I recently ordered these for my girlfriend because she was complaining of her shoes not giving her enough shock absorption when landing after jumping. After one week of workouts with these CrossFit Flex Nanos, her knees or feet no longer hurt her from the impact of her jump. Amazing product. Thanks Rebok!

I've had the shoe for about 2 weeks. It is living up to exactly what it was sold as. It works well for Crossfit. I took them out for a "longer" run about 4 miles and they were not as comfortable for this application because of the stiff sole.

Shoe is pretty true to size, meant for a wide foot in the toe area. The lip of the shoe along the achilles tendon is a bit high and will most likely rub your skin raw until you break in your shoes a bit. Very light weight and flexible for met cons and body weight/gymnastics things, but pretty dang sturdy for when you are doing olympic weight lifts and attempting PR's. Is seeming to be the ultimate minimalistic shoe....we will put these to the ultimate test next week when I try to PR my benchmark WOD Crossfit Total! Enjoy Y'all!

I've been using these shoes for two weeks now. They are the perfect all around crossfit shoe. The size is great. I have square feet and was worried about them being tight and uncomfortable. However, they're wide, almost square in the toes, making them incredibly comfortable. I would order true to size!
They're incredibly stable, which makes them great for lifting. While, they're not better than the traditional lifting shoe, they're the perfect shoes for lifting during WODS involving both lifting, running, jumping...etc. They are very flat and firm and can withstand rope climbs. The back is high enough to make them great for rowing and they feel comfortable during tire jumps and double unders. I love them so much I plan on ordering another pair soon.

I've been on a mission to find the "perfect" CrossFit shoe. I believe these are it!! I love these shoes. I felt as if I was Goldilocks I would find flat shoes but - they would either be light and too flimsy OR they would be sturdy but too heavy and clunky. I would have to bring two pairs of shoes to the gym and then decide when I got there which shoes I would wear for the WOD.
NOT ANYMORE! These shoes are flat, sturdy (rigid base), and light! YAY! Just RIGHT!
I have not tried the U-form technology so I can not comment on that. The toe box of the shoe is VERY WIDE. At first I thought the shoes were too big because of this feature but I noticed length wise they fit perfect. I decided to give them a try during a WOD (double unders and deadlifts) I was not disappointed. In the past, anything with weightlifting and jumping was always my nemesis b/c I didn't know which shoes to choose - light for jumping? or sturdy for lifting? and now I don't have to choose b/c these are my GO TO SHOES. Now I love the wide toe box and find them very comfortable. I want to buy a pair for just regular every day wear.
PS - someone asked me about arch support, there is none, this does not bother me and I think the shoes are very comfortable and perfect for CrossFitting. If you need arch support these shoes might not be for you.

When I started CrossFit 8 months ago I was wearing Pumas and they just didn't do it. I was a little worried about ordering online without trying them on. I usually wear an 8 so that's what I got. They are amazing. I love them. They fit perfectly. They are wide enough to feel stable while lifting but light enough to run. I really love the yellow but after wearing them they are scuffed up from the mats and ropes. Next time ill order a darker color to hide the dirt.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I love how well they conform to my foot, nice wide toe box and narrow heel. Also, the Uform is definitely something I would invest in again. They're nice and flat which is great for lifting, and the wide toe box gives me the stability I need when running, doing box jumps and other Crossfit activities. I highly recommend the yellow ones; I really like them and I've gotten a lot of comments on how sweet they look too.

These shoes are great- very lightweight and good for CrossFit and running. I find that I can run farther with these because they are so light. I also find that they give me the mobility to do whatever it is I need to do- burpees or handstand pushups, etc. The back is a bit stiff at first, so I recommend wearing socks that will cover your heel up to the back of the shoe and maybe even a band aid for awhile until you wear them in.

I'm not a crossfitter but I do a wide variety of exercises at the gym. I wanted something where I could feel my feet to help balance me while I was doing core exercise work and lifting weights. This is just the thing. The shoe is well constructed and is wider than other low profiles shoes I've tried on. That's cool because I have wide duck feet. I think users with a normal width might want to go down half a size? Just a suggestion.

I LOVE these shoes! I wore them to one WOD and the stitching on the right inner shoe came undone. My feet are a little wide for these in the arches, but still fit great. Tons of room in the toe box. I didn't notice a difference with the Uform except it made the top of the shoe in the toe area look bunchy and old.
Returning them to get another pair because of the stitching problem, that is if they EVER get my size back in stock.

I've tried a variety of shoes for my Crossfit workouts. This is by far the best for the all-around activities I do in Crossfit. I have a high instep and high arches, and the support this shoe provides is perfect. I also have had foot surgery, and although I have a "normal" width foot, I can't wear shoes that squash my forefoot. These shoes are comfortable enough to wear all day in all activities as well as during workouts!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Katie I bought these in my usual size 7 and had to return for a 7.5 which fit fine. These shoes seem great so far. I would recommend these shoes for any WOD. Probably not so much for running lots of miles. They are great for lifting. They are suppose to fit a little wider in the toes for more stability. I have a pretty narrow foot and these have fit fine so far. They seem pretty durable and should last me a long time.

These are great shoes! They are flat with a small lift that gives stability when lifting heavier loads. I also prefer that this is not a "barefoot" trend type of shoe, just flat enough to be stable. The only drawback to them that I have found is that they can be pretty slippery on rope climbs. Otherwise it's a great all-around shoe for running, box jumps, lifting, etc. Comfortable and run true to size.

I could only afford one shoe to fit all my crossfit needs and this one is it. I am very happy with the stability, cushion, durability and comfort. I have a very narrow foot and was concerned with the wider toe box but it is not an issue....especially with the custom u form. I did order the size I wear in a street shoe rather than going up 1/2 a size as I normally do with running shoes and glad I did that!

It is lightweigth, so comfortable, like wearing a slipper, but has great support,looks good! all my friend want to know where to get them. If you need or want comfort support, this is the best I will tell you I am 70 years old and trying to keep as fit as i can, this is the one shoe I depend on. What a difference it makes in what I can do!!

This is a great shoe for my wod's. The wide toe box is a great fit for my wide feet. This shoe is good for short runs but not for when you go more than a mile. I get a lot of compliments on my Reebok Nano's. Overall I feel that this was a purchase that I am very happy with. I am definitely buying the 2.0 next!!

This is my first pair of nanos and I have to say I'm not too impressed. I ordered my regular size but they were too small so I went 1/2 size larger which is fine, but they are extremely stiff and hurt the back of my heels. I'm hoping after more wear they loosen up. I'm glad I got them at a discounted price otherwise they would have been returned.

I never write reviews but I had to for these shoes. They are so comfortable. I wear them to run, in my WOD's and pretty much everywhere I go. I have only had them a week but I notice less pain in my feet with a shoe that has less support. I joke with my friends that I could sleep in these shoes. I am going to buy the black and grey too.

Absolutely love these shoes. These are my second pair, not because my others wore out, but because I wanted a different color. I am extremely please with the quality and wear and tear they take. Great product.

These are my first pair of lightweight shoes and I love them!! I have reoccuring knee problems but I haven't had any trouble with these shoes. There is supposed to be more room in the toe area, and it doesn't affect stability with anything. Best. Shoes. Ever.

I really love my nano's. They run to size and the U-form feels great on my feet. Only concern is after only 2 weeks the seem on the side is coming apart. Not sure if it's an isolated issue or not. I would recommend these shoes to any crossfitter.

I have been looking for flexible COMFORTABLE CrossFit shoes and I have finally found them. Other shoes I've tried have bothered the arch of my foot, but these are great. Lightwieght and fashionable as well!

These shoes have been great to me so far. Good stability for lifting and enough flexibility for box jumps! There isn't any arch support, but I think that makes my muscles in my feet get stronger. Great shoes.

I have wide feet so I love when a show is wide. But in this case, it's TOO wide. The U Form is almost pointless because u have to tighten your laces so much that the lace holes almost touch each other because of the width of the show. I also wish that REEBOK would make these shoes at a faster rate. I had to settle for colors that I did not want because the colors that I wanted were basically sold out. I also wished that the nano would have has the reinforced arch sole for rope climbs. I won't even dare try rope climb with the current soft soles that are on the sneakers now.

Love the Nano's for CrossFit! Ive tried Inov-8, New Balance and Nike Free and Reebok Nano's are by far my favorite. Make rope climbing so much easier too!
