD's consist of the usual box jumps, jump ropes, running, etc. The shoes have performed well. Yes they seem snug at the toe, but that is good in my opinion. They will expand some, so the snug will go away after a few months. I do like the shoe and convinced Reebok has a good product here. I would recommend these shoes to others.
Rated 2 out of 5Â by StanleyFit Great shoe, but low durability
The shoe fits great, and keeps it's promise to feel lightweight but allow you to move quickly and with agility. However, I've only worn the shoes twice and already the black line above the shoe sole is peeling. Since the shoe is dark, the white spots are very noticeable and it shoe looks much more warn then it really is. They don't feel new anymore after wearing them twice, for 1 hour each. I think this happen, when doing push ups on my toes.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Tjohn224 Exactly what I hoped for
I needed a new pair of shoes to replace my zigs after they started falling apart. I wanted a shoe that had more support than my realflex but still had a lot of flexibility that I need for my workouts. I primarily do home workouts like p90x and insanity so I need good lateral support as well. The ZQuick TR has been exactly what I hoped for. Really considering buying a 2nd pair for the future.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by benny15 good, needs fine tuning
These shoes are great for running and working out in. However the tread has already begun to fall off the underside of the shoe.
