Rated 4 out of 5Â by Christine Nano's custom fit for my feet. I have moved up from Chuck Taylor All Stars to Inov-8 230s for Crossfit and now have a pair of the Nanos. I love the fact that these shoes are able to be custom fit to my feet. I love the roomy toebox as the Inov8s are made for folks who have a little narrower foot. My feet feel stable and I am able to stretch my toes out and use them for better traction as needed. Great support for the foot all around. I will get another pair. 3/1/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Melissa CrossFit Flex Nano I absolutely love these shoes. It is hard for me to find running shoes that fit my odd shaped foot (narrow heel and white ball of foot). These shoes do run about a half size big but that is fine because they fit perfectly if you purchase a half size down. These shoes have been worn numerous times and they still look brand new. I get compliments on them all the time at the gym and they also are amazed that they are Reebok brand! I believe you are truly evolving your brand into something great and I can't wait for more colors to come out! I will be purchasing about two more pairs of these because I love the yellow and blue and the pink and black options as well! 3/2/12

Rated 3 out of 5Â by null Good Hybrid Lifting and WOD Shoe I bought these for Crossfit and have had them for 2 weeks. They are a good hybrid Olympic Lifting Shoe and WOD shoe, but not the best at either. I know CrossFit does not specialize...but if I know ahead of time that there is not lifting I wear my RealFlex shoes that I like MUCH better for WODs and lifting shoes on lifting days. These would be great for competition setting where you don't know what to expect, because you would be covered. My main complaint is the stiffness of the sole. 1/28/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Jill Highly Recommend This is my 2nd pair of Nanos. I bought my first pair out of the original 1000 pairs made available before the Christmas holidays. The sizes available were limited and I used the size chart to measure my foot and ordered the larger size because I didn't want to wait til after the holidays for the smaller size to become available. They were too big, but wearable and I have worn the heck out of that pair. Now that I have my 2nd pair in a size 9 I realize how big the 1st pair really are. These are true to size, with a wonderfully wide toe box. Like no shoe you've ever owned. I've run 800s in mine, climbed rope, snatched, cleaned, slam balled, wall balled, box jumped and so on.... If you CrossFit, why own any other shoe? It was literally created for us! My husband loved his InoV8s and now has 2 pair of Nanos, and is wondering when he would need to wear his Olympic lifiting shoes???...he's hooked. We are shoe junkies. It's pitiful. 2/16/12

I was finally ready to get a pair and just wore them for the first time last night. They were a little tight on the left side of my foot, but once I started moving they broke in and became much more comfortable. I received a lot of compliments on the color choice, steel/green. They are really a good-looking sneaker! For cross-fit only, they are perfect. Since they are very flat on the bottom, I couldn't imagine using them for running or any other activity except lifting/cross-fit. I did purchase the Reebok Realflex for my other gym activities and I also highly recommend them as well. 3/29/12

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Crossfitter Sizes run small I saw other reviews that said that these shoes run big, so I ordered a size 7, which is my normal size. They are flat and wide, but shorter than a typical size 7 shoe. I wore them to one WOD and ended up with blisters on my heals, as well as my toes were jammed in. Returned and ordered a size 7.5, so will see if they fit better. 1/28/13

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Whitney Seams ripped on the very first WOD?! Are these supposed to be durable? Got the shoes yesterday and I did Helen tonight as the first WOD/wear in these shoes, and the entire lower seam on the outer left section ripped. I don't know how or when it happened, but I certainly didn't catch the shoe on anything. The rip is so big that I can stick my entire thumb between the fabric mesh and outer leather. Is it too late to get a return??? I would like to like them - they seemed comfy... 3/8/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Britt-Marie My Favorite Crossfit Shoe I have been doing Crossfit for over a year now, and have tried several styles of shoes. I went from typical running shoes, to my trail running shoes, to a pair of vibram five fingers, to a pair of Inov8 230s. There was always something I didn't like about each one, but would overlook that. Buying fitness shoes isn't cheap!! I finally got tired of settling and decided to give the Reebok Nanos a try. I wanted a stable shoe that was fairly flat. I wanted enough cushion that they would be comfortable for short runs, box jumps, double unders, etc. I also wanted a shoe that was durable, rope climbing in (other) shoes was pretty much a disaster. Either the upper or the sole on the shoe ended up in shreds after rope climbs, or it just didn't give you enough traction to get up the rope. These Nanos fit the bill in every way! Olympic lifting, running, box jumps, double unders, and they take a beating on the rope climbs with little or no wear and tear. I feel like there is enough room in the toe box. I have a narrow but long foot, the women's 10.5 was perfect. I would definitely buy these again. I am glad someone has paid attention to what crossfitters need in a shoe! 6/9/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Lisa Great for every day WOD-ing I was holding out on buying a new minimalist shoe until the nano's were released in early January. I am very pleased with my decision. I took the advice and ordered them 1/2 size smaller than usual. When I first got them I thought they may have been too small, as they fit just right. After wearing them for 1 month+ they have definitely stretched and are the perfect size. Be sure to order a half size down and you will be good to go. 3/1/12

I recently ordered these for my girlfriend because she was complaining of her shoes not giving her enough shock absorption when landing after jumping. After one week of workouts with these CrossFit Flex Nanos, her knees or feet no longer hurt her from the impact of her jump. Amazing product. Thanks Rebok! 5/6/12

I took them out for a "longer" run about 4 miles and they were not as comfortable for this application because of the stiff sole. Great Crossfit Shoe! 6/4/12

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Phillina Pretty good Shoe Shoe is pretty true to size, meant for a wide foot in the toe area. The lip of the shoe along the achilles tendon is a bit high and will most likely rub your skin raw until you break in your shoes a bit. Very light weight and flexible for met cons and body weight/gymnastics things, but pretty dang sturdy for when you are doing olympic weight lifts and attempting PR's. Is seeming to be the ultimate minimalistic shoe....we will put these to the ultimate test next week when I try to PR my benchmark WOD Crossfit Total! Enjoy Y'all! 6/19/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Tiffany The Perfect All Around Crossfit Shoe I've been using these shoes for two weeks now. They are the perfect all around crossfit shoe. The size is great. I have square feet and was worried about them being tight and uncomfortable. However, they're wide, almost square in the toes, making them incredibly comfortable. I would order true to size! They're incredibly stable, which makes them great for lifting. While, they're not better than the traditional lifting shoe, they're the perfect shoes for lifting during WODS involving both lifting, running, jumping...etc. They are very flat and firm and can withstand rope climbs. The back is high enough to make them great for rowing and they feel comfortable during tire jumps and double unders. I love them so much I plan on ordering another pair soon. 2/12/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by null Perfect for CrossFit! I've been on a mission to find the "perfect" CrossFit shoe. I believe these are it!! I love these shoes. I felt as if I was Goldilocks I would find flat shoes but - they would either be light and too flimsy OR they would be sturdy but too heavy and clunky. I would have to bring two pairs of shoes to the gym and then decide when I got there which shoes I would wear for the WOD. NOT ANYMORE! These shoes are flat, sturdy (rigid base), and light! YAY! Just RIGHT! I have not tried the U-form technology so I can not comment on that. The toe box of the shoe is VERY WIDE. At first I thought the shoes were too big because of this feature but I noticed length wise they fit perfect. I decided to give them a try during a WOD (double unders and deadlifts) I was not disappointed. In the past, anything with weightlifting and jumping was always my nemesis b/c I didn't know which shoes to choose - light for jumping? or sturdy for lifting? and now I don't have to choose b/c these are my GO TO SHOES. Now I love the wide toe box and find them very comfortable. I want to buy a pair for just regular every day wear. PS - someone asked me about arch support, there is none, this does not bother me and I think the shoes are very comfortable and perfect for CrossFitting. If you need arch support these shoes might not be for you. 2/10/12

I was a little worried about ordering online without trying them on. I usually wear an 8 so that's what I got. They are amazing. I love them. They fit perfectly. They are wide enough to feel stable while lifting but light enough to run. I really love the yellow but after wearing them they are scuffed up from the mats and ropes. Next time ill order a darker color to hide the dirt. 6/28/12

Also, the Uform is definitely something I would invest in again. They're nice and flat which is great for lifting, and the wide toe box gives me the stability I need when running, doing box jumps and other Crossfit activities. I highly recommend the yellow ones; I really like them and I've gotten a lot of comments on how sweet they look too. 6/12/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by null Great CrossFit shoes These shoes are great- very lightweight and good for CrossFit and running. I find that I can run farther with these because they are so light. I also find that they give me the mobility to do whatever it is I need to do- burpees or handstand pushups, etc. The back is a bit stiff at first, so I recommend wearing socks that will cover your heel up to the back of the shoe and maybe even a band aid for awhile until you wear them in. 4/6/12

I wanted something where I could feel my feet to help balance me while I was doing core exercise work and lifting weights. This is just the thing. The shoe is well constructed and is wider than other low profiles shoes I've tried on. That's cool because I have wide duck feet. I think users with a normal width might want to go down half a size? My feet are a little wide for these in the arches, but still fit great. Tons of room in the toe box. I didn't notice a difference with the Uform except it made the top of the shoe in the toe area look bunchy and old. Returning them to get another pair because of the stitching problem, that is if they EVER get my size back in stock. 2/23/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by P. Terrific Crossfit shoe! I've tried a variety of shoes for my Crossfit workouts. This is by far the best for the all-around activities I do in Crossfit. I have a high instep and high arches, and the support this shoe provides is perfect. I also have had foot surgery, and although I have a "normal" width foot, I can't wear shoes that squash my forefoot. These shoes are comfortable enough to wear all day in all activities as well as during workouts! 2/20/12

Probably not so much for running lots of miles. They are great for lifting. They are suppose to fit a little wider in the toes for more stability. I have a pretty narrow foot and these have fit fine so far. They seem pretty durable and should last me a long time. 2/4/12

I also prefer that this is not a "barefoot" trend type of shoe, just flat enough to be stable. The only drawback to them that I have found is that they can be pretty slippery on rope climbs. Otherwise it's a great all-around shoe for running, box jumps, lifting, etc. Comfortable and run true to size. 4/3/12

I am very happy with the stability, cushion, durability and comfort. I have a very narrow foot and was concerned with the wider toe box but it is not an issue....especially with the custom u form. I did order the size I wear in a street shoe rather than going up 1/2 a size as I normally do with running shoes and glad I did that! 2/9/12

It is lightweigth, so comfortable, like wearing a slipper, but has great support,looks good! all my friend want to know where to get them. If you need or want comfort support, this is the best I will tell you I am 70 years old and trying to keep as fit as i can, this is the one shoe I depend on. This shoe is good for short runs but not for when you go more than a mile. I get a lot of compliments on my Reebok Nano's. Overall I feel that this was a purchase that I am very happy with. I ordered my regular size but they were too small so I went 1/2 size larger which is fine, but they are extremely stiff and hurt the back of my heels. I'm hoping after more wear they loosen up. I have only had them a week but I notice less pain in my feet with a shoe that has less support. I joke with my friends that I could sleep in these shoes. Rated 4 out of 5Â by Josue Bit too wide I have wide feet so I love when a show is wide. But in this case, it's TOO wide. The U Form is almost pointless because u have to tighten your laces so much that the lace holes almost touch each other because of the width of the show. I also wish that REEBOK would make these shoes at a faster rate. I had to settle for colors that I did not want because the colors that I wanted were basically sold out. I also wished that the nano would have has the reinforced arch sole for rope climbs. I won't even dare try rope climb with the current soft soles that are on the sneakers now. 3/4/12

My only concern is aesthetic....they seem to getting scuffed up a bit so I hope they last long. I also thought they would be more pink.....they almost look more red in person. But I still love them! I was also hesitant, being someone who historically over-pronates and has always worn shoes designed for that to move into this kind of shoe. I have not had one problem running, and while it feels kind of strange at first they are very comfortable and support my feet just fine. 5/21/12

The U Form technology really creates a customized feel to the shoe that aids in performance! I definitely recommend this shoe and I'm looking forward to purchasing my 2nd pair in a fun color! When doing the U Form, make sure once you are done heating the shoe, that you don't smash down the heel of the shoe because when it hardens again, it leaves a dent in the back. I did that the first time not realizing it, but was able to successfully redo the U form and fix it! 3/1/12

Initially I was worried that they would be too wide but after using the blow dryer and let letting them sit for the recommended time, they felt more comfortable. The truth is my bunion needs the space! Did an OLY workout today in them and I loved how they felt. Did some double unders in them too and was very pleased. Looking forward to see how they feel on a run and when i climb the rope. I feel confident that they will continue to please me. 3/1/12

They're light like minimus shoes but have the support of running shoes. They are comfortable and I feel stable when I go my lifts, and light when I do box jumps. I've only had them for about 3 weeks but so far, so good! I didn't give them 5 stars because I haven't had them long enough and I always feel that with everything there is room for improvement! 5/31/12

At first when I did anything on my toes (burpees, plank holds, pushups) the new toe box would slip under me. Within a week, however, that was no longer a problem. I love the minimal style, but they provide great support. I just hope the customized 2.0 live up to my original nanos. 6/27/12

Rated 4 out of 5Â by null Overall great shoe I went from Inov-8's to these, so the wider toe box and bulkier feel (although still light a weight shoe) took a few classes to get used to, but now I like them. I like the look and I forget they are on, whether I am running, lifting or doing box jumps. They didn't feel all that different after molding them, but I am happy with them overall! I am usually a 7 or 7.5, feel the 7.5 is a bit roomy, but 7 might be snug so keeping them. 3/1/12

I first ordered a 1/2 size down (after reading some reviews that mentioned they run big) but they ended up being too small so I returned them and ordered my normal shoe size. They fit great! I didn't notice much difference with the U-form other but the toe material became softer. I've worn them for my WODS for about a week now and I have no complaints, comfortable and sturdy with plenty of support. 2/16/12

I decided to try these after not being very happy with my Innov-8s. The toe box is wider than the Innov-8s which gives you better stability performing lifts. There's also a little more cushioning which gives more comfort when doing box jumps. I would definately recommend these shoes! 6/5/12

I have tried other brands of shoes, and these are by far the best I have tried for the sport. I am able to run, squat, and jump in comfort and with stabilty. They are so stable and comfortable. They feel like they are custom made just for my foot! I have done 5 WODs in them so far and they have been able to handle everything I have thrown at them so far! Rated 5 out of 5Â by Keith Love this sneaker I have been crossfitting for 3 plus year, I am actually a male with a size 7.5 foot ( I know I have tiny feet) I first ordered the size 8 in mens smallest they had and they were too big. I decided to give the womens 9 a try and they fit great. I have done Olympic lifts, Power lifts. ran, and done many met cons in them already and I love them. 2/2/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Debbie LIghtweight and stable I've had a chance to wear the Nano for a few workouts now. They feel great, are lightweight yet still quite sturdy. I love the wide toe box and although the entire shoe fits true to size I worried that the toe box was too big. Hasn't affected my workout though so I'm happy with them. 5/30/12

(If you are going to run a lot in them i suggest ordering a 1/2 size larger) They are super durable and survive rope climbs, etc. they are also great for heavy lifting too. i like these better than my pink ones -- color is more subtle. 3/2/12

I have only had them for a few weeks, so I cannot say much on their durability, but they have made a significant difference in my WODs. I have a wider foot, and the extra space in the front is extremely comfortable. Plus, they're a great looking shoe. 2/12/12

I use these shoes for all of my Crossfit and BodyRock workouts. Shoe runs true to size. I like the wide toe box because it gives me more stability. GREAT shoe! 6/4/12

Super light, comfortable and gripy. I have even worn them for runs as long as 3 miles on a treadmill. They still look like new and I wear them to work almost every day. 3/1/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by April A must for Crossfitters This is a must for any crossfitter. They give me the comfort and stability for both wod and oly lifting. I wear the same size in the realflex shoes as i wear in these but they are alittle smaller and wider than the realflexs. 6/27/12

I have worn these for a couple of WODs now and I really like them. The U-form technology is awesome. I have the yellow ones and get complements a lot on the color. 1/30/12

Rated 5 out of 5Â by null Love my shoes I do crossfit WODs and love these! Makes rope climbing super easy because of the grips. So comfy, like wearing slippers, but still supportive! After heating them up (the car heater on the feet will do it if you drive for about 30 min) they formed perfectly to my feet! 3/7/12

I love the wide toe so I have room to grip when lifting weights. They are very durable and help me to maintain my balance in any WOD. They are also VERY cute! 3/1/12
