Rated 3 out of 5 by These shoes were recommend by a reebok service advisor. Let me first say i own a pair of the zig lite and i love the perfomance. That being said these shoes are light wait similar to the zig lite, but i like the support of tje zig' s. The shoes were comfy but a little flat, they wont cause any joint pain or general discomfort but they do lack some overall heel support. 1/13/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Blows competition away I was looking for a new pair of training shoes and was between a pair of Under Armor somethings and Adidas adipure gazelles. I was 99% sold on the Adidas...but I could not find them locally in my size. I saw these and thought they compared to the Adidas but had a beefier look like the Reebok Crossfit nanos. Dick's had my size in stock and I decided to give them a quick trial...I could not believe how well they fit my foot. I wandered around the store and it just blew me away how well they fit and how stable they felt. Then I saw the price... Half of the Adidas. I'm a month in now and have already picked up a second pair just in case they stop making this shoe before my first pair wears out. Normally I am a believer that price=quality...but these shoes have made me a believer that every now and then you get the best of both worlds. Thanks Reebok. 3/4/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lime Green and Black These are some of the best BOK's I have owned. I have the lime/blk and not only are they super cool looking they are extremely durable for all types of workouts and wear. You can wear from crossfit or for general gym use. They feel like a version of the Nano's but much cheaper. They are flat but yet yield support for deads, cleans, squats, etc.. Def would recommend to anyone looking for a shoe similar to the Nano but a bit cheaper. 2/14/13
Rated 5 out of 5 Low profile shoe that offers great stability! I have been using minimalist running shoes for two years, and started looking for a new low profile training shoe after rupturing my PCL in September. I needed a shoe that would offer more lateral support than my running shoes while maintaing the low and light feel that has helped alleviate my knee pain. The SubLite has a great feel while offering excellent stability. It has helped me get through PT and start a new round of P90X. Thanks Reebok for a stellar shoe! 1/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe 4 High Intensity & Plyometric Training This shoe provides excellent lateral support & cushioning for any type of plyometric or high intensity training with a lot of jumping & lateral movement. I am a personal trainer & group fitness instructor and wear these when I teach as well as when I do fitness programs such as Insanity and the plyometric routines of P90X. I purchased these shoes looking for more cushioning and lateral support than I had with another brand of crosstrainers. They are comfortable & accommodated my orthotics and were not tight. I highly recommend these shoes. 8/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crossfit Shoe On Par With Nano Great shoe very light...awesome color. I use as my WOD shoe when running is not involved. I highly recommend to the cost conscious...when Nanos may be out of reach. 2/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good for wider and more support! I love these shoes. I have wide feet, and have a problem with finding shoes wide enough. These shoes are perfect if you're looking for slightly wider shoes. Also I'm a pretty big guy. I've been a fan of the Reebok flex shoes and love how they're changing them to fit a more variety of people and activities. My last 5 shoes were Reebok realflex but the sublites have greater support and durability for my feet and for my weight. I recommend these for wider feet looking for more stability and support! 6/25/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by great ;looking shoe, a bit small at 8.5 A nice looking shoe at a decent price, it runs a bit small, but I hope it breaks in, I wear a 8.5, and it is snug 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by The color, style and comfort are great....I added blue laces to match the reebok emblem. 4/11/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by better than expected! Bought this at a sale price, so not sure what I was getting. Too many of the current manufacturers are cheating by making the shoes smaller than actual true size. I was pleasantly surprised to find the fit was good! And the toebox was not shortened or narrowed to save material like so many others are now doing. My feet are comfortable. Also true to width. Amazing. I have been sending back or returning shoes for the last 2 years because they are all smaller than true size! Thanks Reebok. I had stopped buying Reeboks, but will look at them first now. 7/10/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by These are by far the best trainers, especially for the kickboxing class my wife and I take every week. This is the third pair of tennis shoes I've purchased for this intensive workout, surpassing another well-known brand in terms of performance, fit, and cost. A great pair of shoes and strongly recommended! 6/20/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Durable. comfortable shoe This shoe is priced very competitively and holds well up to intense training. I use these shoes 4-5 days a week for interval/circuit and weight training and have been very impressd with durability and comfort. It seems to run slightly narrow for me. 3/25/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Vertical, not Lateral Trainer As soon as I tried these on I liked them. This is a very light and comfortable shoe, but my size in this shoe was too large for my foot. Perhaps that is intended in the shoe's design to allow more freedom of movement in the toes and front of the foot, but no one likes the upper to buckle and deform when shoes are tied tightly to make up for looseness. Also, this shoe is not for lateral training. I recommend this shoe if you are doing activities with more vertical movement like weight training, jumping, jump rope (I guess that's jumping, too), forward and aft movements, etc. I did not feel that this shoe had the strength or structure to stand up to lots of high-intensity lateral movement. For that, do your research and you'll probably end up with a Crossfit shoe. What this shoe lacks in lateral strength it makes up for in ventilation, light weight, and comfort. 7/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The perfect shoe! These shoes are the absolute most comfotable I have ever worn. Way better than the "light weight" nike shoes I bought that were 5x the price of these shoes. I love them, and have lost a ton of weight because they are so comfortable for me to do cardio in! I love you reebok I will definitely be back for more =). 10/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent shoes At the time of my online shopping,I was thinking that how exactly the shoe size fits to my feet.Because I never purchase shoes online.but after recieving my order from the "reebok",I was very happy because the shoe I ordered exactly fit with my foot and it is so comfortable.I can feel the meaning of a real branded shoe. 7/11/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice to train I had to return this as the size was little big If your size is 10 in Nike I would recommend buying a size of 9 or 9.5. planning to get my size corrected and order new,. The shoe was light weight and felt comfortable wearing. The only thing I did not like was that the upper part of the show was too thin 7/10/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing I used to use nikes but the mesh always tore around the toes after doing heavy calf lifts but with these...wow! 10/21/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very comfortable, but was too big for me. I usually wear a different brand and decided to take a chance with these! I ordered them online and when they came in the mail, they looked just like I expected as the pictures showed. What I didn't realize was that the other brand run a size small. Therefore, I ordered the same size that I get for the other brand and they were too big. As I mentioned, they were very comfortable, I just could have used a size or a size and a half smaller. 1/15/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice light weight trainer. May buy more in other colors. 2/5/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes for a great price I bought four pair of Reebok shoes within the last six months. The Sublight trains are the least expensive of the four and by far the most comfortable. The shoe is lightweight and has a wide toebox. This shoe just proves you don't always have to buy the most expensive shoe to get the best fit. 1/15/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Always great Yet another pair of comfortable Reeboks! I am an RN and am on my feet 12 hours a shift. 1/26/14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Narrow and not soft this shoe is very narrow and not much cushion on the bottom, inner sole is too thin, you can feel the ridges of the bottom sole from with in and not comfortable at all especially if you are comparing with flex shoes. 1/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these shoes. Very light and extremely stable. Love them for doing plyometrics or lifting in the gym. Very happy with these trainers over all. 1/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very light I have been wearing these for 3 weeks in the gym now and the fit is great, They breath like you don't have sneakers on 1/15/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoes for the price. I had the shoes for over a week great fit very comfortable. 1/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow! Clouds under my feet. Most comfortable shoes! So love them I wear them to work. Ordering more in other colors For comfort all of the time!! 1/16/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very light weight and extremely comfortable This shoe is great its light weight and extremely comfortable. The only problem is the tread on the bottom is starting to wear out after only 3 months. This is probably because I wear these shoes to work, but after a long 12 shift my feet barely hurt because of these shoes, but I plan on buying another pair for work and keeping these shoes for just regular use. 7/19/13
Rated 3 out of 5 by Narrow Great looking shoe, but the outside face of the shoe really rubs on your foot causing some real pain. 11/21/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product. Would recommend to friends and family. 11/25/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovin my Sub-Lites! I am a huge Reebok shoe fan and my Sub-Lite Trainers are the best for fit and comfort. 11/20/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by like the shoe it fit right lite on the feet over all is a 4.5 out of 5. 11/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome kicks Great shoes for squats, dead lifts, power cleans, snatch, push jerks, and going out. 10/30/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Suprisingly super When I started looking for a shoe like the SubLite Train 1.0 I was merely trying to find one that would be comfortable for walking and light exercise. So I found it. But this one turned out to be so comfortable that I wear them all the time. Outstanding. 7/12/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great sneaks sight unseen Purchased these sneaks strictly from review. I was looking for a cross training shoe that I could wear from the weight room to the elliptical machine. These sneaks have not disappointed me and I will look to purchase another pair as a backup! 7/7/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Did not fit me I returned these shoes just did not fit me good. I use to love my old Reeboks. They do not make MY OLD MODEL ANY MORE have not had any luck with the new Reebok line up. I have another Brand of shoe that is more money but fit me the best. 7/11/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfy shoe, runs large I usually wear size 8EE athletic shoes so based on reviews I sized down to 7.5. Even with that I have almost an inch of space at the toes. Aside from that, the shoes are great - lightweight, stable, and very breathable. 7/11/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Shoe runs narrow and small Shoe runs narrow and small, big toe rubs on the inside. Uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Unfortunately, had to wear them to figure this out and can't return. Keep looking..... 7/11/13
Rated 3 out of 5 by Shoes look good and feel good except I think it's 1/2 " too big. I'm thinking of returning it to get the right size. That's the only drawback in buying online. You don't get to try it first. 7/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best pair I ever used Perfect for day to day use..I was using Nike before and some how was not that comfortable as my sublite train 1. I will try sublite train 2 next time to compare with this one 7/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great item! I had never tried a Reebok for running, but this sneaker could be used at any accasion. Looks good, feels great and i had a few compliments about it. 7/12/13

Rated 4 out of 5 by Feels great Really like the shoe, but the tongue had a fold and is uncomfortable to the top of my foot. Try to get the fold out but would have to cut seam where sewn to shoe. 6/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable fit very lite weight and would recommend this to to anyone who like a very lite and comfortable shoe 7/10/13
