After 20+ years, the Reebok Shaq Attaq in its original colorway was finally re-released and to much appraise. I remember growing up watching Shaq and seeing him wear the Shaq Attaq and always wanting a pair. I even have the Hallmark ornament of Shaq where he is wearing these. My parents couldn't afford to get them for me as a kid but I never forgot about them. Fast forward to the present and they came back! Now I was able to afford them and am happy to say I was able to get a pair.
The shoe is amazing in person, great quality and comfort. One of the best releases of 2013 for sure. Cannot wait for more colorways as those will be bought as well. Next up, the white/black Shaqnosis in July which is another pair I wanted as a kid and couldn't have. Hopefully luck will be in my favor again and I will be able to score a part of these as well. Thank you Reebok for bringing Shaq Back!

First off this is a beautiful shoe... that is just a fact. I never tire of seeing pics of these sneakers, especially the OG Orlando Home colorway. I'm a huge Reebok fan BUT I don't always agree with some of their new colorways on some of their classic sneakers. With that said, the Shaq Attaq Brick City color scheme is in my opinion an exception. As far as fit, these are very comfortable. If you wanna use 'em for basketball I would say that this is a "big man only" shoe on the court. But I'm sure that most of us won't actually wear these for hoops any time soon.

I have all 3 pairs brand new never worn and I plan on buying the others as well!! Thank you reebok for bringing them back especially the all blk pair! Because I missed out on my chance when I was in high school when they showed very, very, very limitedly back then! Since I was a kid about 12-15 yrs old I use to remember the commercials when shaq use to pump up his reeboxs. I always thought it was the coolest thing & loved the shoe but my parents could never afford them :(. So I never had them untill now , 33 years of age I have my first pair & it's not a pair bought from eBay etc... From reebox. It's a great feeling. I even remember going to champs @ the northridge mall in California where they use to have a pair of shaqs size shoes in the glass under the cashier. I always loved seeing them & wanting a pair. Now I have them. Thxs Reebox. Those were the days !!!!
Rated 5 out of 5Â by VinylScratch A fantastic comfort sneaker
The Shaq Attaq is no doubt one of Reebok's best endeavors, and this retro stays true to the original in almost every way. Premium materials, supreme comfort, and a stylish look define the core aspects of this sneaker, and the silhouette can easily be dressed up or down or used while playing hoops. They are very well-built, and seem like they should certainly last a good while. As a word of caution, though, they do tend to crease quite easily in the toebox. I'm not bothered by shoe creases, but anyone that is really particular about that sort of thing may have some issues.
Overall, I would highly recommend these for anyone that appreciates a very fine sneaker. =)

Leather is much nicer than I was expecting, fit is very comfortable and true to size, and no unexpected/unnecessary changes were made to one of the most iconic basketball shoes of all time. Nice job Reebok!

Unlike some other companies signature retros the Orlando Shaq Attaq is high quality with no sloppy stitches or cheap materials. These are retros you can play in not just pose in. Release of the Year!
Rated 3 out of 5Â by Former90sHoopStar Not enough of the original colorway
If Reebok was going to re-release Shaq Attaq, I don't understand why on earth they would introduce such limited numbers of the original colorway (white and blue#? I wore these shoes in college when I played hoop and was so incredibly excited when they were re-released. I planned to buy 1 pair to wear and 1 pair to keep. However, I could not find them in my size anywhere and they sold out online very quickly. Then, they started to release other colorways, which to me didn't look anything like the originals I had worn. I went on EBay and there were some people selling white/blue shoe for $350+ which is way more than I'd pay. I've noticed that some of these other colorways are being deeply discounted because they seem not to be selling. Why not make more of the colors that people want #the original?) and sell out at full price? I honestly don't think this is the type of shoe that teams will wear for HS and College Hoop. This is more of a collector/nostalgia shoe, so don't make them in colorways for team play ... make them for the collector. I am hoping there may be some more issued in the white/blue and black/blue original colorways. Because this is a great shoe and is very comfortable. I don't necessarily think its the best shoe for hoop ever made, but in terms of a collector shoe and one that you can wear from day to day, it looks great and feels great. Please release more of the original colorways and less of the new colors which don't really look as good.

I had these back in 1993 as a kid (black/azure "away" colorway). These not only were my 1st Reeboks ever at the time, but the 1st Reebok Pump I ever owned too. But seeing how I was a huge fan of the newest sensation of the NBA at that time, it was an easy transition from one familiar brand to another. When I heard that Reebok was bringing them back, I had to jump on them (bought the same colorway I had as a kid) and I'm glad I did!
Firstly, these shoes are lightweight and sturdy. The Graphite definitely does its job. The design was futuristic for the 90's, which, from what I heard about the design process, was exactly what Shaq was going for. The midfoot Pump system feels great around my feet. Overall, the shoe was impressive in '93 and still impressive now!
This is a serious must-have for any Shaq fan. I'm glad Reebok brought back such a timeless classic. Like one of Shaq's earlier rap songs, these shoes were always OUTSTANDING.
