Rated 4 out of 5 by Great overall shoe I purchased this shoe to use in my everyday CrossFit routine and I'm very happy about it. I also run on my off days. I have been barefoot running/using very minimalist shoes for years and the Nano Speeds are just right. They are light weight but still provide just enough cushion for the trail as well. They are great for CrossFit workouts that do have some running in them. They are ok for light lifting due to a very slight platform and a pretty solid mid foot support band built into the shoe. They also work well on rope climbs and have a built in durability. The only thing I would say makes this shoe a little uncomfortable is that mid foot support band... I noticed that after about a mile on the trail my feet were throbbing. As soon as I took off my shoes for a second it went away. I think that the added tightness didn't allow my feet to spread out a little in the shoe. I've been wearing them a lot to try and break them in and see if that helps. I also loosened the laces a lot. Other than that, the Nano Speed is a great shoe! And the Camo is a popular head turner :) 10/26/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far I love running in the speeds. They feel light on my feet 10/1/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Product well worth the money I read previous customer reviews prior to ordering my Nano Speeds, so I was aware that this style of shoe had the tendency to run large. I ordered them a half size smaller than my usual size, and was a bit nervous to see the fit as I waited for them to come in the mail. Promptly a week later they arrived on my doorstep, and from the first time I put my feet inside I have been in comfort. They have a supportive, cushioned inside and help immensely with balance in lifting. As for running and quick conditioning exercises they are light but durable, have great tread, and have given me zero problems. I've only had them a week but have worked out numerous times already and am looking forward to each trip to Crossfit with the Speeds on my feet. 10/16/13
Rated 1 out of 5 by Needs better Quality Control This review is more about Reebok manufacturing than the Nano speed itself. I ordered this shoe in 5.5 because my other CrossFit shoes (Nano 2.0 and Oly Lifter) are both 5.5. The 5.5 Nano Speeds run about a half size large so the 5.5 was too big. I returned them and ordered a size 5. When the size 5 came they were absolutely massive, definitely a size 6 with a size 5 label on it. I spoke to customer service (which is always a very pleasant experience) and they were very apologetic. I returned those size 5s and waited a few weeks until my size and desired color were back in stock. I then ordered another pair of size 5s and when they came they are again, extremely large, and would fit a size 6 or 7 foot (when placed next to my 5.5 Nano 2.0s you can see how significantly large the Nano speeds are). I am very frustrated how there can be such extreme variation in product quality and lack of quality control. My Nano 2.0 and Oly Lifters are great and true to size, but not great for my foot during running WODs. I'm very disappointed to say that I will have to return these Nano speeds AGAIN and look for another brand to wear. 8/22/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stable and ready to run This is a great shoe that allows you to move with agility and provides you the ability run with stability! It's not great for lifting and that's ok. So with WODs that require lifting and running it is an ok fit. Overall great shoe 1/10/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by True to color and size. Perfect for any W.O.D 3-2-1 1/23/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not for my foot at all I'm bummed that these shoes don't work for me. At first I thought they were great for my WODS but I noticed about 2 weeks later that plantar fasciitis was starting to settle in and I've never had it before. I have been crossfitting for 1 year in running shoes and after I switched to nano speed, my arches, heels and achilles were hurting in both feet. Since I have stopped wearing the Nanos I have not had the same problems. The worst part is that I no longer have the box or receipt to return the shoes :-( I have a very high arch so I guess the Nanos are not for me. For reference, I am 37 year old female, athletic and lean. 1/30/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shoe I recently bought the Nano Speed after having the Nano 2.0 for a year. I liked the Nano 2.0 but I have a narrow foot and the 2.0 was too wide. After reading some reviews on the Speed, I decided to make the change. It did run about a 1/2 size too big. In the 2.0, I wore a 7 and had to get a 6 1/2 in the Speed. So far, I really like the shoe. I do CrossFit and have been able to lift in the shoe with no problem. It gives great support while still have a flat sole. I would not recommend the Speed for someone with a wide foot. (I have also tried the Nike Free, New Balance Minimalist, Barefoot Merell's and the Reebok Nano 2.0 and Speed have been my favorite). 1/2/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very comfortable minimalist running shoes I have very flat feet and no arches so these shoes are perfect for me. I used to get bad foot cramps from running in other shoes but because the nano speeds are pretty flat low profile shoes these work great for me. The insoles that they come with are nice and soft which allows for a comfortable run. For me, the shoes did run a little large. I normally wear a women's size 8 in workout shoes, but for the nano speeds I got 7.5 and I still had a little room left. I haven't tried doing any lifting or rope climbs with them yet but for the purpose of just running I would definitely recommend these shoes. 7/24/13
Rated 1 out of 5 by Big thumbs down I have been doing crossfit for 3 years now and I also run on off days. I bought the Crossfit Speed shoe because it's advertised as the first crossfit shoe that's suitable for running. I have to put a big thumbs down on this shoe. I have worn it for 5 workouts and 3 runs and my feet will probably burst into flames if I try to put them on one more time. My toes are beginning to blister and I have developed a pain on the lateral aspect of my right foot extending upward into my lower leg. I couldn't be more disappointed. Maybe the straight crossfit models will be better? I will add that I'm very fit and have never had blisters before or sore feet after running or training and now I do. At any rate I do not recommend this shoe AT aLL 8/8/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by Runs half size big compared to the Nanos I got these shoes for crossfit so I could do WOD's that had running in them. I always buy the nanos, and just couldn't run well in them so I bought these and they have been great! I saw other reviews saying the run large, and they do! I normally get a 6.5 in Nanos, but needed a 6 in these and they fit great. I wish they came in more colors, I had to get the blue/yellow ones becuase I already had red nanos and purple nanos... I want another pair though! Please add more colors:) I am addicted to reebok crossfit shoes and want them in every color. 9/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hands down best shoes I've ever owned Until I bought these shoes I had only worn Nike. The Reebok shoes of the past tended to be too wide for my feet. I heard about the Nano Speeds and decided to give them a try. At the time I was dealing with plantar fasciitis and some days I could barely walk. These shoes were a total game changer for me! Within two weeks the plantar fasciitis was gone and I haven't had a hint of trouble with it, I think it's the padding in the ball of the foot area that keeps my foot stretched just enough that it eliminated that issue. They are the perfect shoe for just about anything, box jumps are ten times better with the cushioning up front. I had been wearing the Nike Free, and the padding level in the heel is similar to my old Free 3.0. I was just telling someone this morning that I will buy these shoes forever and they siad they're discontinued?!?!?! Now I'm buying all the clearance shoes I can find in my size. Reebok PLEASE consider bringing these back!!! 4/9/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice shoe, runs slightly big...will definitely order again 4/8/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the Speeds! I've always been a huge fan of the Nano (both the original and the 2..0), but it's one sticking point with me was that I didn't overly love running in them. For running WODs, I'd typically switch to SKORA or another shoe. So, I was psyched to test these out and I'm seriously in love! They are very light and flexible but most importantly, way easier to run in. I run on off days, and while I won't use these as my go-to running shoes, they could work in a pinch. As of now, they are in a regular rotation for CrossFit--and these go on my feet for all running WODs! 10/8/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome!! This is a must have! I started training with other brands(running) but there was something missing until I bought this shoes. They are so light, quick and comfortable. I have problems with my foots because I sweat to much but with this I feel so cool. Other thing is that even with the thin sole you do not feel the impact on your back when you jump or land when you finish monkey bars etc....5 out of 5. 7/12/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the shoes but I had to buy inserts so the would fit properly. 4/4/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great cushion, but too narrow for my feet I've been wearing the nano 2.0 for the last year and loved them, but was missing a little extra cushion out on runs for my high arches. I thought I would give the speeds a try. The cushion and style was great, unfortunately the shoe was too narrow for me. My feet are relatively wide and the nano 2.0 fit was more favorable for me. I returned these speeds for a new pair of nano 2.0's instead. While the speeds didn't work for me, I would still recommend them for crossfitters that are looking for a stable all-around crossfit shoe with a little extra cushion. 7/29/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bought these for my wife's birthday and we had to return then for a half size smaller. Once that was taken care of, she said they were a dream. Extremely comfortable, and awesome to look at. Have to get myself a pair now. 10/24/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome When I first read reviews about them, I read that they run large. For me that wasn't true, they ran true to size for me. I took them out for a seven mile run, the traction on these bad boys were awesome. I didn't feel like I had to watch the curbs or anything. I've recently used them in crossfit they were just as good as any if the nano's. I used them in the rope, I wasn't sure how they would hold up, they did. They also were awesome for squats and dead lifts, and walking barbell lunges. They passed all my concerns with flying colors. When I needed to return them for the right size, reebok customer service was awesome. All in all a very good reliable product. Worth the price 12/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 CrossFit Must-haves I have the Nano 2.0, 3.0, and Olys and these are by far my favorite shoes. Extremely light on my size 13 foot and still durable enough for moderate external weight exercises. I'm ordering another pair this week. Quality shoe. 7/23/13
Rated 1 out of 5 by Runs BIG?? Are you kidding me? I read the reviews that the shoe can run big but I decided to order my regular 7..5 size because all shoes always fit me in that size. Well, to my utter shock, as soon as I opened the box I noticed that the shoes were HUGE. They are about 1.5 inches larger than a 7.5 female shoe should be. The inner tag says it's a 7.5 size but I'm wondering if the manufacturer accidentally placed a women's tag on a men's shoe size, even though I don't think that this purple shoe is even made for men. The disproportion is ridiculous. If it truly is a women's shoe size, then the one I received is probably a size 10 or 11 in women's. This is the second out of three shoes that have had some manufacturing problems. I am frankly disappointed in Reebok. Now I have to find some packing material to return the package and get my money back. Again, my time has been wasted waiting for a shoe that was never going to fit. 12/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic for Crossfit and shorter runs Used these for the first time in a long WOD last night - four rounds of 800 meters and 15 clean and jerks. The first two runs, I just felt like I was flying! The angle, the weight, everything were just perfect. Midway through the third one my right ankle started to twinge and by the end of the fourth way both were hurting pretty badly. Conclusion: these are awesome for shorter runs, but they are not running shoes - but I didn't expect them to be! They fit so much better than my Nanos (which were huge in the toe box) and are incredibly comfortable - AND a whole lot less expensive. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. 11/26/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe I am overweight so take this review as you wish. The shoe is not as sturdy as I thought. It stretched after a couple of runs and workout even though I don't have abnormally wide feet.i also was jumping rope with them on and they felt fine but then I did ten yard dogs and my ankles were hurting. It could be my weight but I didn't have these issues with my other shoes. I still like them for what I bought them for which was for running and crossfit. 2/23/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by So Comfortable I have these shoes in 2 colors I love them so much. I use them for strength training and teaching Les Mills BODYPUMP classes. There is a little room at the toe but they still fit well. I'm a size 9 and both a 9 and 8 1/2 fit well. I would highly recommend them and hope that Reebok keeps coming up with new color combos for my shoe collection! 2/28/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by So Far So Good Bought these for crossfit. The nano 2.0s gave me blisters so I was worried these would have the same problem. So far so good, no blisters. Definitely very flat but more cushion than the regular nanos. Haven't used them for rope climbs yet to see how durable they really are. 11/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Surprisingly amazing I am a runner. I had been doing crossfit for three weeks before I bought these. I was using running shoes for crossfit initially, but since using these shoes I have better form on squats, lunges, and kettle bells and for having such a low heel they are extremely comfy and great for running short distances, two miles or less. 9/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Optimal Running/Cross Trainer I absolutely love the latest nano! The fit & comfort blew me away--this is THE shoe for running AND CrossFit. I like to mix it up at the gym with strength training and running and don't like bringing 2 pairs of shoes. The Nano Speeds are the solution for running and cross training! 9/19/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this shoe I bought these shoes when I first started doing Crossfit. I wanted a shoe that was good for lifting, but durable enough for running. I bought the yellow and blue pair and added some pink shoe laces to make the shoes look even more fun. I am so happy with this shoe and am debating buying another pair. I highly recommend this shoe to anyone. 2/18/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortability great every day shoe/running runs 1/2 size larger so order 1/2 size down 3/2/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for all gym functions! This is my first pair of crossfit shoes, and was looking for something I could use for treadmill runs, as well as boot camp type crosstraining classes where moving side to side and up and down is necessary. I had to buy an entire size down. When I tried on my size, I felt like I was wearing clown shoes! They gave me a huge blister the first time I wore them, but since then they have been great. Really help with stability during squats. Good product! 1/26/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exactly what I was looking for This is perfect for my Crossfit WODs. It has the versatility I was looking for being able to lift and run all in the same shoe. I only use one shoe and this is perfect. It has room in the toe so with quick stops my toes don't get smashed:) the heal is low to help me keep it down when squatting and lifting and is light and cushioned when I run. More comfortable then then my regular running shoe. I am so happy with the nano speed. Just like it says speed, it definitely keeps me moving faster during my WODs and keeps my feet feeling great! Get this shoe it is fantastic! 8/19/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice comfy shoe as always very durable I use them for wods on regular basis 2/2/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe! These are the most comfortable training shoes I have ever worn. They have cushioned soles and a spacious toe box. I wear these shoes for weight training and walking. I typically wear a size 6.5 dress shoe but wear a 7.5 in athletic shoes since I wear thick socks. These shoes fit perfectly in size 7.5. Love them! 1/12/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product! Really like my shoes and feel like they give me the edge I need in the gym. 1/28/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by These shoes are great for both running and lifting Love these shoes! They run slightly large, I could have ordered an 8 instead of an 8.5. They are extremely light and comfortable when running, but also offer a great minimalist feel for lifting. 1/16/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great running shoe Great forefoot cushion. Love the style and colors. 1/19/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes These shoes were exactly what my Daughter wanted. They were a great fit and a great price. She is an avid Crossfitter and these shoes gave her everything she wanted. I received them exactly when I was told I would which made her and I both very happy. 1/3/14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best crossfit shoes everrrrr I love these shoes. They are light enough for box jumping, toes to bar and some running. I like that the heel is low enough to still run without being completely flat footed. I hate running and the Reebok nanos are very hard to run in since I'm a mid foot striker (i guessing thats why). These are the great! They do need to come out with better colors though! 12/11/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by If you are use to the nanos these are great running shoes. It has a little more padding than the Nano 2.0s and if you buy one size up (like you're suppose to for running shoes) . . . it honestly feels like nothing when you put these one. So comfortable! But they do not feel like they'll last through high mileage training. Though, I've only been running in them for a couple weeks, so only time will tell. 11/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe! I have worn my nano speeds for about a month now and the have been amazing! Very comforable and I love that they don't slip during pushups or burpees, which my nike free runs did regularly. 1/4/14

Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Product The shoes were as advertised. Very comfortable to do box jumps on and transition to another exercise. Ran sprints in them and found them to be very comfortable and I had no knee/calf soreness. I would recommend insoles to be used with this shoe. Overall great Crossfit shoe! 12/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing These shoes are a perfect fit. I wear size 11 and I ordered size 11 was a perfect fit. They are extremely comfortable. I've only worked out in them once and I did rope climbs because they have the rope pro on the side!! I love crossfit shoes!! I do recommend!! 12/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this shoe I have been debating between speeds and nanos now for awhile. I'm so happy I went with speeds. They are so light and have a nice cushion. I'm sure I will eventually purchase nanos, but I feel that speeds were a good choice for my first crossfit shoe! 12/16/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very sturdy, good ankle protection I've only worn it a few times, but when I did some high intensity training, they feel comfortable and my ankles feel very well protected when doing squats. I got a women's size 5 when I normally get size 5.5 and they fit perfectly. 12/16/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great shoe for the runner who does CrossFit The shoe ran about a half size too large. The fit and and comfort are great though. The exchange/refund process was easy and fast. 12/23/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice shoe for mixing WOD and running. Shoes feels light, hope it holds up for a year. 12/26/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best shoe ever Completely amazed with this purchase. The shoes feel like you're walking on clouds when wearing them. Most amazing thing I've bought. 12/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Sneaks Spoke with the Reebok rep before my purchase and decided to take a chance on these trainers. So glad I did! They are more comfortable than I thought they would be, and I love them for crossfit workouts. I took the advice that they run large, and ordered 1/2 size down, they fit well. These are light! Eager to try more Reebok shoes....so comfortable! 10/13/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Speed Love Great shoe, great fit and great support for multiple WOD's 12/18/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by These are super lightweight, snug fitting, I absolutely LOVE them. Very comfy! 12/15/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent shoe I just recently bought the the CF Speed. What I like about the shoe is that it has the extra cushion that I need from a running shoe but I can still feel the ground when I lift. It's the best of both worlds for a Crossfit shoe. I think it's true to size. It does have a little more room in the toe area, which I like for running. 10/20/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by A very comfortable true ! I love it !! I recommend it ! :) 12/16/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent tennis shoes I strongly recommend this tennis shoes for a cross fit workout 12/14/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by The shoes are very comfortable and the color is outstanding. Exactly what I was expecting. True Reebok style and comfort 12/4/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed- way too big I was truly excited to get these shoes and when I did I was disappointed when I put them on. Every shoe I own is an 8.5 (even my Nano's and Lifters); and when I put these on they were a whole size too big. I wish that I had read the reviews prior to buying them because most people say they are a half of a size to a size to big....and sure enough they were. In all honesty...I sent them back and DO NOT intend to re-purchase them in a size smaller. I am really surprised with how good the other "Crossfit shoes" fit...that these were SO off???!! What is also odd to me is that I know 2 other people that have them and they fit true to size for them. What that means to me is that there are inconsistencies in the sizing for these shoes...making me wonder the integrity of how they are made (just saying). With that said...I LOVE the other Crossfit shoes that I have....but can do without these. If you do get these shoes...order smaller than what you normally do. 9/25/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by This shoe has good cushion and arch support. I ordered a whole size smaller than I usually wear. I have narrow feet and these shoes fit quite well, a little slip in the heel. I tried the nano 3.0 first and they were too wide for my feet. I do CrossFit and I am looking for a shoe that I can lift and run short distances in. I am hoping this will be the winner! 10/7/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them! I was looking for a comfortable, lightweight shoe with style to get this couch potato back in the gym, and I found it here! My Crossfit Nano Speeds are light as air, o so comfy, and eye-catching. They provide great support to boot. I will buy this shoe again and again. 10/27/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Still working them in but so far so good! I have yet to use the grip on the inside of shoes so excited to use them!!! 11/29/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these shoes! I've only been wearing these shoes for a week, but they are so comfortable! They're great for circuit training workouts when you're moving between weight training and cardio in rapid succession. These shoes also work well for running for short distances. 10/20/13
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Shoe I've Ever Purchased Awful. Wore 4 times and couldn't stand it anymore. I've never had foot pain like this before. I don't recommend these shoes at all. What a total waste of money. 11/13/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for HIIT classes I love that these shoes have a little more support and aren't as flat as the Nano 3.0s (which I love). I find that these are perfect for HIIT class es and pretty much any high intensity activity. They are comfortable, light weight, yet still supportive for a variety of movements. 10/2/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe I should warn that these run slightly big, I wear a 7.5 in nanos and lift shoes...however, 7 speeds fit perfect. Same went with my friends at the box. The remind me of the innov-8 but much comfier and overall better. I Love the colors and get several compliments. You will love these...especially for double unders, runs, box jumps. 8/1/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid Shoe I've tried using these sneakers for a few long walks and circuit workouts and they've held up well. They aren't my favorite Reebok product (I still love my RealFlex's!) but they're a good, solid shoe. Definitely have good stability for various circuit workouts. 10/5/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by So comfortable! The speeds are so light weight and so comfortable. The give you perfect support for WODs that include running. The speeds are officially my favorite Reebok CF shoes. 11/6/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Comfortable Great pair of shoes, run a bit large. Comfortable and great for light to moderate running too. 11/17/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by So comfortable. Perfect shoe. This shoe is great. I bought them online without every trying them on. Normally for athletic shoes I have to be really careful because I have a wide foot, but they fit perfect, are very comfortable, and I feel supported when lifting AND running. These were a great investment. I plan on buying a second pair. 7/27/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable and flexible Great shoes for WODs with a mix of running and strength work. More flexible than the Nano 2.0 or 3.0s, but still have great traction/grip and a low profile. Big fan! Just a note - I found they run a half size large. 10/7/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by I was so excited to see some CrossFit shoes that are more suitable for running. When I opened the box, I was so dissapointed. These shoes are advertised as flexible and they were beyond stiff. I tried them on and I knew right away they just wouldn't work. 9/8/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great I purchased the shoes b/c they offered free shipping on returns, so I knew I could be sure to get a size I was happy with. They are very comfortable and I love that I can wear them for weightlifting and running! I definitely would recommend them! 8/27/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable I participate in a boot camp exercise group and this shoe is very comfortable - light but offers great support. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite of my 15 pairs. I rotate through 9/30/13

Rated 1 out of 5 by Frayed after one use on the ropes These were comfortable sneakers. However, after a single use during a workout with rope climbs, they were frayed and had holes in them. Poor quality. 10/13/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall good shoe Comfortable, durable shoe. They fit different than the Nano 2 in the toe portion; the fore foot is more boxy. I have three pairs of the Nano 2s and one pair of Speeds and of the three I like the 3s the least. I don't think I will buy another pair of the 3s. 7/26/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can I have another pair?! LOVE these sneakers. They ran large so I had buy a full size down. I have narrow feet and these sneakers fit me perfectly. I was looking for a good minimalist sneaker and this is exactly what I was looking for. 9/1/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by The shoe is very durable for Crossfit workouts. Works well for Crossfit WODs that include running. Fit to form in relation to my foot. Feels very comfortable while working out. 10/8/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wanted to love them... but had to send them back. While 10's in the 2.0 and 3.0 are too small for me the 10.5 is too large. Even the 10 is too loose in the ankle. My search for a comfortably fitting Crossfit shoe continues. 8/17/13
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good shoe but comes one size too large I bought this shoe and it fits very well apart from the fact that it is too long. I will send it back and order it one size smaller, i hope the width will not change anyways... 8/15/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome purchase This is a great crossfit shoe! So light weight and comfortable! I've recommended it to everyone. I've had so many compliments on the look and style. I will be buying another pair soon! 7/25/13
