I teach many different types of Group Fitness classes, including Les Mills BODYSTEP, and wanted to try these out specifically for that class. Although these shoes are stylish and carry the LMI logo, they were NOT up to par for the demands of the BODYSTEP workout. They felt very "flat" to me - very little cushioning, flexibility, support. Maybe they would've felt better with an orthodic insert, but then what's the point of spending $ on the shoe??? I didn't want to take the risk to find out. I returned these after one wear. On a positive note, Reebok provided free return shipping and a speedy refund!
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Bndsam Great for dancing (body jam)
These shoes made it so easy to dance
In on my studio's carpeted floor! I could
Spin & pivot with ease! The name "step refresh"
Is misleading - I thought they were for body
Step - thank goodness I looked at the bottom
& thought they looked smooth for dancing.
I teach CX immediately after jam & my feet
Were slipping in my hovers - not good for
That - but amazing to dance in!

I was a little disappointed when I used this shoe for step and they weren't very comfortable. I normally require cushion in my shoes and these just didn't have it. They are a great looking shoe but for me not what I needed for an impact class.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Violet A little wide
These are super cute shoes. The color is closer to coral than pink. They do seem a little wide. Extra room in the toe area and wide around the ankle. I just wear them for Pump. For me not enough support for a cardio class.

but, runs big. Normal Reebok running/cross-training shoes I have had in the past, a 7.5 fit perfectly, these are about 1/2 size too large. Also, my feet are narrow and they were a little roomy, probably perfect for people with normal width feet =) I will be exchanging and not returning, the shoe, although too big, did feel comfortable.
